    @PostOffice such rude staff at your Kingston Road branch in Hampton Wick. I cannot believe how many years I have been subject to this poor level of service and attitude.

    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice I think my postman has been kidnapped! 🤨🤨 ain't seen him since last week and I've had nothing in my letter box since Tuesday last week, which leads me to believe he's been kidnapped by some long legged blonde! Poor bloke!😔😔😔

    Postal service in Catford is aweful. It’s so intermittent and then Postworker delivering after 10pm Scared the hell out of me. Not cool. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

    @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

    @PostOffice why am I waiting for a long time more than 10 mins at Islington branch. Only two staff and long queue. Not good service

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for that but I already have & we are NOT supposed to receive any of the crap distributed by the Post Office. However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    @PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

    So the @PostOffice #travelinsurance are refusing to give any refunds/ discounts on travel insurance for 2020 due to the pandemic! We were not allowed to travel and basically are robbing people for a service we the customer could legally not use! Disgusting!!! @PostOfficeNews

    @PostOffice Thanks the issue will continue because they have told @onestopstores that they will open the PO 3 days a week for the next 4 weeks The grocery side is open 7 days!

    @PostOffice The snapshot I posted above is the reply from HO I got after reporting using that link, then sending a complaint & then a grievance letter through our MP. Home Office says if PostOffice is closed "you should NOT contact us."! Really appreciate your prompt responses though, Ryan👍

    @PostOffice I went to mccoll post office in loudwater HW and was told I couldn't buy a book of stamps only 100! Then he didnt want to give me 1 stamp for my card I saw he had books and said I couldn't buy them! Wtf! Very bad !

    @PostOffice could you tell me why the weighing machines in our local WH Smith Post Office in Huntingdon, does not show the weight of our mail to us the customer, as I seem to be charged more for my mail at PO than if I printed it out at home....

    @PostOffice Sorry doesn’t wash ! If they have staff for the shop surely they can sell you a stamp! Quoting covid is designed to shut the conversation down! No other village around has had this service- they just can’t keep any staff!
