@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@RoyalMail normally a big fan of yours… but not happy with recent dealings. Had far to many cases recently where customers have received fines for postage issues when everything has been sent with POP from my @PostOffice @eBay_UK

@PostOffice 2/2 him sorted in the end. The branch couldn't do it because they didn't have the kit. Your service level measurement needs to be world class to understand the impact of your inventory or equipment failures. If it already is then this was a mgt inaction failure pure &simple

@PostOffice 2/2 customers who want this service must travel 50 miles for the same service. Someone senior at PO HQ needs their arse kicking daily until they have remedied this. Old ppl in particular now suffer. No doubt yr service stats show 99%. Usual BS. Fix it or sack the fool
