@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

  • mariamaylam Maria Lam (@mariamaylam) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for getting back to me but it doesn't matter now. I then registered with my gmail account which worked. There must be a problem with hotmail accounts.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet In my life and most gay peoples’ life, every day. But if you want examples of people receiving physical/verbal abuse for holding their boyfriend’s hand in public, go to google. Search in Twitter. It won’t take long - I’m not your damn researcher.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • physiorichmond Michelle Cuthbert (@physiorichmond) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice I have urgent PPE arriving today. I have filled out a safe place box and your bot has decided I asked for new delivery date please help

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet What about me not being comfortable walking down the street holding my partners hand for fear of verbal/physical abuse? /2

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • CerisexAaliyah CeriseXaaliyah (@CerisexAaliyah) reported from London, England

Gotta wait 21 days for my own money to go into my account cos the atm decided to go out of service and not give me my money. Thanks @PostOffice

  • reverbe Reverbe (@reverbe) reported from Hillingdon, England

@L1A75 @PostOffice Also it may have been specific to the circumstances I discovered the issue via but don't claim to know what was in my mind as you cannot possibly

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

  • mariamaylam Maria Lam (@mariamaylam) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

  • Jacob_The_Pilot Jacob The Pilot (@Jacob_The_Pilot) reported from Richmond, England

    @RAF100_2020 @RAFBF @MethleyVillage @PostOffice @StOswaldMethley @LS26Local @BBCLookNorth @looknorthBBC @LeedsNews @yorkshirepost @westyorkslife @itvcalendar That’s very kind and I’ll never turn down a donation for the @RAFBF 👍

  • reverbe Reverbe (@reverbe) reported from Hillingdon, England

@PostOffice Thank you for closing my local post office an essential key service. I now can't post what may be my last letter to my parents. I thought these were supposed to be being kept open.

  • Hardeepubhi101 Hardeep Ubhi (@Hardeepubhi101) reported from London, England

Advertised as 9am opening. Opens at 9.18am. People waiting outside. Very bad service. @PostOffice

  • PaulMahoney17 Paul Mahoney (@PaulMahoney17) reported from London, England

@PostOffice hello I have a problem. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon l. Very important. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I try to track it with you it’s says: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item. PLEASE HELP!

  • Macca0403 Andy Mackenzie (@Macca0403) reported from Spelthorne District, England

Are the @PostOffice systems still down? Tried to take a parcel in this morning and was told all systems down across network

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • febefay Fay (@febefay) reported

@PostOffice paid £8.80 for guaranteed next day delivery on 2.12.2020. It’s now 7.12.2020 and it still hasn’t arrived. Why charge for a service and not deliver!!!!

  • neoiet2009 Mr Robot (@neoiet2009) reported

@PostOffice Its been 1 week without internet. I had a scheduled visit from an engineer today, But now you guys saying there was no appointment? How come I got email confirmation. Its really frustrating and pathetic service from you @pissedconsumer #broadband #postoffice #wifi

  • Aiom Audrey Ormes (@Aiom) reported

@PostOffice Yep, 1st class small packet posted end Nov still not reached its destination. Stupid me, I thought Royal Mail was reliable.

  • LizardLady11 LizardLady (@LizardLady11) reported

@PostOffice Not exactly obvious. The first line is "Send a parcel right now without registering, and drop it in a parcel postbox, postbox, Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), or Post Office® branch." And certainly not "Click & Drop: postage that fits around you – buy, print, drop"

  • AmyTheMarketeer Amy (@AmyTheMarketeer) reported

@PostOffice hey guys, I accidentally gave my friend the wrong house number for a parcel due to my fat pregnant fingers & rather than my neighbour try to see who it was for they returned it to the post office 😭 can you help me please?? 🙏🙏🙏

  • jools_c8 JoolsC (@jools_c8) reported

@Livelaugh2020 @PostOffice I am a former PO customer and was v happy but Jaja are abysmal. The customer service is so bad it's on a level I have never experienced. Is Jaja a legit company? Beginning to think they are a bunch of crooks. Seriously!!

  • desiboi Jay (@desiboi) reported

@LizardLady11 @PostOffice @PostOffice Click and Drop is a Royal Mail Service and not a Post Office Service. You are in fact hurting the post office branch by doing the online postage. It's better to have it processed in branch or using the Drop and Go account that is a Post Offics product so helps.

  • bowenfamily Caroline (@bowenfamily) reported

@Vitorina89 @PostOffice Yes exactly same issue!

  • Mancunian63 Mancunian ❌ (@Mancunian63) reported

@PostOffice My dad sent me a letter, recorded delivery on 30th November. Still hasn't arrived. Appalling service.

  • stappersyork Stappersyork (@stappersyork) reported

@PostOffice I tried to beat the Christmas rush but you let me down. Gifts ordered never arrived. Letters I have sent, never arrived. Absolutely rubbish service.
