  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

@PostOffice You can send me an engineer to come and fix the problem?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice broadband is literally dropping down every 30 mins. How on earth am I supposed to wfh?

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • Judit_Sz Judit Szarka (@Judit_Sz) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help I’ve had to make a complaint about them. I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet What about me not being comfortable walking down the street holding my partners hand for fear of verbal/physical abuse? /2

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

  • BallardsLane Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice And the National Health Service? They use 🌈 now.

  • ayejaypeeCPFC åjP☆ (@ayejaypeeCPFC) reported from Croydon, England

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

  • stupotpot stupotpot 🏳️‍🌈🌹🏃🏻‍♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet In my life and most gay peoples’ life, every day. But if you want examples of people receiving physical/verbal abuse for holding their boyfriend’s hand in public, go to google. Search in Twitter. It won’t take long - I’m not your damn researcher.

@TTMP83499272 @BikeAndBoatUK @PostOffice Why then are some staff doing it & not others at the same PO?It's a req'ment and no-one should be have to insist on something that is their right as a customer. The 'gripe' should be with the Royal Mail not the customer. The customer is still paying for postage.

  • Journojulz Journojulz (*may contain traces of optimism) (@Journojulz) reported

@PostOffice WTAF is this stupid system @RoyalMail? If you and the @PostOffice can’t work this out together then you will both fail.

  • copyhound Freelance Afloat (@copyhound) reported

@PostOffice what's happened to Poste Restante? The last 3 post offices we arranged to have mail sent to to await collection (we live on a boat) had never heard of it, though they're all on the list of POs that do it. Nothing arrived, either. August-now.

  • sweet_1nsanity Trinity-Reigns (@sweet_1nsanity) reported

@PostOffice Sadly, the post office is not what it used to be. They're now squashed into tiny shops where the staff are absolutely crappy and rude. They have absolutely no customer service skills and in some cases can barely speak English. It's an absolute disgrace!

  • wayne_wright170 Carl Wainwright (@wayne_wright170) reported

Hi @PostOffice you have the post office on Hempshaw Lane , Offerton , Stockport listed as open 0530 until 2030 Monday - Sunday but counter services are definitely NOT open for that length of time - please can you update to reflect the actual counter service opening hours.

@PostOffice The poor colleagues were doing an amazing job, just think as a company you could do more both for them and the people of Lincoln.

  • POminion4 EmC1408 (@POminion4) reported

@sweet_1nsanity @PostOffice You may of had a bad experience where ever you've been but please don't throw us all in the same boat. I can assure you we are not all the same and many of us are highly skilled in our jobs and are excellent customer service providers.

  • lauraexplorer89 Laura (@lauraexplorer89) reported

@PostOffice Please can you get self service machines at the Streatham High Road branch of the Post Office. It’s always so busy and there is lots of space where they could go!
