@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

Can the said Banks relay to @PostOffice to do basic banking such as changing notes..Very angry bank customer changing notes as Xmas gift on behalf of elderly mother for grandchildren..What happens when parents/step parents die and needs to be buried..we use to go with an invoice
