I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.

It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Anbu B (@Anbu_Batumalai) reported@PostOffice spoke to the CS agent, cancelled the insurance as i am selling my car. was informed it cost £36 to cancel. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?
