Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.

Itโs becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member โQuereshiโ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isnโt bothered.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Post office say they were โdelayedโ (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.
