I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Itโs becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member โQuereshiโ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isnโt bothered.

Also, the self service machines arenโt 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

She just wanted attention - I doubt anyone said a thing to her but she looked like a woman who was going to Room 607 at the Ritz to knock on the door and asking for John!
