I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

BigCaper (@BigCaper) reported from Hammersmith, England@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.
