We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

I know the closure has caused inconvenience for residents, and I have been pressing for a resolution. I'll share further updates as I receive them.
