    @PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for getting back to me but it doesn't matter now. I then registered with my gmail account which worked. There must be a problem with hotmail accounts.

    @PostOffice hi T3 LHR whs franchise post office closed this afternoon and no explanatory sign .. when asked to see a whs manager one attended and explained thought staff shortage. On request checked and said had not got King Charles floral issue ?? but could get somebody to …1/2

    I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me Β£12 for their mistake!

    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member β€˜Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were β€œdelayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

    @PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

    @PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

    @PostOffice How can I send a birthday card containing a Β£30 gift card without it being stolen AGAIN? It's Β£3 to send 2nd class securely with cover for only Β£20. I'm just sick of your pathetic service. Maybe if you stopped taking money to deliver the river of advert **** may help

    Feel my arse has just been well & truly shafted @PostOffice. Β£14 online licence renewal if you signup to Digital ID. @PostOffice Β£17 + Β£4.50 service charge which includes a photo. Actual fee to avoid Dig ID shenanigans + Postal order + Fee + Β£15 for photos + postage❓ Β£44.08

    @TamesideCorr Improve? If it's anything like ours on Ashton under Lyne the service will get worse? The @PostOffice just cut serving people, tills to serve, self service machines always switched off and prices continue to rise Good old British Companies

    @HeadWarriorTWM Indont think these people should be exempt from trial when we get a different gov that takes these issue seriously - this is far worse than the postoffice scandal. I saw a 20 yo walk into my workplace with paniced mothers 6’6” boy with a pair of fake breasts.. no control all fear
