It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.
