I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice So there are three errors that say to use World Zone 1 for USA, and nothing to contradict that, meaning anyone pricing up postage to USA to charge people - as with me - will end up with the wrong price, and end up having to pay a lot more.

@PostOffice thanks for getting back to me I'm getting differing results , the general branch finder shows only franchises/subs while if I use the branch finder function on the actual product page I get all the nearest locations even the ones that do not have it listed as an available service
