It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.

Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

He fixed it, i told the buyer to update via msg, he msg'd me later saying the item arrived, hes happy. that was Apr27 ago. ebay wont release $138 to me until MAY 16!!!! tried customer service, but i cant understand punjabi. **** #EBAY. do not use them.
