I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

RAWFLAVA RECS 💿 (@RAWFLAV) reported@PostOffice Is there a reason why C&D barcodes can't be scanned on your SSK, e.g. "2nd Class Signed For" whereas "Tracked 48" shopping returns can? Customers needing POP could considerably reduce queue times instead of waiting for a counter service if that was implemented.
