    this #PostOffice story where those poor people were wrongfully accused of theft & convicted & it was faulty systems. how bloody awful, some lost everything. some died before their name was cleared 😰

    Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    @kwarby1958 @PostOffice The only service that covers vouchers and gift cards is Special Delivery which is £9.25 if under 100g so you were offered the right service. If your envelope goes missing, you wont be covered for the value of the voucher. Post Office staff were right.

    @PostOffice Thank you for you reply. Nobody said that at the post office, they said it included everything even custom charges. A bit of a rip off so I dont think I will use this service again. I sent parcels previously and the recipient never had to pay anything.

    @jdblackhall @PostOffice Individual branches have to buy their own tape. They can't afford to give it out to every customer. Make sure your envelope is appropriately sealed and your parcel wrapped properly before you come to the Post Officeand don't expect the Post Office to supply you with tape.
