@PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

@PostOffice It’s just a mess! Spoken to numerous ppl/companies no one can help so rang directly and then got cut off but it takes ages to get back through. You seem to have switched underwriters - I haven’t got time to sit on telephone waiting for what should be simple answer!!

@PostOffice was in Richmond Post office and the manager told me that the self-service kiosks doesn't accept anymore international parcels and I have to queue for them in the counter from now on. Is that correct? New policy apparently.

So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?
