@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

@L1A75 @PostOffice Also it may have been specific to the circumstances I discovered the issue via but don't claim to know what was in my mind as you cannot possibly

  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

  • reverbe Reverbe (@reverbe) reported from Hillingdon, England

@PostOffice Thank you for closing my local post office an essential key service. I now can't post what may be my last letter to my parents. I thought these were supposed to be being kept open.

  • mikewooduk Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@PostOffice staines post office a queue halfway down wh Smith and two people serving at the counter of the post office. This service is disgraceful

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • msjw1960 Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

  • msjw1960 Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, England

How come when you post something ‘Guaranteed Delivery Next Day’ and it never arrives neither @RoyalMail nor @PostOffice will take responsibility! #lostmail #importantpapers #lost

  • AnnHalliday66 Ann Halliday (@AnnHalliday66) reported from London, England

@MichaelSnasdell @RachaelDunlop @PostOffice Brockley Rise one was alway good, but not working that way anymore have to use Forest Hill 😢

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@postoffice service you expect from somebody representing the Post Office! 2/2

  • CerisexAaliyah CeriseXaaliyah (@CerisexAaliyah) reported from London, England

Gotta wait 21 days for my own money to go into my account cos the atm decided to go out of service and not give me my money. Thanks @PostOffice

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

  • equalitywarrior sarah guerra (@equalitywarrior) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Why though it’s stupid and annoying

  • mariamaylam Maria Lam (@mariamaylam) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for getting back to me but it doesn't matter now. I then registered with my gmail account which worked. There must be a problem with hotmail accounts.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • PaulMahoney17 Paul Mahoney (@PaulMahoney17) reported from London, England

@PostOffice hello I have a problem. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon l. Very important. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I try to track it with you it’s says: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item. PLEASE HELP!

  • mariamaylam Maria Lam (@mariamaylam) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • arber_boy Alan 💚PSLCC and Offside Trust ambassador (@arber_boy) reported

Sent packages over two weeks ago by @PostOffice still not delivered and were urgent so sent by tracked mail with next day service. The reason I don’t support their strike action. Missed my nieces birthday and had precious pictures of my sister for the funeral on Monday. #fuming

  • jojo_28 Joanna (@jojo_28) reported

@PostOffice Do you know when the ‘Health and Safety’ issue at Tunbridge Wells Fiveways will be resolved? The suggestion on the door to go to another branch isn’t convenient as I have an injury and can’t walk/drive far at the moment

  • AndreaGinaldo AndDany (@AndreaGinaldo) reported

@PostOffice If your staff at 37 Grand Palace, Green Lanes, London, had sent the item to the correct address I wouldn’t be here complaining about your appealing service. I don’t recommend @PostOffice to anybody you don’t take our parcels with respects neither your customers.

  • AndreaGinaldo AndDany (@AndreaGinaldo) reported

@PostOffice On 30th October customer care informed the amount I paid for the laptop would be send but I never received I’ve sent so many emails chasing up so I can purchase a new laptop but nothing yet, no payment no lap top.

  • arber_boy Alan 💚PSLCC and Offside Trust ambassador (@arber_boy) reported

@loodofsquit @PostOffice Asked the lady at the post office she assured me it was the best way to send them and would be delivered on time as no strike dates. My sisters funeral is Monday and my niece needed them for he eulogy. I’m sorry I used to be a postman and the service had got worse over the years

  • arber_boy Alan 💚PSLCC and Offside Trust ambassador (@arber_boy) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp It’s an embarrassment I asked them a week ago never replied. We are fuming

  • JohnAStow John Stow (@JohnAStow) reported

@DVLAgovuk, get your system working so that I can renew my licence at @PostOffice. Tried twice so far, different week, different p.o. each time. They say you're the source of the issue!

  • loodofsquit Kris G (@loodofsquit) reported

@arber_boy @PostOffice The problem is the fractured system there now. Post office and Royal Mail two different companies. How that’s supposed to work I’ll never know

  • EllieJane1980 Dr Ellie Dommett (@EllieJane1980) reported

Since when did @PostOffice stop accepting parcels without a postcode. You go out when you're ill, queue for ages to be told not without a postcode. I accept it might take longer without a post code and I managed to find one but service is getting worse.

  • MichaelSadgrove Michael Sadgrove 🇪🇺 (@MichaelSadgrove) reported

Urgent document to UK address sent by recorded delivery on 2 Dec. Receipt says “delivery aim: next working day”. It arrived today, 13 days later. Online map says the distance is walkable in 3 days! Even with Christmas & strike action, @PostOffice’s service is #SnailMail indeed.
