Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.
-
Reverbe (@reverbe) reported from Hillingdon, England@PostOffice Thank you for closing my local post office an essential key service. I now can't post what may be my last letter to my parents. I thought these were supposed to be being kept open.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

Christie Fidura (@cfidurauk) reported from Richmond, EnglandI was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp
-

I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?
-
Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England@PostOffice And the National Health Service? They use 🌈 now.
-
stupotpot 🏳️🌈🌹🏃🏻♂️ (@stupotpot) reported from Spelthorne District, England@Ezeetruth @PostOffice @DarkCarpet In my life and most gay peoples’ life, every day. But if you want examples of people receiving physical/verbal abuse for holding their boyfriend’s hand in public, go to google. Search in Twitter. It won’t take long - I’m not your damn researcher.
-
Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

Dorcas Eatch B.Mus(Hons) LRPS LTCL (@dorcasanne2) reported@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No I didn’t say that I said when it was going to be delivered to Ullapool post office and it was in transit as I can verify when it was sent, he told me when it arrived it would be thrown because I gave him a bad review for bad customer service
-
Little Wonder (@twiggwonderkidd) reported@PostOffice so the technical team tell@me I have have theft on my account with a new contract being set up - I haven’t but then transferred to customer service who disagree. Gives you faith and still no internet or phone line. Personally I reckon you have messed up
-
Little Wonder (@twiggwonderkidd) reported@PostOffice Ha ha, automatic response….outage. Not good
-
Dorcas Eatch B.Mus(Hons) LRPS LTCL (@dorcasanne2) reported@PostOffice Well you need to sort this out as the parcel has not been returned and he said when it was delivered he would throw. So who is in charge of the @RoyalMailHelp in Ullapool which is in the same building which he sorts. In that case it’s bad customer service on both of you
-
Dorcas Eatch B.Mus(Hons) LRPS LTCL (@dorcasanne2) reported@PostOffice You uphold the decision because he can’t handle a bad review he ditches my mail that is in transit. Seriously is that going to be common now, bad customer service equals throw your mail away!
-
Dorcas Eatch B.Mus(Hons) LRPS LTCL (@dorcasanne2) reported@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No you shouldn’t but I was told it will be and I won’t be allowed to collect it because I gave a bad review to that post office. Surely you have training for bad customer service and not punish customers by throwing their mail away.
-
Dorcas Eatch B.Mus(Hons) LRPS LTCL (@dorcasanne2) reported@PostOffice Yes Ullapool postmaster said he would throw the parcel away. Later online other folk said I was banned from the shop but I was not told this at the time. It’s theft and I can contact CEO if I feel I am not getting an issue resolved satisfactorily
-
liz mcdonnell (@lizmcdonnell1) reported@PostOffice Absolutely shocking service for your money card no communication liars when on the phone been trying since last Monday to get this verified. I fly tomorrow #shockingservice
-
Dorcas Eatch B.Mus(Hons) LRPS LTCL (@dorcasanne2) reported@PostOffice The post office is a service for everyone and if there is bad customer service I have a right to say so not have my mail thrown away.
