    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

    @PostOffice hello I have a problem. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon l. Very important. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I try to track it with you it’s says: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item. PLEASE HELP!

    @PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

    @PostOffice suggestion to help make the tracking numbers you provide on certificates of postage easier to use 1-bigger font for the number on the receipt, 2-how about also adding a QR code for it so we can simply scan it with our phones?

The complaint no was 1-7170837561 to which I have not received a reply or any response at all either from the sorting office or yourselves to whom I gave details of this complaint back in February.

    @PostOffice my customer just received their parcel along with a note from @RoyalMailHelp saying they need to pay a £2 fee as i didnt pay ANY postage! I use drop and go so it the post offices fault for not putting a stamp on?! What can i do about this?

    @PostOffice @leftywoke I just want to express my frustration with the way I have been treated.I subscribed to your broadband since Jan 29,2021,up till now it has not been installed. Just to run the cable from outside to inside is the only thing that has been a problem to the engineers. Benneth C Joseph

    I have had to cancel the application & upon doing it again, reread the instructions for the date I need to put in and I had inputted it in correctly the first time I am beyond LIVID at this point as I waited for 30 minutes to be seen to be provided with wrong info @PostOffice

    So I went to do my ID check for my DBS and the cashier told me I filled out the date for my licence wrong. She told me I needed to put the issue date for the card instead of the date in section 10 (which is what they ask for on the application) @PostOffice

    The real reason the lines in the #postoffice get long is because the customer can't fall simple ******* directions or answer basic yes/no type questions correctly. Don't get me started on folks who show up unprepared with boxes untaped and unlabeled. Get the he'll out morons!

    Can't believe @PostOffice sold my broadband to @ShellEnergyHome and told me I would have to pay over £200 to leave the contact. So now I'm expected to pay a company that directly profits from the destruction of the planet, for two years!!?? Help pls @Ofcom ! #ClimateCrisis
