Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

@PostOffice Thanks for the offer of help, but using the sorting office is actually better than the post office, my issue is with Royal Mail saying that them accepting and actually scanning a tracked item (and tracking showing it being accepted and moving through their system) is not enough

@PostOffice Could you ask the technical team please? The more you dig into this, the bigger the problem sounds. Reports of 900 printers broken. Printers are 7 years obsolete. Post offices being left in the dark is not good for customer experience? Do us small business need to look elsewhere?
