    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @shoba_31 @RoyalMail @PostOffice You will only get second class post every other day & never on a Saturday moving forward. Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.

    @101andyhibberd @PostOffice @farnhamherald To make you feel better Andy, same situation in Camberley today. Self services machine not working, 2 tills and 12 people in queue. Oh & one till then closed after serving 1 of 12 to cash up or something. 20 minutes later......

    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    @PostOffice staines post office a queue halfway down wh Smith and two people serving at the counter of the post office. This service is disgraceful

    @PostOffice hi T3 LHR whs franchise post office closed this afternoon and no explanatory sign .. when asked to see a whs manager one attended and explained thought staff shortage. On request checked and said had not got King Charles floral issue ?? but could get somebody to …1/2

    @PostOffice a second day running and a service failure. Mayfair office now in convenience store Me: Have you got the King Charles Flower stamps CleNo they don’t come until May Then said I needed ordinary make up value for the one to Romania Opens her book with stamps ..

    @PostOffice Two parcels have been returned to sender. Sent from south to west London, amazingly both arrived within two days of posting on 30th June. Yet it going to take up to 8 wks to get back to me. What kind of service is this? will I get them back? both properly labelled.

    @jasrichards2 @PostOffice They’re not profiting from anything, did you read the tweet? It’s not an ad. They’re pointing out that some people actually still need cash and going cashless as the government proposes is a bad idea. It’s great that a respected org is standing up for the people being left behind

My point is that there are many people who say they are "unable" to adapt to NT, but then find that they are suddenly "able" when the alternatives are Sype their grandkids or not see their grandkids at all)
