It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

I spoke to Royal Mail on Friday and @PostOffice has now accepted there is a problem with the Horizon computer system in branch for online purchased International shipping labels. It is supposed to be fixed by today, but I'm dropping my parcels to DO.

They should be accepting all Click & Drop items apart from Tracked 24/48. You can take the item to a delivery office, use a postbox, parcel box...
