Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

The closure of @PostOffice card accounts has created major difficulties for people we support who are homeless and can't get a bank account for their benefits to be paid into. There's no problem with applying but banks are bound by rules which mean not everyone is eligible 1/3

@Siobhain_Mc @BarclaysUK @PostOffice It’s all about money for Barclays, was a customer of the bank for over 40 years then my overdraft was sent to a debt collections agency. No explanation, no letter prior to this from the bank. Very disappointed with their actions. Now bank elsewhere.

@PostOffice The one on Bridge Street in WH Smith. Two women in front of me both waited over 25 minutes just to get their change sorted out as both self service machines were playing up. Staff didn’t seem to care less.

@PostOffice New owners need sorting. Bad attitude, no manners, when questioned about it, refuse to serve the customer, tell them to go elsewhere and not come back because they won't be served. It's a public essential service, is that even allowed? Check Google reviews over the past months.
