@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

Ask to withdraw £X in coin rather than exchange it, if I had enough coins available for float and business customers I’d always give what I could on request
