It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

I would guess 30 customers queuing with 1 counter open and 1 person at the self-service machines. I think you need to review this urgently.
