    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

    @PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

    @PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

    Not so great service from @PostOffice Bracknell Princess Square just now. Rock up at 1724 to get some documents ID checked and they'd shut up shop early! So I can get some money off the processing fee then, as it's not my fault? Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice Hertford a fine example as to why I no longer use. Massive queue, two members, of staff. I just want to post a fully labled up parcel and no way unless I queue to hand it over. Very very poor, very very frustrating.

    @Rantsofus1 @DiverseLearners @PostOffice The Post Office Twitter team has informed me that my #SwapOut letter could have been given proof of postage. That was the issue in my original tweet. I would assume that a major change to how customers pay for postage would have been common knowledge to PO staff.

    @aviationcomment As much I as dislike Fujitsu's Horizon **** show, it's isn't the @PostOffice's Horizon system that's affected. Post Office and @RoyalMail are two separate entities, Post Office sells things (inc stamps), the Royal Mail handle letters and parcels, collecting and delivering.
