Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

@PostOffice never did I think you would profit out of your customers over covid. Unable to change travel insurance due to cancelled holiday as I would have to change within 1 year of purchase and not travel with means £105 lost. Poor show and I will be taking it further

Not sure I’ll get anywhere though as it was all very much about how posties get attacked by dogs and we should have had him indoors. @lucyallan @PostOffice I agree with the 2017 act and the decision to make the scheme illegal but only from the date of the act not from 10 yrs before. Analogy is like someone going down a motorway at 70 and then you say we're making it 30 but all who went at 70 for the last 10 yrs are guilty and fined.
