@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

It doesn't have a ‘priority box’ so should be taken off the list and the post master should stop taking the tests when he’s been told what they are.
