@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@HM_Passport for son's psport renewal I sent old pssport via postoffice recorded delivery. Passport office confirmed it was signed for. Have chased 4 times on phone since 10th April, office states they can't find it + will look. But never calls back. Maybe you can help?

@PostOffice I paid a cheque in at your Easingwold branch on 26/5. The rude cashier didn't give me an envelope and the cheque has not been received by my bank. The receipt has a value of £0 on it. I've tried calling, no answer and now the line is permanently busy. Please help

A wasted trip to the @PostOffice this morning. I was asked if I could cut my parcel down so I didn't have to use @parcelforce; it's posters in a tube, so no. Then I was told I can't use #ApplePay with #Parcelforce. What!? This is why people don't use the post office anymore.
