Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

@PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

@sheemawn @xwanyex Someone keeps breaking into the mailboxes in our neighboorhood. Happens about once a year, always at night. Hundred+ $ damages to steal mostly junkmail and you have to pick up your mail postoffice until they fix it. I never let mail sit overnight because of it.

@PostOffice Wow. Just had a letter from the council. Dated 7th october. It just got delivered (25th) the post office is really bad. Or maybe it is my post person that can not be asked to deliver to my floor unless they have a number of flats to go to.I think I should get money bk

I just walked into the local @PostOffice to collect a parcel. The Postmaster looked so I asked him if I could collect a parcel and he said “power cut”. He then just repeated the words “power cut, power cut”. He was unwilling to say anything else so I left. What great service🤯!

@PostOffice Abysmal counter service today. Elderly mother in wheelchair wanting a passport form checked, neither on duty were trained to do it. All of your staff should be trained to do everything, especially something as important & frequently asked for. No excuse for this.
