Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

@PostOffice The broad brushstrokes are in the tweet. A complex system being forced upon customers when a human makes the whole experience much more pleasant, next time I’m not being ‘forced’ as I was today to use a self service system. I want to keep people employed providing a service.
