    @PostOffice Thank you for the prompt response. The reduced hours is hugely inconvenient and results in a huge queue out of the door. Also the self-service machines are frequently turned off and the Saturday morning cashier is #so# rude - every time!

    Dear @PostOffice why does your WHSMITH Maidenhead branch close at 1230 on Saturdays (it used to be open all day)? Also the Saturday morning cashier is ALWAYS so rude!

    @PostOffice Happens both on desktop and mobile. I go to the correct complaint section - staff behaviour - fill in the form & receive this notification when I click submit

    @PostOffice I have tried twice to submit a complaint & each time I get "403 Error" page not found. This is insult on top of injury as I've had to avoid my local branch & travel to use an alternative because the service near me is so bad, EVERY time. I am so disappointed & upset.

    @PostOfficeIndia Atleast now your employees should stop fooling the customer’s, stop sending passports back with an sms that door was locked, what a pathetic reason in this corona time, when the family is not getting out of house,@PMOIndia privatise PostOffice too..Jai Hind

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    @PostOffice So I can wait on hold for half an hour to be asked to call back tomorrow because "im actually finished for the day now 😌" do you have anyone who can actually help or does everyone just pass any problems on??!

    PostOffice junction inward Ojuwoye is a slow moving traffic due to Market activities Ojuwoye inward Isolo road, Oye roundabout is good Oye roundabout down to Daleko is slow but good on the return journey
