@PostOffice Thank you for closing my local post office an essential key service. I now can't post what may be my last letter to my parents. I thought these were supposed to be being kept open.

@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

@PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

@PostOffice [1/2] Customer service concerns. Instantly made to feel that we were a pain. Told I - as sponsor - needed to show my passport. That is not the case. The letter had a checklist of what to take, and that was not listed.

Hello @USPS, can u train your staff not to be rude with customers? Every time I go to the #PostOffice,I feel bullied by your employees, who don't seem to notice I am not from here. They bark at me, mumble unintelligible words & say humiliating things when I don't understand them.
