I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

That was the issue in my original tweet. I would assume that a major change to how customers pay for postage would have been common knowledge to PO staff.
