    Eventually the other self service till was fixed. From what I could gather, it just had to be turned on. Why not turn both on in the morning, I don’t know. Who knew that putting @PostOffice’s into the worst shop on the High Street, @WHSmith, would mean it would all go to shit...

    So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

    Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

    Turns out the @WHSmith staff cant actually SEE the self service tills, because of the way Smiths and @PostOffice have laid out the store. So theyll never know when people need parcels collecting from the machine. So self service Custs have to up to the tills. Which have a queue

    @USPS What is going on with the Memphis TN. Hub? I have 2 dozen packages that has been in Memphis for 10-20 days or more. Customers are getting sick & tired of all the delays with the post office. All the delays are hurting small businesses. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW! #POSTOFFICE

    @PostOffice Well I'd suggest everyone disabled leave asap because they like many others are in support of Openreach not their customers.... After six years of no internet through winter then thru covid I acted reasonable in the eyes of the court and they've left a disabled woman with Nothin

    @Keziahhhx @PostOffice @PostOffice Please just write down the name and address on the parcel and let the post office process the item and pay for the postage at the post office branch. By doing a prepaid eBay postage you aren't properly supporting your local branch.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I don’t need to check out the prices and I know what the size restraints are for each service Yes technically you are a separate company but you work side by side, the branch processed the packages and charged us accordingly as large letters, they should be penalised not us

    @Chairborne1701 @Willem500i @EVGA_JacobF i totally dont need to do next day shipping.. but i thnk of it as a safety precaution.. the more time spent with UPS or fedex or the postoffice or whatever... the more chances there are the expensive item getting broken or damaged or lost. get it out of shippers hand ASAP!!

    @LeftovrBeefcake @PostOffice Presumably since *April* as these seem to ship ~2-3 weeks into the month they are stamped with (e.g. the June issue, issue 6, shipped today). Good to see stuff is making it through finally! There's been some very odd herky jerkiness going on, which AA can't do anything about.
