  • tommyhozza tom horrox (@tommyhozza) reported from Finchampstead, England

  • RMajor86 Richard Major (@RMajor86) reported from Farnham, England

Eventually the other self service till was fixed. From what I could gather, it just had to be turned on. Why not turn both on in the morning, I don’t know. Who knew that putting @PostOffice’s into the worst shop on the High Street, @WHSmith, would mean it would all go to shit...

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

@Cremedevape @PostOffice @WHSmith @parcelforce @RoyalMailHelp Absolute comedy of errors going on here. I wouldn’t mind much, except this was a really important package to me!

  • RockBoxRecords The Rock Box Record Store (@RockBoxRecords) reported from Camberley, England

@101andyhibberd @PostOffice @farnhamherald To make you feel better Andy, same situation in Camberley today. Self services machine not working, 2 tills and 12 people in queue. Oh & one till then closed after serving 1 of 12 to cash up or something. 20 minutes later......

  • FionaLegal Fiona Anderson (@FionaLegal) reported from Wokingham, England

Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

  • RMajor86 Richard Major (@RMajor86) reported from Farnham, England

Turns out the @WHSmith staff cant actually SEE the self service tills, because of the way Smiths and @PostOffice have laid out the store. So theyll never know when people need parcels collecting from the machine. So self service Custs have to up to the tills. Which have a queue

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

  • Jennifer_Cowton Jennifer Cowton (@Jennifer_Cowton) reported from Bracknell, England

@PostOffice no service in #bracknell #moneyexxhange now as lady is “on a break” eating her lunch at the desk #shockingservice

  • smnthklly 𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑡ℎ𝑎 ⚜️ (@smnthklly) reported from Reading, England

Omg I do a manifest every time and my parcels never get processed or processed incorrectly and then I’m left in a state wondering where the rest are until I can contact the PO again.. I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

  • lornypop Lorna Hicks (@lornypop) reported from Wokingham, England

    AVOID #BYFLEET #POSTOFFICE #rude #unproffesional #tradingstandards being informed!!

  • Mark_Sweeny_ Mark Sweeny (@Mark_Sweeny_) reported from Farnham, England

@eileentso @PaulaVennells1 @PostOffice @olivershah This is absolutely a terrible story. Cause faulty IT and the effect on people’s lives is devistating. Full public enquiry required. @BorisJohnson time to act on something that is wrong when those in charge won’t step up

  • sector4focus Tom Levitt (@sector4focus) reported from Guildford, England

@paullewismoney @PostOffice have done the same - when you use their mail forwarding service the letters now often arrive in single use plastic bags. #GetYourActTogether #plasticwaste

@PostOffice STILL waiting for the email confirming that last year's policy has NOT been renewed, I was told by Tracy in your customer services that I would receive an email today

  • dbrereton db (@dbrereton) reported from Rochdale, England

Dear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

  • CarlosD01814644 karlos&oscar (@CarlosD01814644) reported

@PostOffice hello am I allowed to take my emotional support dog into your brunches? I have been refused entry on Hackney Road. Rude people.

  • C_Harps14 Craig Harpur (@C_Harps14) reported

@PostOffice Hi, my package has been in Tyneside MC since Friday 24th Sept and it was meant to be a 48 hour delivery. What is the issue?

  • kryscolli18 krystopher (@kryscolli18) reported

    Damn I want that blue R/T charger 🥳.. #Postoffice💰

  • alipooley Allan Poole (@alipooley) reported

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK To say a massive thankyou for their help I thought I would send them a thankyou card. In addition, I thought it would be great to send them vouchers. I went to Caerphilly Post Office and bought 2 One4All gift cards with £100 on each 2/9

  • CarlosD01814644 karlos&oscar (@CarlosD01814644) reported

@PostOffice It’s not the case. I find that you are repeating yourself. My point is that the lack of consistency is not the way forward to look after customers. I was allowed in that brunch before with my support dog.

  • ColCivicSociety Colchester Civic Society (@ColCivicSociety) reported

@williams2_h @BTGroup @PostOffice Can't immediately help with that one... Do any of the others out there who follow us out there know?

  • ShibiTCT ShebblesTheTeapot (@ShibiTCT) reported

@PostOffice @CarlosD01814644 Some people do label their dogs as 'emotional support animals' when they are assistance dogs. Even if this isn't good practice, the law does not require a dog to wear anything in particular so if someone says their dog is an AD and it is acting as such it should be treated as one

  • CarlosD01814644 karlos&oscar (@CarlosD01814644) reported

@PostOffice May I please request a higher management person to deal with my complaint. My assistance dog has been allowed in all brunches, today it seems different. The lack of consistency in information and rules is not the way forward to look after your customers.
