Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. 😱. #postoffice

There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

It' just the female version of the "No shirt, no service" rule. Yeah, it's an old and fuddy-duddy rule. but it's really not all that difficult to follow.

She just wanted attention - I doubt anyone said a thing to her but she looked like a woman who was going to Room 607 at the Ritz to knock on the door and asking for John! No one walks into any business with a bare back down to her waist without knowing exactly the reaction she will get.
