Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. ๐ฑ. #postoffice

I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they werenโt even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, EnglandSo @parcelforce say they canโt do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

Instead she find her way to do it old way. Where necessary she seek help and get her job done. She is also using Facebook and other social media too to keep in touch with other family members. Blind people can't see, still they find their way around rather than complaining about others. Disable people cannot do many things too, still they find their way around rather than complaining about people who can do things normally. If you can't drive then get Uber but don't complain about why others are driving. Not their fault.
