Fiona Anderson (@FionaLegal) reported from Wokingham, EnglandThanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #IranProtests2022 (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@leckston Admittedly it's not the business itself that's causing rhe disruption to mail services but I agree that #RoyalMail & it's #PostOffice arm haven't really acted like the official mail service for many a year. Maybe it is time the lost the 'Royal' prefix status. @10DowningStreet

The Rock Box Record Store (@RockBoxRecords) reported from Camberley, England@101andyhibberd @PostOffice @farnhamherald To make you feel better Andy, same situation in Camberley today. Self services machine not working, 2 tills and 12 people in queue. Oh & one till then closed after serving 1 of 12 to cash up or something. 20 minutes later......

Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England@WHSmith @PostOffice I am at the @PostOffice now trying to work out what is going on. Kudos for responding. They say they can’t help in any way.
-
Dan Adams (@CamberleyDan) reported from Camberley, EnglandThe new Camberley @PostOffice rules of only being allowed to use self service machines surely will cause some difficulties for some members of the community
-
Lorna Hicks (@lornypop) reported from Wokingham, EnglandAVOID #BYFLEET #POSTOFFICE #rude #unproffesional #tradingstandards being informed!!
-
Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, EnglandSo @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!
-
𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑡ℎ𝑎 ⚜️ (@smnthklly) reported from Reading, EnglandOmg I do a manifest every time and my parcels never get processed or processed incorrectly and then I’m left in a state wondering where the rest are until I can contact the PO again.. I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?
-
Anne (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice Absolutely appalling customer service, IN Didcot PO today. The one inside Whsmith. .. Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. 😱. #postoffice
-
Adric Warth (@adric_warth) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I spoke to The staff at WH Smith where the post office is located & they were surprised when they closed at 1. I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open
-
Ngwaniwapo (@Munzhedzi_Muk) reported from Reading, England@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice Damn. Thats disappointing, I think royal mail requires this invoice when claiming cos they know you aint getting it, ever.
-
Adric Warth (@adric_warth) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I feel really really let down & will be lodging a complaint. Please can you provide the phone number for you complaints department
-
Anne 🌻💙💛 (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I posted a normal package 3rd December and its still not arrived. 😱. Apparently many have had a problem, with this date. So lady in Didcot / coop p/O said.
-
Kim (@Neeknowsbest) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice Took some old notes to local main Post Office to be told you no longer exchange them, or allow them to be paid into bank account. No wonder Post offices are closing all the time. No longer offering a service to the community.
-
Jennifer Cowton (@Jennifer_Cowton) reported from Bracknell, England@PostOffice no service in #bracknell #moneyexxhange now as lady is “on a break” eating her lunch at the desk #shockingservice
-
Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England@Cremedevape @PostOffice @WHSmith @parcelforce @RoyalMailHelp Absolute comedy of errors going on here. I wouldn’t mind much, except this was a really important package to me!
-
tom horrox (@tommyhozza) reported from Finchampstead, England@joshjay1969 @RoyalMail You might want to tag @PostOffice as @RoyalMail is a different company... "my golf just broke down... damn you vauxhall" 🤣
-
Anne 🌻💙💛 (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice I would also like to point out. The staff really should make people aware of this. The assistant (female) not the older lady, is rude too. I don't live here but my daughter in law does, and assistant is always rude.
-
Anne (@annief1) reported from Didcot, England@PostOffice Thank you. I have worked for a PO, I used to run one in the 90s. . I am also trained in Customer care. There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 #NUFC 'till I die ! (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@johnredwood @YvetteHenson 1/2 And why did the #PostOffice & #Fujitsu ignore &/or hide the fact that there were significant problems with said it system, preferring instead to shift the blame onto totally innocent people ? At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

-
@CFX (@SeeEffects) reported@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice It confused me at first but then when I thought it through, like why would they do that? It struck me that if every post service took on other post service errors it could be exploited. What do you think?
-
Himanshu (@aashiyatt) reported@PostOffice Dear Sir/Ma'am, Subject :- after Delivering the post via post office the post master demands for us a sum of money for the service. Sir/ma'am, After Delivering the post the postmaster demand for a sum of money, i ask them for why ? He ask me No Question... !!
-
Robbie McGowan (@WattenRobbie) reported@bookbird71 @PostOffice Assuming you also went into the Post Office on your lunch break, you then find it ridiculous that others should take their lunch, assuming that is what they were doing. Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
-
Alison Holder (@alisonmalvern) reported@cwsuth1 @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Power in the private sector is usually accountable. The public sector never seems to be. I worry about nationalisation for this reason
-
Robbie McGowan (@WattenRobbie) reported@bookbird71 @Lindseyy888 @PostOffice It’s your choice to wait in a long queue, you have no idea what they were doing, or indeed why. You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
-
Ade #BIN SPYING 💙💛 (@jam21t) reportedFeel my arse has just been well & truly shafted @PostOffice. £14 online licence renewal if you signup to Digital ID. @PostOffice £17 + £4.50 service charge which includes a photo. Actual fee to avoid Dig ID shenanigans + Postal order + Fee + £15 for photos + postage❓ £44.08
-
Mark Starkey (@DJMarkStarkey) reported@PostOffice how come you don't pay out on travel insurance for my fiance after my Father died??? You've made a really awful time in my life even worse. Sort it out!
-
Elaine Chapman (@ElaineC_reviews) reported@PostOffice I have sent you three messages explaining the abysmal customer services in private messenger. @SimonCalder worth you checking this out perhaps 🤔
-
Brian Lovegrove (@BrianLovegrove7) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice all very good and all. but whos there filming this ****?
-
Michael Hullock (@michael_hullock) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice @andyburnham when will Paula Vennells , Adam Crozier, van den Bogerd etc see jail time. Never. Because the scandal all feeds back to Tony Blair. Talk the (Hillsborough law) talk. Now walk the walk!
