I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

(@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@johnredwood @YvetteHenson 1/2 And why did the #PostOffice & #Fujitsu ignore &/or hide the fact that there were significant problems with said it system, preferring instead to shift the blame onto totally innocent people ? At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. 😱. #postoffice
