At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

I know the closure has caused inconvenience for residents, and I have been pressing for a resolution. I'll share further updates as I receive them.
