I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

The people never saw a penny from the sale of all out owned companies. The water, Gas, Postoffice, BT. etc etc. Where does all the money go as we were all shareholders prior to sale
