@PostOffice Thank you. I have worked for a PO, I used to run one in the 90s. . I am also trained in Customer care. There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

@PostOffice Took some old notes to local main Post Office to be told you no longer exchange them, or allow them to be paid into bank account. No wonder Post offices are closing all the time. No longer offering a service to the community.

Omg I do a manifest every time and my parcels never get processed or processed incorrectly and then I’m left in a state wondering where the rest are until I can contact the PO again.. I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

@PostOffice Absolutely appalling customer service, IN Didcot PO today. The one inside Whsmith. .. Serving me and discussing the Christmas Party they can't, have with colleague! Always time for this after but not during service. Customers come first. 😱. #postoffice

@PostOffice I spoke to The staff at WH Smith where the post office is located & they were surprised when they closed at 1. I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

@HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

Think someone needs to take a serious look at @PostOffice in George V Avenue, Goring by Sea.Last time went in they tried 2 charge £35 for Driving License renewal service. Today, posted 14 letters asking to be sent 2nd class signed & get home to find they’ve sent them 1st class 😡

Postal delivery took place at 11:30, but why did the POSTOFFICE truck pay a special visit to my neighbor, a retired Postal employee of 40 years. I never trusted the Post Office.

@luisagottardo1 @Telegraph Also my commute is now 10 seconds, not an hour. I don't have to worry about my cats not being fed for 8-10 hours at a time when the other half's shifts cross over with mine. Also we've never missed a package being delivered for 2 years so we don't make trips to the postoffice

@PostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw Indian post office services are very poor I have seen.those who are serving in this very careless and illiterate. They r just wasting time in office and getting salary. My parcel not delivered to me and that parcel back to the office where it came.
