So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

@Cremedevape @PostOffice @WHSmith @parcelforce @RoyalMailHelp Absolute comedy of errors going on here. I wouldn’t mind much, except this was a really important package to me!

What happened under @PaulaVennells1 and the @PostOffice to individuals forced to use a system they knew was not working, they were told wasn't working and refused even now to accept fully is a national scandal for which they should all be charged. For those who never got justice

@PostOffice I think you shouldn't be promoting your service given you are biased against honesty #PostOfficeScandal and have to say you're not a company I'd trust with my mail anymore. I'm really not going to use a company who treats postmasters with such contempt/hate #EpicFail

@PostOffice @ijjeeezy Financial compensation would probably help many, but the proper compensation will be the real criminals being imprisoned.

@ShellEnergyHome ok so I’ve got no internet & my internet provider says I need to contact you to get it sorted - unfortunately I’m also one of the @PostOffice customers transferring and I’ve been hanging on your phone line for over 20 mins #HELP #CustomerService ?!?!?

A small package was posted from EastGrinstead to Pinner for a volunteer to bring, to help kids in Africa @RoyalMail @PostOffice, but a fortnight later it has still not arrived. What recourse is there? Feeling sad as the PostOffice is not what it once was😢

The @PostOffice scandal is so heartbreaking every time you hear about it - those poor employees wrongfully accused. The scale of it is mind-boggling. How did senior staff not twig sooner before accusing hundreds of fraud? @BBCNWT #PostOfficeScandal

@caitlinmoran Agree. This is one of the worst British scandals I've ever heard. I found it hard to take in. I'm an ex #HR manager. Maybe the first question the @PostOffice should have asked is why have 700 people suddenly committed fraud.
