@Cremedevape @PostOffice @WHSmith @parcelforce @RoyalMailHelp Absolute comedy of errors going on here. I wouldn’t mind much, except this was a really important package to me!

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

@WHSmith @PostOffice I am at the @PostOffice now trying to work out what is going on. Kudos for responding. They say they can’t help in any way.

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

  • adric_warth Adric Warth (@adric_warth) reported from Didcot, England

@PostOffice I spoke to The staff at WH Smith where the post office is located & they were surprised when they closed at 1. I then went to the Royal Mail depot to see if they could help & they weren’t even aware that it had closed at 1, as far as they knew it was still open

@PostOffice @parcelforce can you give me a definitive answer on whether £1000 of jewellery can be sent to New Zealand by your Global Priority service? Receiving conflicting info from helplines?

  • brian_g_moore Brian Moore (@brian_g_moore) reported

@TomCottonAR The question is would you have ANY IRS agents? And if you would, then **admit it** for crissakes!!!!! Should taxes even be levied? Should their collection be enforced? AT ALL? If not, you are no better than the people that burned down my postoffice in summer of 2020.

  • richardtrinder1 richard trinder (@richardtrinder1) reported

@adzgreen721 Hi Adz, the business is there especially with online shopping returns, the boom in eBay and the substantial growth in banking that we now do (banks are closing at an alarming rate to save money), the problem is that @PostOffice (govt owned) don't want to pay a fair price! #

  • ArianneWhitelam arianne chambers (@ArianneWhitelam) reported

@RoyalMail @PostOffice love that Royal Mail lost my parcel. Post office won’t help even though a proof of return was not provided and no customer service to speak with and @RoyalMail won’t help without a reference. £100 paid for items I don’t even have and can’t claim for it 😡

  • art_begall Gavin Gillingham 💙 (@art_begall) reported

@PostOffice I sent a message thru your website at the weekend. I'm having trouble trying to get a replacement travel money card. Your website says you'll reply in 2 working days but I've heard nothing back.

Sent a parcel from @postoffice via royal mail on 25 July. Was contacted by recipient yesterday saying they haven’t received parcel. Tracking info says parcel never even left the post office. I'm fuming 😡 Their negligence will cost me £340. This needs sorting asap @RoyalMailHelp

  • KeithBone316 Keith Bone (@KeithBone316) reported

@PostOffice your East Ham E6 branch in WH Smith was supposed to replace the main post office. Why then, does it have a single window open and 19 people in a queue? You have one person working! Place looks abandoned. Terrible service.

  • InteriorAgent John Northwood (@InteriorAgent) reported

allowed to collect. So if my wife’s ID gets stolen, anybody can collect as it isn’t photo ID? We only have issues with Parcelforce! Every other courier always attempts to leave with a neighbour. It was a standard parcel, didn’t have to be signed for. #postoffice #parcelforce
