    @PostOffice Thank you Stephen. Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

    @PostOffice Every call told I’d an advisor looking after us, would call back within the hour. I’ve a £200 phone bill from chasing, crying down the phone. Heel dragging, missing forms to get access to medical records, then told “doctors closed sadly wait until Monday (the day of the flight)

    @PostOffice They said they've never done it, don't know how to do it and have never heard of it! They found the service on their system and told me what my card balance was but still refused to help me. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice the ‘staff’ in your Darlington WHSmith branch are appallingly shocking at customer service. Instead of serving a line of waiting customers they decided to sort out their own BooHoo return parcel and ignore instead and then have attitude when asked 😡 #CustomerService

    @PostOffice Hi Tom. I didn’t wait because the queue was so long and it was really warm in the store. I was looking at other items for about 10 minutes and the queue hadn’t moved. There’s never enough staff on.

    Think back to when it was just the #postoffice how bad that got. When the courier companies arrived, you could actually guarantee a delivery day, tracking info, it was much cheaper etc. It shook things up for the public. The #nhs needs the equivalent to happen.

    @siany_d @PostOffice Well an envelope is sold inside the Postoffice and it’s part of its service as it’s needed to put letters in. The point is you need cash for it but not for the service. I even offered to buy 20 envelopes. Still needs cash! It baffles me
