I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

I’ve a £200 phone bill from chasing, crying down the phone. Heel dragging, missing forms to get access to medical records, then told “doctors closed sadly wait until Monday (the day of the flight)
