@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and was told I needed to speak to someone first, the next thing is I receive a ‘final response’ to the complaint I hadn’t yet made! Two weeks now since I formally complained about the premature response and nothing. Shocking @PostOffice

Disappointed to have to queue for 15 mins at your very poorly-ventilated Ealing Broadway branch just now, @PostOffice (self-service tills closed; only 1 person on duty till 10.00). When only 2 of the 9 people ahead of me had masks on, #GoodVentilationMatters Please sort it out.

@PostOffice very disappointed service in slindon street tomorrow because I wouldn’t state what was in my parcel but stated it was non-prohibited and allowed in the network. Will go somewhere else which accept non-prohibited as an answer or online where you accept the terms 1/2

@PostOffice Else no problem and received very good service. Will not go to slindon street again. Managers shouldn’t be speaking to customers like that and in front of staff as well as they will start to speak to customers like that - lead by example they say. Well that’s not happening there

@mcrsteph @PostOffice @WHSmith The WHSmith post office in Norwich is rather good. Yes it gets busy in there as it’s the only post office in city centre but the self service areas make it easier to post items so the queue for manned tills is not too bad
