@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice @Hughesy53 @RoyalMailHelp Just sent a parcel stood in a massive queque just to be charged £4.40 fo4 a parcel that was £3.85 yesterday. And the service is abysmal.

@RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your reply. I spoke to Royal Mail on Friday and @PostOffice has now accepted there is a problem with the Horizon computer system in branch for online purchased International shipping labels. It is supposed to be fixed by today, but I'm dropping my parcels to DO.

Hmm, my Informed Delivery account w/the #postoffice can sometimes cause me #Anxiety hehe....I often don't get that mail til the next day so for a whole day today, I will be wondering wtf the Dept of #Accounting letter from the State of Hawaii wants to do w/or TO me?

@PostOffice Your service is ridiculous. I want to order some foreign currency for my daughter - £300 worth of USD but the minimum required for delivery or collection from a branch is £400! How do you suggest I do this exactly?!

@PostOffice you are refusing me the right to speak to a Manager. Your service for life insurance is flawed and accusations to the policy holder are disgusting!!! I would suggest that a Manager comes forward and deals with this asap! Terrible service!!! 😡
