@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp 2 days off work waiting for next day delivery in ALL day today again - no parcel. The front door was even open. No bell, no red card, but they tried to deliver? phoned to suggest solution (pick it up from DO) - not without a red card & then she hung up.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice Post Office sold me a 24hr service. 'Industrial Action' causes delay. Post Office blame Royal Mail. Royal Mail blame Post Office. If it's not 24hr service, don't sell it as such. Take some responsibility. Both of you are crap companies and deserve to fail.

Can you please tell me if deliveries will be back to normal tomorrow 26th October? I'm waiting for important delivery of medication that I needed today and had to resort to calling 111 for emergency medication as I'm at risk of seizures @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @PostOffice

@gospeloak8 @read292 Evidence from the Fujitsu side this week points to @PostOffice never approaching them for evidence, audit trail and process to obtain policy that POL was under contract to ensure was in place by themselves. Deliberate persecution of those they undoubtedly knew could be innocent.

If my parcel isn't at my @PostOffice again ready for collection I will be near flipping. At who I don't know. Baring in mind I have to pay extra for this & I don't drive etc. I'll never use @RoyalMail again if I can avoid it.

@davesumnersmith @RoyalMail @PostOffice It started before privatisation where they were put in the position of having to provide the full UK service, while courier companies weren't, but then negotiated for RM to do the 'last mile' at discounted rates. Then, have you seen the profits taken out?
