@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@PostOffice Hi Jess, problem is I have 2 items delivered there, & only 1 was missed delivery. So I only have 1 missed delivery note &reference. Really, as you will understand, I need to make sure i collect both, as expected, with all my ID as originally provided, through the correct route. X

Hey, I've just been around the to Whiteley Co - op would who provide a Post Office service. On the door it says 'If the store is open, we're open which isn't the case as I've just been around there and they're shut. Any reasoning for this? @PostOffice

@caffeinegalore @PostOffice It's a question of liability. I hand it over, but it never makes it to the depot, so it's never scanned. It is, sadly, an open door for those wishing to commit fraud (I say I handed it in but didn't, then claim compensation) or theft (I did hand it in, but then someone stole it).
