    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @lily_lna @PostOffice As a customer you can wear anything you want. Not appropriate to work in. Don't know what the problem was. I've seen a lot worse in public.

    I feel sorry for the guy who works in the @PostOffice in Walthamstow, he is always very polite and efficient, but always working on his own with a queue out the door. I don’t know why they don’t give him help

    @JamesMelville Totally agree. I tried to help a 93 lady. Bright and chatty not IT literate, couldn’t pay her TV licence at our local PostOffice so drove her to CoOp. Didn’t have a bar code do we gave up. She said “the world is against me now I am old” broke my heart @PatrickChristys
