Unless you were asking for a tracked service (T24 or T48) you absolutely should have been able to use your stamps. I expect @PostOffice will be along in the morning to ask you for more info and what branch it was.

We as consumer expect application must in service all the time. I dont know why this is happening when we need to do transactions. #PostOffice
