@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice Hi yes honestly this is the second time it’s happened I have to pay to get there. The excuse was no staff then they said system down. Poor lady was behind alone. Left alone it company policy to have a manager on site if there was an emergency

@PostOffice Hi, when I have a QR code from ebay, which service do I select on the website branch finder to know which branch I can use. As the 2 I normally use are without trained staff or a working scanner, so have to go somewhere else... Thanks.

@mrmr1488 @monzo @PostOffice The branch was correct. You can’t pay for Car Tax or Bills with a Monzo Debit Card which is mad (but can with any other debit card) - I’m sure it’s a system fault. Could never understand it ourselves either
