@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Is the tardiness of Royal Mail in restoring overseas customs services to Post Office part of their grand plan to cut us out, partner with Evri, cut costs, reduce levels of service and move to a lower quality gig- economy model?

Terrible service, @RoyalMail denied my claim because that particular service was suspended at that time. And yet the @PostOffice took my money and guessing Royal Mail got some if it too??!!

Ok. I don’t like to rant on Twitter but given the world I work in I feel the need to. A 🧵 Banking in Britain is broken. I went to the @PostOffice this morning to post some parcels. The gentleman in the queue next to me was in his 90’s

@PostOffice @PaulDon1989 Best keep the real issues facing the network under wraps. Gd old POL. Never learn from their mistakes & continue to bury their heads in the sand pretending alls ok. Don’t forget Courtney us postmasters pay your “probably” over inflated pay whilst most of us receive less than NMW

@PostOffice Just found put that @PostOffice told our post master to leave in February when he was prepared to stay till October, plus there is a shop unit 3 doors up suitable as a replacement but @PostOffice don't want to help move the equipment already available. Shame on you all
