    @HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

    @PostOffice all old digital machines have been taken away by postofice. It should have been replaced by tablet but all nearby postoffices are still waiting for tablet delivery. still cant find a branch which has digital service.

    @PostOffice You see how this is a flawed system? Do you think everyone is in a position to just replace their whole going away money because the local Post Office couldn’t fulfil their order? This is placing my entire trip in jeopardy and I don’t feel any effort has been made to help.
