@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice your @RoyalMailHelp is absolutely useless. I tweeted them, they ignored me. Twice while others been responded to. I dmed, finally got a reply. I responded within 2 minutes and now I had no reply. That was a few hours ago. Worst customer service ever.

@PostOffice can you tell me why a post office branch wouldn't accept a parcel that met the size and weight restrictions for "large letter", and would insist on it being sent as a small parcel? They were able to pass it through the template check with no issue

@Sharonb11188026 The issue with @PostOffice in my view has to be on of survival and lack of ethics in the past 20 years: Agreed the need to make a profit, “that is business”. Though at the expense of your own people treated as disposable assets is one of disgust and horror. 1/2

As a #disabled person, I’m exhausted by drs and co’s that aren’t #accessible. 4 times just this week! Tried to mail a package and struggled through the heavy doors of my #postoffice, can’t make appt at dr office by text/email (I can’t speak). And 2 co cust service are phone only
