    @PostOffice I would also like to point out. The staff really should make people aware of this. The assistant (female) not the older lady, is rude too. I don't live here but my daughter in law does, and assistant is always rude.

    @PostOffice Appalling service at Maryhill Post Office in Glasgow today. They refused to renew my driving licence because there were only two people working and they didn’t have time to do it. It was 3pm and there was no queue. Was told I’d need an appointment.

    @PostOffice I’m in the main #cheltenham #post #office. One person serving and all self service machines are out of order. Hardly surprising people use other service providers.

    @PostOffice your East Ham E6 branch in WH Smith was supposed to replace the main post office. Why then, does it have a single window open and 19 people in a queue? You have one person working! Place looks abandoned. Terrible service.

    @PostOffice Worcester High Street in WH Smith - the pathetic level of service never changes. No attempt to deliver a good experience and the staff just don't care. That was evident yesterday. It should be closed down.
