    @PostOffice I've been waiting for a parcel - paid 4 & sent before Christmas - on January 15th company kindly sent me a repeat parcel. My local PO is clearly busy but I can't wait for another 25 minutes for a phonemail to be answered - please can you help. Not fair on the company

    @PostOffice Yes mine is faulty and I rang up post office and they said they had never heard of it. Think I have to order it through my bank anyway but customer services should have knew what I was referring to

    @PostOffice Everytime I’ve queued for the PO there’s been two workers (that’s great) but they all take an inordinate amount of time serving a single customer and have a chat with them when there’s a queue of people out the door.
