    Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @WorldFamousHot1 @PostOffice That's odd, we've never had an issue with that. We send hundreds of records and LPs out, RM Tracked every year. Buy postage online, get them scanned at the local delivery office. If they are busy they do it later.

  • JuliaMarston Julia Marston (@JuliaMarston) reported

    @royalmail @royalmailhelp @postoffice. You delivered my parcel to wrong address & now I have to wait 50 mins for a customer service adviser on your phone lines to get an update #badcustomerservice

  • pplrstupid977 peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported

    @FineAndSamD @PostOffice It's not the branches fault. An engineer is required to fix self service machines . You won't be informed what the branch says. There's not a lot they can do until the engineer attends. Until then it's tough.

  • Rantsofus1 Rants of us (@Rantsofus1) reported

    @FOG1O1 @PostOffice By sounds it already is closed so no issues

  • ClareyMc10 Clare Morrissey (@ClareyMc10) reported

    @PostOffice how can 2 post-offices be so different? #Runcorn Old Town absolute shambles, rude, unhelpful & so dismissive #StHelens Town Centre we're so kind, helpful & willing to go above & beyond to help me with my driving licence! Credit where it's due, St Helens PO #fabulous

  • Rantsofus1 Rants of us (@Rantsofus1) reported

    @blaw711 @PostOffice Yes I would think customer would of already covered(clearly common sense)

  • pplrstupid977 peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported

    @Schadenfreudian @PostOffice No, they recommend postage depending on the value of what youre sending. 1st and 2nd class cover up to £20. Tracked 24 and 48 cover up to £75. Anything over that needs to be Special Delivery but its up to the customer.

    @SurinderRehal @PostOffice Do what I do Surinder and spend all your left over holiday dosh, on tat in the airport on your way home. Saves going back to the Post office and getting Diabolical service!!!!

  • FineAndSamD • Sam • (@FineAndSamD) reported

    @PostOffice I’m not waiting in it. I don’t have time. It’s beside the point. You’ve got 5 or so self service terminals there and they’ve been shut for weeks. Why?

  • pplrstupid977 peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported

    @artygirl31 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Its definitely a Royal Mail problem.
