Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.
-
Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻
-
Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Liverpool, England@PostOffice @RoyalMail any issues with deliveries in SG9? Two parcels this past week have failed to arrive.
-
bemed (@bernardomed) reported from Liverpool, EnglandDear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@fasurveyors @PostOffice Post Office staff did not do that. When theyre at work they never leave the building.

Julie L (@julieNL69) reported@PostOffice @Scotmid I tried to buy some stamps at the post office in prestonpans but I was told your systems have been down all day. No signage up in the store at all. I asked if I could buy stamps and was told no so I assume scotmid doesn't sell books of them. Not good enough.

Rants of us (@Rantsofus1) reported@SurinderRehal @PostOffice Probably the “I’m a regular customer” bet it bores them! If you needed the receipt then that’s it
-
Scotmid Co-operative (@Scotmid) reported@julieNL69 @PostOffice Hi Julie, we're sorry to hear about this. We have forwarded your complaint on internally to be investigated.
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@SurinderRehal @PostOffice Would you also like to know about every other service that they can't do there? Youd be there a while. Perhaps you should have asked if they'd be able to buy it back when you bought it.
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@FineAndSamD @PostOffice It's not the branches fault. An engineer is required to fix self service machines . You won't be informed what the branch says. There's not a lot they can do until the engineer attends. Until then it's tough.
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@Schadenfreudian @PostOffice No, they recommend postage depending on the value of what youre sending. 1st and 2nd class cover up to £20. Tracked 24 and 48 cover up to £75. Anything over that needs to be Special Delivery but its up to the customer.
-
Lawrence Landray (@Glawsloz) reported.@PostOffice can you tell your posties to actually post our mail through our letter box and not just chuck it down on the front step (which is right next to our letter box by the way) as the person who has delivered our mail today just put it on there for anyone to take!!
-
John (@johnnychick) reported@PostOffice your store inside the Nisa shop at Westhill in Aberdeenshire has got to be the worst one in the UK..... And let's be honest it's a pretty tough contest to win.
-
Rants of us (@Rantsofus1) reported@blaw711 @PostOffice Yes I would think customer would of already covered(clearly common sense)
