Whoever they delivered it to stole the item and I reported it as stolen. I think you won't have the same bad luck.

annie (@superneatfun) reported@PostOffice The Wokingham wh Smith one isn't great but the Bracknell wh Smith one is appalling, I've had to wait 20 minutes in there before because only one person was serving and there's no self service (which you can't do QR code returns on anyway)
