@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@IndiaPostOffice Oh really.1st make ur service at postoffice serviciable...my seniorcitizen mother went 2 headpost ofc bokaro 2 apply 4 atmcard n just 2 submit d form at d counter it tuk more dan 1 hour as staff was busy on phn n doing work for inside ppl not at all bothered..I hv video recording

@kwarby1958 @PostOffice The only service that covers vouchers and gift cards is Special Delivery which is £9.25 if under 100g so you were offered the right service. If your envelope goes missing, you wont be covered for the value of the voucher. Post Office staff were right.

Just spent 30 mins in @PostOffice only to be told they have no way of sending a parcel internationally to switzerland that contains 2x tins of tea, 1x tin of shortbread, 1x scarf and 2 pairs of socks because they don't have those items in their little drop down menu 🥴🥴🥴

@PostOffice My son is ringing and speaking to someone re the problem.Out of pocket £2k after paying his own hospital bill.Been waiting 5 weeks for the Post Office insurance dept to pay him back.They keep saying it’s being processed.We want to escalate it up.NOT GOOD SERVICE SO FAR!

@PostOffice To make sure our letter arrived, we were offered a £9 service, or £3 for signed. I thought a first-class stamp was sufficient. It seems we have to insure our goods because your service of delivering letters is flawed.

Hi @PostOffice your travel app is really bad. Constantly having to come out of it and try again because the selections don’t work on the app to top up currency. Do better.
