@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice Do you think you could add to the Branch Finder to indicate which branches sold ANY special stamps. I don't mean a full philatelic service, that would be too much to ask, but many Locals don't sell any; Drop+Go don't, but some do. 1/2

@capriccioqu4 @LINK_ATM_Scheme @PostOffice Apparently there are enough free cash machines and post offices within the three miles radius - enough being, 1 x Post Office and two free ATMs. I cannot manage to walk to the Co-op (in one direction) or OneStop in the other direction to get cash from the ATMs - they are simply too far away. Yes, I drive and have a car, but sometimes that adds more inconvenience as parking at both shops is abysmal. It would less of an issue if all of the shops and takeaways in Epworth accepted card payments, but several are cash only, including my favourite Chinese takeaway 🥡 According to the saying “cash is king”, but it really isn’t when access to it is limited by bureaucracy.
