    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @rachomics @RoyalMail @PostOffice Its just a shame there's no real sensible alternative for smaller packages like that. I've had stuff I couldn't get delivered to IOM sent to a relatives house and booked DPD through their Local Online website and no problems there (yet)! Silly season.

    @jajayourlife I have never experienced such poor customer service. Can’t believe @PostOffice card customers have to deal with you. I’ve made an official complaint to the FOS, you owe me money and I would like it NOW, 2 months to get a refund is beyond unacceptable.

    @PostOffice That’s great, and would help very much, however my local post office is open reduced hours and doesn’t even open a Saturday any more, although it’s meant to. Today it shut its doors early with at least 6 customers inside. Sign outside 3 max. Your thoughts?

    @PostOffice Thank you. Surely the counter times should just be put on the website, which would solve a lot of issues. Since apparently this means I can't trust the listed opening hours of any franchise post office. I don't think I even saw the branch phone no on the website.

    @PostOffice certain member of staff in the Dyce branch needs to rethink her career choice. Rude does not even cut it. 0 customer service skills. Possibly consider Victorian governess or evil overlord - seems to think she’s talking to scum under her shoe rather than a human being.
