@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice your travel insurance service through Collinsons is appalling. Painful claims process, no updates, online tracker tells you nothing, and no one answering the phone. You shouldn’t be selling policies if you can’t treat people in a competent and humane fashion.

Friend of mine went to go and top up their pay as you go electricity meter using @GOVUK voucher at @PostOffice (only place you can redeem them) and was told ‘too many ppl had been using vouchers’ so ‘the system had broken’. Anyone else had this?

Manager wouldn't come out to see her a 2nd time Staff member apologized. Phone number left for manager to phone. He hasn't. This is a disciplinary issue for @PostOffice to deal with #CostOfLivingCrisis #UnpaidCarers do not have #UniversalCredit to spaff up the wall

@fagewelsh @GOVUK @PostOffice Hi, for info I have had issues with bulb too,they claim the post office send the vouchers, but when I spoke to the PO they said this was not the case,checked the guidance and the gov say its the energy companies that send vouchers,eventually got a voucher fm bulb not the PO!

I am so angry and disgusted @PostOffice what kind of customer service do you call this? Absolutely unacceptable and my poor father returned home feeling upset at the way he was treated. Is kindness and respect not something your staff follow? Escalate my query to HR 2/2
