    @PostOffice @DeborahMeaden @RoyalMail 2023 the end of royal mail. sad to see should be the front runner for parcel delivery but bad management, bad attitude, outdated service, not customer focused, opening times not reflecting current times, crazy pricing. Good riddance

Everyone knows it wasn’t the @RoyalMail who falsely claimed all their post masters commuted theft & prosecuted them based on really poor coding & none of your board or IT Team or IT Supplier who probably knew have been held accountable for it!     @PostOffice @SteveBakerHW @RoyalMail You need to radically speed up the self service machines. People spend ages working out how to send one parcel. Make them do all the prep on the website at home, then when they get to the post office they scan a barcode on their phone and the machine prints the label, job done.
