@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice As I mentioned in my previous tweet, Stowmarket is not working either. And the Moreton Hall post office said people from Newmarket were trying at Moreton Hall, because it wasn't working in Newmarket.

@PostOffice I know of people who would rather travel on the bus to Gorleston-in-sea to use the post office in the high street there than take a short walk into Great Yarmouth because it is so bad.

@PostOffice So I go to the post office to post 8 small parcels. I was told to ring next time as it’s a big job, it took approx 5 mins and there were no other customers!! I like to support local and usually buy other stuff while I’m there, guess I’ll go elsewhere next time!

@PostOffice Does a branch near Wantage have this service available? I went to Didcot yesterday a staff member told me it was fine to keep driving if my photocard expired and she would take my details and contact me when the system was working again.
