    @PostOffice your customer services are appalling. Your over the counter member of staff inputted the wrong name from my daughters passport and now she is abroad with a PO currency card she can't access and useless emails back and forth not accepting her passport information!

    @RepMaryMiller If your office provide same "help" as local township office offer or postoffice offer than what is the difference? Just curious? One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

    @DazWould @PostOffice There's no such service as 'Recorded Delivery'. The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
