@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice Hi is it normal for a post office to simply refuse to do one of the services? I went to the Wandon Village (Worcester) branch to exchange some old notes as described on the website and they refused to help. Possibly because of new owners who hadn't done it before..?

But when it comes to gives prompt service like updating passbook, issuing new passbook after previous is USED, POST OFFICE SHRUGS. For new passbook and LOST PASSBOOK POSTOFFICE don't differentiate. Customer is asked to give in writing for new passbook. Is this BANKING 3/7
