@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@tweetercal @PostOffice @RoyalMail It is all terrible. Recently a deliver driver lied about having v tried to deliver saying I wouldn’t pay customs charges. He had not even been here. Had frantic person on Etsy saying the item wld be destroyed by UPS if didn’t pay. I had had no communication re any of it.

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney - but I already called your advisors from South Africa (there is no online contact option other than email), and they were fully unhelpful. I'd recommend checking your Trust Pilot ratings and making some policy changes to support customers.

@Mervynsmith13 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Human was specifically told that she had dropped the items off in time for the 1st Class one to get there the next day. The only way to get reliable service is to spend a whole morning and £5 in bus fares travelling to a nearby coastal town, but that shouldn't have to happen!

@PostOffice so another 3 attempts and 2 hrs trying to contact somebody to be finally told you’ll be called back. Issues since pre Christmas, several engineer visits and still not resolved.
