    @FindingDore @PostOffice Post Office Self Service Kiosks aren't really self serving as staff have to come and verify anything that needs a barcode attached such as signed for /special delivery etc.. Therefore it isn't practical to have them operating if there is only one or two staff working

    and nobody said there was any issue, today I called you guys again and you said that the document was sent back to BR. Nobody from PostNL was/is helping with anything. I have confirmed with Brazilian postoffice, everything went correctly and when it arrived here it was neglected.

    @PostOffice It’s a post office. Standards with consistency should apply. Why don’t you do your job and get it on the way to be solved. Go that extra mile and sed to them. One of the legacy of customer care- the extra mile. I presume you know that

    @PostOffice why wouldn’t the person at the counter issue me with a VAT receipt this morning, unless I was paying with card ? Is it because he wanted to cancel the sale and keep the cash? Is this procedure at the post office? Only changed his mind when I showed a previous receipt
