Want to express my anger at being fraudulently upsold postage by #canningtown @PostOffice this morning. I've checked, and the "cheapest tracked service" is in fact £2.85 Tracked 48 for my parcel, not the £7.65 next day 1pm sold by your employee. Can't even trust the Post Office?!

Sent Xmas gift parcel to US via @RoyalMail @PostOffice not realising perfumes prohibited. Tracking today says "disposed of contents". Surely it would've been better to send back to me?! RM CS say not eligible for complaint or compensation so out of pocket to the tune of £200!
