@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@RetroWrestling @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Post Offices were sent a memo through Horizon on Monday morning to the effect of what I said to you. It also said “Royal Mail Group are updating their webpages and Horizon Help to reflect the new changes.” I guess they are a little slow!!
