@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice My parents in their 80's are paying £30 a month for a rubbish WiFi service that does not work &you want to charge £11 a month if they leave their contract. They could have fibre from other providers for about £6 less...and the WiFi would work!

  • PhilpotWilma Wilma Philpot (@PhilpotWilma) reported

@PostOffice how do I make a complaint about my local post office please? It’s closed more than it’s open and I’m unable to get to the next post office in time to catch today’s post #NotGoodEnough #NeverOpen #WhatsThePoint

  • sodiumlights Sodium (@sodiumlights) reported

@PostOffice Nonsense. I've never heard of a tool hire place that doesn't want a card or an account to hire, neither of which want cash. There are great reasons to keep cash. This isn't one of them. Arguing we need to 'save' cash when you don't support it yourselves is cynical hypocrisy.

  • SteveB72574675 Stribo 3.0 (@SteveB72574675) reported

@LogicalFallac18 @PostOffice Where's the proof to support your assertion?

  • plugwash Peter Green (@plugwash) reported

@robarrypotter @PostOffice Nah this is buisiness disguised as public advocacy. When you take out cash at the post office the service is free to you, but the post office gets paid by your bank. Afaik how much they get paid isn't public but it's likely more than ATM operators get.

  • ell234 Elliott (@ell234) reported

@michaelbranniga @GustavG08869512 @PostOffice Corporations are still with in the system using the rules to there advantage we need to shut down the loopholes it’s a diffrent kind of not paying tax to just not declaring earnings by using cash, both are issues but we was talking about cash here

  • Lee_FGR Lee Pitts (@Lee_FGR) reported

@ClaireEWebb @PostOffice I had the same issue!!! "Save our cash" yet the postoffice don't want to deal with it, bit hypocritical!
