@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@JackCourtez @DWP @PostOffice It doesn't help that a lot of banks make it harder to open accounts at the moment. We have a customer who already has a Natwest savings account yet she couldn't open a current account in branch, only online which she doesn't have access to.

@PostOffice Hi there, I want to get some documents certified via your Document Certification Service. Can you confirm if your branches accept HMRC letters as a document to be certified? The website isn’t clear. Thanks!

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, due to the opening hours 9.30-3.30pm weekdays, any normal working person can't actually get there unless it was Saturday morning. My issue is actually being able to go in the first place. Can running a late Thursday opening be reviewed nationally?

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice You're offering a public service, you have a duty to accept & deliver what the customer has paid for. Anything else is between you & Royal Mail, it should NOT impact the customer.

@PostOffice Hello the Post Office. Can you please tell me, when were your rules changed that your Post Office staff MUST know what's in my package I'm sending? This, I believe is a privacy issue. So please, when did your rules come into effect?

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice What's the script then if a Post Office member of staff doesn't believe a customer (thinks they are lying)? How should they deal with them?
