@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

  • leecarter95 Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England

@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

  • bernardomed bemed (@bernardomed) reported from Liverpool, England

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@BBCNews Are they pulling down a postoffice in Lpool to build a match day carpark again?

  • CurlyRavenclaw 🧚🏽‍♀️ (@CurlyRavenclaw) reported

postcrossing emailed, said I have an unusual amt of expired postcards 😪 idk who the problem is, if it’s my city’s postoffice or if the country isn’t accepting any mail from abroad 🥺

  • PhilLew97274836 Phil Lewis (@PhilLew97274836) reported

@PostOffice can you train your posties to use doorknockers please. Idiot wafting feebly at our door this morning. Just about heard him, got to the door just as he got back in his van and drove off. Now I have to pay for redelivery.

  • evanrud Evan Rudowski (@evanrud) reported

@RosieRem_x @PostOffice Thanks for the explanation. Yes it seems silly that a self-service machine relies on an employee to monitor and approve it continually. I can understand why the employees turn them off!

  • MCucian Mihai Cucian (@MCucian) reported

@PostOffice They have the best customer service I have ever seen

  • RosieRem_x Rosie Morris (@RosieRem_x) reported

@evanrud @PostOffice They probably do work, I just recently finished working in a PO. Essentially, and we agree this is silly, most of the services done on self service require a worker to come over and authorise with their unique barcode..if there’s one counter assistant they can’t keep going over

  • UlyssesReader Ulysses Reader (@UlyssesReader) reported

Bed: ed. The King's own. Never see him dressed up as a fireman or a bobby. A mason, yes. He strolled out of the postoffice and turned to the right. Talk: as if that would mend matters.

  • HouseOfTraitors Truth Seeker (@HouseOfTraitors) reported

@BBCNews That’s how **** our @PostOffice have become. Missing lots of mail which I will probably get in 50 years time

  • Lil__x3 Moonieverse ⁷ 🐟 (@Lil__x3) reported

I was today year old, when I learned how to get my **** together by an App of my health insurance bc...I always **** up to send them my doctors-bill or what ever it calls so....there is actually an App where I easily just take a picture of it...and...done. No postoffice needed!

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@Pippatron2103 @PostOffice The RM customer service point should definitely accept them, as they are a RM product. POs should, but some have started to refuse them due to those labels ripping off the postmasters.
