Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice can you pls reply to my dm it’s urgent. The post office I’ve been trying to contact doesn’t even have a number up and horrible reviews - I can’t go in person because I’m not wasting 4 hours to get there and them not have what I need.

Hard to imagine. A more inept FS firm than @ScottishWidows Apparently it’s the @PostOffice fault I didn’t receive a resolution to my complaint. So they wrote again but forgot to include a copy of the original letter #clueless

@PostOffice Worcester High Street in WH Smith - the pathetic level of service never changes. No attempt to deliver a good experience and the staff just don't care. That was evident yesterday. It should be closed down.

@PostOffice Excellent service from your Eastham branch today. So polite and helpful. They let me bank money that my own bank wouldn't accept! Please pass on my appreciation.

It's hard to know who to trust in industrial disputes sometimes. E.g. the @CWUnews members who deliver our post in all weathers, or the @PostOffice hierarchy, who allowed people to go to jail rather than admit a problem with their computer system. 🤔

@PostOffice Thanks for the reply Tom. I went to another branch and it was all done in 10 minutes! How are we supposed to know an appt is needed? I know that’s the case for passports but never heard of it for renewing a driving licence

@OxfordCity @PostOffice This is because the PO is in the Co-Op in Summertown and its the Co-op that's closing. I've spoken to local shops and the issue is the PO contract that they insist on. This makes it almost impossible for small shops to make a profit from it. Supermarkets won't give up floorspace

@TravelsPostcard @RoyalMailStamps Sadly some branches, identified under the ‘Local’ label are not allowed to stock any special issues. This is alleged by @PostOffice to be because they don’t have enough secure space. But they do have less secure space for all the parcels that are posted with online postage.
