    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @PostOffice Well. Travel money card in 12 different values. I just came from Europe with 160 E and 5 Pounds - on it. As I have had some bad UBER experiences, to me was important to CLOSE the CARD ASAP, and take money out. I follow instruction and did went in post office #1

    @PostOffice after the phone call finished I transferred euros in GBP in the app- I had 165£- I can go and pick on any cash point for my self- I would like to know who are #postoffice employees- that want to "help" me, and CHARGE me those enormous sums for CASH WRIDRAW? Why barcode transfer?

    The culture in @PostOffice is loud and very clear. So many assumptions, that were handed down. No awareness that the contract didn’t actually state Spmrs were responsible for losses that weren’t due to their actions. There was no allowance for that possibility #PostOfficeScandal

    @mkiceburnmarko @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I don't think Horizions issues weren't network related (aside connectivity), it was the applications running on hosts. Horizon was hosted on a terminal, not the network. It was the software/configuration/integration and interoperability of different programs that was the issue.

    @PostOffice completely unacceptable customer service at Cheltenham WHSmiths. Massive queue of people being ignored by 2 members of staff.
