    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice I was a Post Master from 2016 to 2022. The Horizon system was the worst computer system ive ever seen. Mistakes every week especially when linked to a lottery terminal. Got corrections every month. Needs complete overhaul

    @PostOffice Why are residents responsible for chasing issues with your business #postoffice vans. It’s still parked there after being left at 1730 last night! Double yellow lines mean no parking from my understanding @NorthSomersetC and @ASPolice can you advise?

    @PostOffice I am at Purfleet post office…info online says open 9-5.30pm to arrive and find it is closed 1-1.20pm so having to wait 20 mins most of lunch break 😡…why is this not shown online? And why at lunchtime when most home workers to use service???

    @PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything

    Remind me never to avoid anyone using @parcelforce to deliver my parcels. Didn’t leave a card, didn’t take to the @PostOffice as requested and after 3 half hour waits to get through, still can’t manage to arrange to deliver. Useless!
