@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

  • bernardomed bemed (@bernardomed) reported from Liverpool, England

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

  • Eevee_Queen Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@thetruebluechef @PostOffice Whilst we’re on the subject of @PostOffice can you tell me why I’m paying for a redirection service and yet I’m still having personal medical letters sent the old address ? 😒

  • AngeloStaniskla Angelo Stanisklaus (@AngeloStaniskla) reported

@PostOffice Post Office didn't issue a Certificate of Posting either because there isn't a postcode. How do I proceed with this issue? What is your advice?

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@PostOffice They're on about Proof of Posting/Postage. (I personally think it is just being pedantic over something that is ultimately the same thing to the customer/staff/POL)

  • AnitaC34472333 Anita C (@AnitaC34472333) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Yesterday while out walking we saw our postman talking to a neighbour who was showing him a post office message about a delivery. He told her to always ignore these as the post office never send phone messages about deliveries.

  • Bob_in_NYorks Bob Wallace 3.5% (🌹)💙 Peace&Justice (@Bob_in_NYorks) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Yes, this is just another scam, one of so many. Re the @PostOffice , don’t forget that it’s no longer a Public Service, but just another Privatised business.

  • BCCletts Dave H 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 Invoke Clause 8 (1320) (@BCCletts) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice Love the ones telling me of problems with my Microsoft installation...... Been Linux for years Can be fun, especially if you take them off their scripted call, especially if you can then start interviewing them....

  • mimsque M (@mimsque) reported

@boys_ian @Uber @PostOffice That is bad. Lots of rouge employers out there.

  • LMcRory Larky McRory 🇪🇺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@LMcRory) reported

@fascinatorfun @PostOffice I got a similar text saying non-delivery by Royal Mail. I blocked the number as a scam as there's no way it could be genuine. I live on an island where we still get first class Royal Mail service, the postie puts the mail in the house if we're there or not.

  • AndyHowitt21 Andy Masons Gin (@AndyHowitt21) reported

@PostOffice - why do you even bother offering broadband when it’s this bad? 2 days we haven’t had internet now, switching to virgin.

  • iamian16 iamian16 (@iamian16) reported

@fascinatorfun @susan04071 @PostOffice In my experience Telephone Preference Service is ineffective at blocking scam calls. Yesterday we had two each saying that our BT broadband would be cut off at midnight unless we pressed "1". We don't have BT broadband.
