@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@passportsevamea This is old tracking number and the packet was returned due to lack of cordination between postoffice and postman due to lock down or unknown reason. The @rpoghaziabad redispatched this on 12th of May 2021. Kindly send the tracking number for the same. Thanks

Every time I encounter a company that won't let me cancel a renewal online, I know they don't respect me or my right to choose, and I will actively avoid them in the future. This time it's you @postoffice. Very disappointing

While the leadership of @PostOffice and @beisgovuk describe #PostOfficeScandal as 'past failures' rather than wrongdoing or crime there remains a big problem. Failures are forgiveable; wrongdoing & crimes require justice. Reference to 'failures' is part of the cover-up strategy
