-
Tim O'Brien (@timobruhasleft) reported@BBCBreakfast hospital appointment letters routinely arrive late. Last week a customs clearance letter arrived after a week telling me the goods would be returned to Malaysia 5 days from the letter date. The @PostOffice “wants to help”. How exactly?
-
David Gregory (@DavidGr40434506) reported@MihirFx @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s crap.
-
Katie MacScottie (@katiegilchrist) reported@Rantsofus1 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice No actually. I want to pay for the appropriate service not be absolutely fleeced by someone who thinks they can charge me the top price regardless of need.
-
Hayls (@LittleMissDarts) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s never that much different if you buy online via at the post office. Either you asked for a different service, put the wrong weight online or they misunderstood what you wanted.
-
Greg Phillips (@Greg_Phillips_) reported@818Gatsby @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It depends on whether you’ve got more money than sense. If you’re prepared to spend an additional £11 for the same service, you’re a ******* moron.
-
English Chaos (@EnglishChaos) reported@DonaldPond6 @DebsPoint @PostOffice Your post is a complete lie. No Royal Mail post service has an 11 pound price difference for online versus post office.
-
Tweedie (@Tweediec1) reported@griminthenorth @Chris61172903 Scrounging old b@£trd be down the postoffice for his pension and getting free bus pass and everything discounted because he is a bloody pensioner,
-
Darren Sharp (@darrensharp73) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Is this because Royal Mail wants cut out the post office completely, they are already converting post boxes to accept parcels with qr code readers, by passing the post office selling likely removes a large part of their commission and only pay a small handling fee
-
Tony Montgomery (@TonyMontgomery1) reported@PostOffice another example of extreme poor service. Apparently, attempted a delivery at a primary school but no-one was there. Legal and security requirement for schools to be manned and message advising redelivery for tomorrow, when the school is closed!! 🤔
-
Andy (@MCBGUY) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Donald, what was the size and weight of your ‘parcel’? Was it inland or overseas? And what what the service? Special delivery? Signed for? Tracked? Something feels off here.
