Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

  • leecarter95 Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England

@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

  • Eevee_Queen Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice I'm afraid I feel little sympathy as 10 years ago I could use cheques in shops with a guarantee card yet nothing was done to make sure shops keep accepting them, even though cheques are more secure than cash. So why should cash be given any support now?

  • Dobba72822416 Dobba (@Dobba72822416) reported

@Al652 @Neilush63 @PostOffice Yep - some are and fair play to them. If the rich can avoid paying billions and billions, I have no problem with a tradesman earning a bit extra. Sort the real issue out with the rich - not the ones struggling to make ends meet.

  • gave_lemons Life Gave Me Lemons (@gave_lemons) reported

@PostOffice My mum did this. In the end she had £140,000 in her running away fund. She died having never actually run away. Getting away from abuse isn't always about money.

  • kilcoyne2089 Cole silverton (@kilcoyne2089) reported

@PostOffice Broken Tory Britain riddled with poverty deprivation homelessness unemployment corruption foodbanks and murder galore

  • angeltheartist5 Angel Kershaw Artist (@angeltheartist5) reported

@PostOffice Yet you want to close #HaworthPostOffice ,move it down a very steep, long hill to inside a co-op that won't provide same service. You made the decision then claim you've launched a public consultation after the fact! Large population of elderly people can't walk back up that 1/2

  • UK_StopWhinging Stop Whinging (@UK_StopWhinging) reported

@byronvanstien @WeegieGeologist @PostOffice It’s a private service. A public service is one funded by the taxpayer. It isn’t.

  • yasminisyasmin Yasmin A. Choudhury FRSA (@yasminisyasmin) reported

@PostOffice Omg. You just reminded me to put in a massive complaint. How are you completely deprived and left me destitute as a survivor of domestic violence. And I’m coming after you & the Bank of Ireland. Do not dare claim to help us survivors. You fleeced me. Off I go to complain #dv

  • byronvanstien Byron (@byronvanstien) reported

@GNRail_UK @PaulKitchenMan @PostOffice Not an FCA/PRA issue; it's an issue of the relevant acts towards KYC/AML. Clearly they provide some provision to allow someone to vouch for who you say you are, if you don't have ID (personally I think they should just bring back identity cards and give them for free).

  • Somemightsay_81 Rob (@Somemightsay_81) reported

@PostOffice Things must have been bad if queuing at a post office is better than being at home (especially if it’s in WHSmith)
