@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice my grandma and grandad have been with out internet for a week now. And everytime they ring up they get a cocky call handler say systems down init and put the phone down !!!!

@mrdaveyjames @PostOffice @RoyalMail Unfortunately Davey that is not a return label. To use that sort of label you have a Royal Mail account and it must come with a posting docket. You’ll need to go back to the seller I’m afraid. If they use the proper eBay returns service you’ll get the correct label.

@PostOffice I just had a call from a London number saying I had a parcel waiting to be delivered, and I had to pay £1.55. The nice lady said she was calling from you? I take it I was right to hang up before giving her my card details?
