    @Rajeev_GoI everytime I go to postoffice, server is down. Same with most govt depts. Will @BlueDart_ ever say server is down? Efficiency? Helplessness? Entire govt back end should be put on cloud ofpvt cos. Only way out

    @IndiaPostOffice Yeah the issue stands resolved but the recipient had to pay the taxi fare & go to the head postoffice to collect it. Incurred this burden in spite of paying for speed post charges…

    @PostOffice Bute Docks 110 Bute Street, Cardiff CF10 5AD I went in person today, all locked up, shutters down, no note on the door. Can you check if they will be opening tomorrow as your website and the poster in the window say they should be?

    @PostOffice how do I get a refund for a check and send service that the clerk completed wrong and has caused lengthy delays for my sons passport. We fly in less than three weeks and still don’t have a passport for him. Application went in in April

    Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

    @PostOffice your Chesterfield town centre branch is joke. One member of staff on this morning. I was waiting about 30 mins to send a letter. Self-service machine were switched off!!

    @PostOffice It's to cover a Holiday booked for later this year that we have had to move on a year, we are happy to move the policy and pay any increase due to inflation etc - we can't see how simply keeping our £568 and advising that you can't help is justifiable?
