    Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @soft_fox_lad Yeah I bought that from Newegg. The postoffice sent me a letter saying they had the GPS location wrong on the delivery. Whoever they delivered it to stole the item and I reported it as stolen. I think you won't have the same bad luck.

    @angelle7342 @PostOffice Recorded or signed for as its now called is not a tracked service, its scanned when accepted and not again until royal mail attempt delivery. 1st class also isnt a guarantee

    Wonderong who is responsible for my 💩💩💩💩 slow broadband 🐌🐌🐌🐌? I pay a DD to @ShellEnergyHome but they say @PostOffice. I dont care just sort it out!

    @PostOffice The Wokingham wh Smith one isn't great but the Bracknell wh Smith one is appalling, I've had to wait 20 minutes in there before because only one person was serving and there's no self service (which you can't do QR code returns on anyway)
