Adam Perkins (@perkypolitical) reported@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes realise that but parcel is immediately passed to RM and RM is the carrier. The RM link suggests that if sender is happy with duty unpaid a CN22 is sufficient. ANPost in Ireland disagree and said "You will need to contact RM as they know what the issues are". Very unclear.
