@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@ladychatterley Same for me except I just went the post office. Just took my old passport and they filled out the form, took my photo and did all the work. New passport arrived 7 days later. Amazing service! Credit where it's due 👏🏻 @PostOffice
