Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostieMcPost @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I can certainly understand your frustration. As it stands, my custom for this type of service is heading elsewhere, that have convenient drop off points. Sure I'm not the only one.

@SeanHoole @PostOffice I’ve never known service like it! Initially I thought her comment was a cry for help and she was being forced to work for no pay after being smuggled into the country. After that, the other one (who never said a word to me or even look at me) did it in about 3 minutes flat.

@RestoreTrustNT @nationaltrust Don't forget folks, this inept #woke warrior is also the chairman of @PostOffice so he's also on the government payroll. Aside from the #horizon scandal, what other pain is he inflicting upon the poor folk who work there?

@PostOffice That's the website I was on. And the last time I used tracked anything (which was many times last year), I dropped it off at the PO without issue. So you've reduced service? Fair enough, I'll be using myhermes more often. I'm sure your POs will appreciate the drop in income.

What an absolutely crap service from the @PostOffice. Called with a parcel on Monday when we’re we’re out and failed to leave it in our ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour. Supplier said they deliver again yesterday, they didn’t. Went to depot today & it’s shut! 💩company 🤬

@RichieTheFruit @PostOffice I think the PO should clarify that statement a little bit more. They can accept Tracked 24/48 if they are returns to online retailers ie. Amazon, H&M etc. but it’s only the Tracked 24/48 that specifically comes from RM’s Click & Drop service which can’t be accepted at a PO.

@PostieMcPost @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice But you used to, right? Mebbes I'm not remembering correctly. It makes zero sense that I can order 2nd class parcel, or a SD parcel, but not a medium priced service. Who on earth came up with that?
