@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

Another day another shitshow from @PostOffice - 2 days ago the woman charged me double for postage because she was being difficult, I get an apology & today I go to branch and they’ve nipped off home half an hour early. WTF? Does nobody manage them?

@PostOffice We have touched on this before. You've washed your hands of it, but I'm still dealing with the fall out from the problem that your disreputable organisation created.

@PostOffice @GarethDavies_MP Stamford, Lincolnshire PO shut ‘until further notice’ apparently due to being short staffed. Is it not possible to bring in staff from another branch or do reduced hrs rather than close an essential service completely??

@PostOffice good morning, I’m wondering how long it is taking to get a response from your customer service advisors? I contacted them on the 24th January

@PostOffice Ref. H0000195558/02. Please cancel the policy I informed you weeks ago I did not want it renewed - my father died a couple of months ago and I have enough to do rather than chase something like this

@PostOffice It is the straw that has broken the camel's back. I've had far too many issues with that branch over the years, and without failure it is *always* blamed on someone else.
