The items were less than 60g each, met the size requirements but acc to the girl at the counter Large Letter only covers stuff in an envelope? My items were in a small bag taped down to meet the size requirements. I think they were bullshitting me.

Delivery expected yesterday for collection unable to be delivered at 14:09 as store closed! Ordered via Amazon to be delivered here as it said I could collect until 8pm obviously not!

Katy (@bojanglies) reported@timbo_clarke @PostOffice You need to find a delivery office. Royal Mail and the Post Office are different companies. I suspect that the PO hasn't been paid for the service, so they don't accept it.

I lost them on the manifest with the service I require, the post office then process them when they are free to do so and debit my account. I have a roll of tracking labels they have given me which is why I have the numbers upfront
