@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@charlie_adler Some of the mailboxes are in terrible condition, the only way can get repaired is if carriers hold mail at Postoffice. People know that their boxes are broken, but refuse to fix.

Seems the masks will be sent with DHL ... I just hope a neighbour is home as I will be in the office on Monday and cannot pick them up at the postoffice on Tuesday as they are closed in the afternoons ... But well, in worst case I wear an FFP2 ... better than nothing.
