@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

Take money out the @PostOffice cash machine all twenty notes, go in post office pay bills & ask for ten pound notes make it easier sort money, get told we can't change notes, how hard is it to change a note to help pnake things easier for people who struggle

@PostOffice @PaulaVennells1 The book shows how the po covered up errors in Horizon Software demanding that postmasters make good £1000s lost by blips in the software. The chapter 'Paula Vennells Speaks' is most enlightening. Most of these people lost their jobs but I see you still have yours.

@PostOffice @DWP with the card accounts being close what provision is being made for those with No photo ID to open another bank account some where else? Fully understand the DWP exception service but that is only for a limited amount of time. Thanks

@PostOffice Whilst I wait for THE POST OFFICE to send my application for a new PASSPORT to the PASSPORT OFFICE they are holding onto MILLIONS OF £s of people's money they have paid them for this service, I tracked my application, it's not got there YET ANOTHER POOR SERVICE.
