@PostOffice Now my recipient says only one parcel arrived. I spoke to the manager called Joe and he told me to call Royal Mail as he could not help. Royal mail customer service is hard to get through to and I have tried several times to no success

@PostOffice pretty pointless your Wood Farm, Oxford branch claiming to be open 6am-6pm and then turns out to be closed 1pm-2pm, prime lunch hour time! Wasted a trip because of poor comms.

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice Thanks for trying to help but I've done this quite a few times. Even the @PostOffice twitter feed agrees they should have taken the parcel. I purposely didn't buy tracked 24/48 as it is delivery office only. Also you don't 2 to print label as they do it with QR code from email
