@PostOffice Once again I'm having to contact you about the unacceptable queuing times at Addiscombe Exchange post office. One wasted trip yesterday, today was just as bad with one person serving - luckily next door there is a corner shop that does Evri so parcel got sent by them

@IndiaPostOffice They postman provide you the wrong information. It is not delivered on 10.04.23. Today on 17.04.23 I have to go to postoffice and taken my parcel personally. This type of system is very bad. Kindly insure that customer should get their parcel at home.

then why are you guys even calling this service a 'doorsetp'? Aadhaar Card request Ref No: 4454924. We reside at pincode "110085", thus our postoffice is "Rohini Sec-7". Kindly please look into this issue. (2/2)
