@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice please explain to me why your guy at Banbury post office refused to print a returns label for my wife! Your website clearly states this is a service you provide buy scanning bar code, he sent her to Rymans and was charged £2.75. Not impressed!

@PostOffice It's not what I meant your forcing people to withdraw that not the same as just giving away 250k there's a catch a rule 1 person withdraws £10 pounds 1p donated the other draws £10000 still 1p donated so you need by my understanding 250k withdraws before you help people in need
