@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@DavidRacey @DistilleryMp @PostOffice They should've updated the site to say they close for lunch, yes. But as you say, it is an essential service. Think about the workers there who have most likely been working tirelessly throughout this pandemic, with no extra support from Post Office Ltd.

@iraqstamps @RoyalMail 1. Responsibility for cancelling ALL large letters & packets lies with the @PostOffice branch if this was over the counter. 2. If it wasn't responsbility lies with the lazy sender who should ensure 1. 3. RM haven't got time to mess about, this is what happens when 1&2 fail.

@DistilleryMp @PostOffice Three people were working there. I'll draw you a mental picture. 1 takes lunch 12-1230. 1 takes lunch 1230-1 1 takes lunch 1-130. Not hard is it? When the sign says it should be open, It should be open. It's an essential service.
