    @PostOffice This has still not been delivered. No doubt my customer will be asking for a refund as it hasn’t arrived for Christmas, and I can’t apply for compensation until 28th. You’re destroying small businesses.

    What's up with @HM_Passport office? No Christmas parties or anything to go to? You turned round my wife's #passport in just eight (8) days! Absolutely cracking job. Shame about the godawful photo taken by our local postoffice chap. It's so bad I'm actually scared to look at it.

    @PostOffice there’s an issue with buying travel insurance online via mobile platform. Unable to progress from Policy section to Pay section. If you’re going to have the cheek of doubling the price of the insurance in the last 48hrs, at least make sure your online platforms work

    @PostOffice saw a notice in our village #postoffice today. Post office shut 25th December & reopening on 3rd January. Seems a long time without service for those who reply on the post office. The 24 hour garage where the post office counter is located remains open throughout.

    @Annamaflea @PostOffice Its not a service we offer. Businesses are charged for the provision of change. We get many requests asking us to provide change for free, it does not pay the wages.
