    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @PostOffice I went to one of your branches today and it was closed due to "technical issues". Drove 10miles to another branch. Wanted to change foreign currency back to GBP. Told you don't take 50 euro notes and 50 USD notes !!!?? WHY !!? I bought them off you !! #postoffice

    @PostOffice You will probably say this is the wrong one but I have filled in a form for you NOT to deliver flyers to my address and have a sticker on the mail box to say this and yet the post person STILL put some in my box this morning. Now either they cannot read or stupid🀬

    @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Calum is there pretending to help to protect his own back. With the exception of one of their own NEDs who told the inquiry she had witnessed remote access in Fujitsu and also sat on a Β£65k branch deficit for 3 years, NFSP told everyone 'You're on your own'.

    @DazWould @PostOffice There's no such service as 'Recorded Delivery'. The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is Β£9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is Β£3.80 or 2nd class Β£2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
