@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Cheers for the response Stephen! Yeah it was mailed from a PO with help from staff so the postage etc should be correct - £13.70 for 00.570kg, international tracked & signed. So it's on to you @RoyalMailHelp - why would this item be returned?

@siany_d @PostOffice Clearly some very untrustworthy and dishonest people working within the Post office chain. Never had such issues with a courier and will not give me any sort of compensation even though I have all proof of item posted and not being delivered.

@PostOffice I sent a parcel via Drop and go, the post office made an error and posted my high value item, which was supposed to be sent as Special Delivery, without any stamp! My post office aren’t helping and @RoyalMail are saying it has nothing to do with them. I need help!
