@PostOffice 2/2.... I have been to your branch in Rhosllanerchrugog today and managed to get my aunty's pension. The lady there advised me they have had no issues whatsoever with their systems and they have been working fine all week so your manager in Ruabon is advising false information👍

@PostOffice I went to my local post office. The man was very rude The way he spoke showed he clearly did not care. It was a humiliating and demeaning experience. One I wish no one else has to face. Utterly disgusting. Due to limitations I had to cut down my original message.

Tryna set up a redirection but your online system won't work and your paper application form's asking for "Original (not printed from the internet)" proof of address like bank statements or utility bills, but all our accounts are online only. Pls help

@PostOffice Just having to reset the password for my Drop & Go account as you require, but it is really bad practice to force users to include special characters. Now I can't use the password I want! Not good as it actually makes it harder for users to set a memorable password.
