@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

Going back to Miss Kim's behaviour. When I reminded her of the profiling, she remembered the incident and didn't apologise then or even today. all she said was, "well , that was because we has £2000 worth of things stolen." @PostOffice

@postoffice I went to the post office to get the custom forms and repeatedly, the manager, Kim White has denied me to take the forms in the most rude and obnoxious way. One of the reasons I stopped using the counters were because she profiled me and suspected me of stealing, 1/3

@AmazingMorph @PostOffice I use next day guarantee weekly for my parcels but the man who works at my local p.o always says we can't guarantee it will get there next day! If I ask why sell me next day guarantee then if you can't guarantee it but he never gives a straight answer! So can you please?

She could've just told me this as well instead of being rude, aggressive and even previously profiling me. I continued to put my packages at the counter and while passing me again, Miss Kim White said, "You have a chip on your shoulder." @PostOffice
