@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

Fuming 6 of 10 parcels sent 10 days ago have not been received I have used @PostOffice to support them but this is ridiculous and cannot report them missing till 11th day @PostOffice you need to get your act together and sort, these should have been received in 24/48 hrs

@PostOffice can you confirm times for Truro post office please as your website says open all day Monday to Friday plus Saturdays and Sunday but the sign in the post office says mom-fri 9-3 and closed all weekend

@hackneygazette Good luck with that one if you live around Broadway Market/London Fields since the #postoffice shut down 2 years ago for refurbishment by landlord, with a promise to return. Apparently, the counter didn’t fit! @mayorofhackney wrote letter 7 months ago, but no response reported.

@PostOffice This is a weird question but is it possible to request help for small branches of the PO? The staff in the one near me don't seem to have had any training/support at all and look at me like a rabbit in headlights everytime I ask for something to be delivered overseas.

@PostOffice bought travel insurance, made a claim due to having to cut my holiday short as my dog was being put down and now I’m being asked to provide a sick note with date of diagnosis of illness and date he was diagnosed! WTAF absolute joke!! Leaving me owing money for flights

@PostOffice We had a vehicle seriously damaged on site in Rochdale on Friday. The vehicle that caused the damage was red and we were told a Royal Mail vehicle had been on site between 13.00 and 13.30. We are not saying your vehicle was involved but have tried to contact someone

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice to be honest Kate.i never exchange notes for anything unless it's deposited and then withdrawn as cash. Swapping notes is aiding fraudulent activity which is something I can't support. It's too risky.
