Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

  • Eevee_Queen Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

.@PostOffice 30 mins, not that this company cares as they moved out of old site with seating & ticket system which catered for those with disabilities or mobility issues. Now just don't bloody care, ableism through & through!

@org_scp @LutherBurgsvik @PostOffice True. Some others may think that banks could go bankrupt, or there could be a blackout, so they are keeping some more cash home.

  • DougUnderwood4 Doug Underwood (@DougUnderwood4) reported from Wymondham, England

@PostOffice I see your complaints procedure is just as inefficient as your postal service. 3 complaints from me now, with an escalation on Friday to stage 2, with 4 hour response, and nothing from you. Rubbish service.

  • DCGumla DC Gumla (@DCGumla) reported

@MBadlao @DrRameshwarOra1 @ChampaiSoren The matter was resolved and the pension account was shifted from PostOffice to Bank. Thanks for bringing up the issue.

  • MickGillick Mick Gillick (@MickGillick) reported

Consistently slow service at @PostOffice in Worcester city centre - is anyone concerned about improving the customer experience?

  • CWU_Huw Huw Davies (@CWU_Huw) reported

You are also out of date The PostOffice sign is out of date Not the current PostOffice colours P☆☆☆ Poor

  • ThatLaserGame Fred Rutherford (@ThatLaserGame) reported

The #secaucus NJ @USPS is the absolute worst #Postoffice in the country. Every single package that goes through it takes at least 3-4 weeks to ever see any movement in tracking. Again and again, over and over. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a post office.

  • MickGillick Mick Gillick (@MickGillick) reported

@PostOffice 25 minutes - only one person serving (at lunchtime) one other working behind the counter but not making them available to help with the queue and one staff member helping (less than 3) people with the self serve machines - the customer priority was the growing queue.

  • redmist72326 Steve Hughes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@redmist72326) reported

@PostOffice thanks for the response. Not sure having to submit a complaint in writing to the underwriters, who I am waiting on as it stands, is likely to make any difference to be honest. Again appreciate the response, think I will just have to wait it out to resolution.

@PostOffice I understand a number of businesses have indicated an interest already. The problem is entirely down to the @PostOffice who closed Treharris Post Office by stealth
