@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice An update on this issue. Chantry post office in Ipswich found that the tablet would only work if they went outside the back door when it was trying to submit to DVLA. Sounds like a reception issue inside some post offices.

@WHSmith @PostOffice is an absolute nightmare all the time! More staff have been needed in Swansea Quadrant for at least a couple of years, most likely longer! One person working with at least 30 customers (with self service out of order, shocker…) in line is insane 🙄

@PostOffice @DWP with the card accounts being close what provision is being made for those with No photo ID to open another bank account some where else? Fully understand the DWP exception service but that is only for a limited amount of time. Thanks

@PostOffice my local post office incorrectly scanned an ASOS parcel I returned and gave me a blank receipt. ASOS have said I need to make a claim with you to get evidence I sent it. Please help?

@paulhar82213853 @PostOffice @WHSmith Also doesn't help when orders can take weeks to arrive, due to the incompetence of Post Office Stores. I've seen me waiting upwards of 4 weeks for an order to arrive, and then when it does finally come it's missing half of what I ordered

@PostOffice Had a poor service at your Elmswell branch today, waited in a long slow moving queue to be told by lady at counter she wasn't happy sending my parcel containing a perfume refill as it wasn't in original packaging despite me politely telling her it was. I explained 1/

@PostOffice It’s a very regular issue, they are ALWAYS short staffed, even before the pandemic. Lucky if there’s 3 on but right now Its been at least 30 minutes and the poor staff member is still on her own. It really isn’t fair on them, I don’t get how years later it’s still going on.
