    Remind me never to avoid anyone using @parcelforce to deliver my parcels. Didnโ€™t leave a card, didnโ€™t take to the @PostOffice as requested and after 3 half hour waits to get through, still canโ€™t manage to arrange to deliver. Useless!

    @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice What happened was so disgusting itโ€™s hard to believe! Nobody it seems is accountable! The PO knew it was a computer problem, yet carried on! Chipperfields chief clown Ed Davey should have noticed hundreds of postmasters do not all go rogue on the same day!!!

    @vas_ssy @PostOffice @RoyalMail If it was 1st or 2nd class signed for, it isnt tracked so the only updates will be at the Post Office and when it has been signed fpr by the recipient. Your issue is with Royal Mail.

    @bookbird71 @Lindseyy888 @PostOffice You are so wide of the mark. The people in that queue hadnโ€™t received bad customer service, except their wait! As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.
