@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice Second time I’ve seen this after a few weeks, so the Post Office have noted everyone’s concerns and decided they were right anyway. Not dissimilar to the way they ignored the postmasters. The problem seems to be cultural.

@PostOffice @KT57014 I have had exactly the same problem. It just depends on luck who serves you. You get a different price each time. £3.20 for a small padded envelope once.. I was sick of being ripped off so use @Hermes now.

Charging disabled people so much for an essential service is shady. I can’t just pop to the postbox like able bodied ppl can. Just say you don’t care about disabled people
