@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice I have seen a complaint about Gorton Post Office being closed for cleaning. This is most unfair! Having mopped the floor they have to let it dry! Manager & staff in this Post Office are always helpful and work hard to keep their customers safe during the pandemic.

@Rik_JP1884 @RoyalMail @PostOffice I’ve reported it and lodged a complaint. Not sure I’ll get anywhere though as it was all very much about how posties get attacked by dogs and we should have had him indoors. We normally do until well after post delivered (unusually late today) and only ever if we’re out there too
