    @PostOffice The only other branch. The main PO in WH Smith where queues are out the door and all the self service machines are out of order. It’s a disgrace for a major city

    @PostOffice almost 12 weeks to deal with a straight forward claim still not resolved. Repeatedly asking for the same information via email. Can't get through on the phones - couldn't get through when I had an issue on holiday either. Worst travel insurance I've ever had!

    @PostOffice hi please can you help me I think the post office has made a mistake? I exchanged £1000GBP yesterday to Turkish lira. Exchange rate was 18.9. Online is says 20.1 I should have got 20000 lira I got 19000. I need to go back tomorrow to question this. Can you confirm? Ta

    @PostOffice had to do one of those official complaint forms online, the message came back that it can take time to resolve, pretty sure 2 months has passed. That’s seeming rather slow. Any other way I can get this dealt with please?

    @PostOffice your travel card service and app is hopeless, constant bugs on the app,deposits not showing up despite bank transferring money onto the card.Last used it 5 years, ago it was great, now woeful.

    @PostOffice I managed to persuade him to let me put my parcels through the passenger door window but if course I now have no proof of posting. I know for certain that he turned the engine on as soon as he saw me in his wing mirror because he didn't want to have a customer.

    @PostOffice Travel Insurance Claim put in 30th March. You Closed it despite me providing all requested evidence, didn’t write to us to tell us. Asked to lodge official complaint 3 weeks ago, not been acknowledged, rang again Thurs and told she would ring me back and hasn’t.
