@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@SkyNews Solidarity, but now @CWUnews must do something to help workers in @PostOffice franchises: some are denied employment contracts, work for 7 hrs with no breaks, have wages docked for short tills, must arrange their own cover to get a day off, and more.
