@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice I went to 3 post offices in London (Gloucester rd, Raphael street, Earls Court) that were supposed to do DVLA photocard renewal service. None of them did it, most claiming the system does not work. Could you tell me one office that still does it in RBKC and Hammersmith?

@nickwallis @PostOffice and use it to offset the agreed paycut. Reality is what could the fed threaten PO with....nothing. If we went on strike we were violating our contract, losing money as we are paid commission on transactions & losing customers who may never return, resulting in a larger paycut

@PostOffice is the DVLA photocard system broken an all post offices? My closest one said it won't be fixed until the end of March and the others that were listed on your site as doing now say they don't. As it's a 30 mile drive to the next closest I don't want to waste a trip.

@pedalsandcreaks @PostOffice You fail to understand that it is not (directly) the fault of the Post Office; Post Office counters are now outsourced, mostly to WH Smiths. It is WHSmith who are keeping the Post Office counters poorly staffed. Abusing the staff is not going to make them any happier to serve you
