    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @HanGall88 I'm sorry for the issue you're reporting. The cyber attack currently affecting International Export items does not affect the despatch of BFPO addressed mail. If the item was refused by a Post Office our colleagues at @PostOffice may be able to assist. 1/2

    Got a few questions for you @PostOffice, are your staff insured to take a customer's mobile from them when customer holds it for them to scan? Insured to press buttons that looses the barcode? Insured to take mobile unlocked to other end of store to regain signal for barcode?

    @PostOffice ok so one person on the Grantham @WHSmith branch is on lunch... no time indicated as to when back?? Good customer service NOT. Employee some staff please rather than one poor oerson who is going to get loads of earache from this queue.

    .@PostOffice I applied online for holiday insurance. After completing form for "Family" it tells me the requirements (bad). I resubmit as "Friends" (it did not make me re-enter my details - good). Submitted: technical difficulties (all data deleted: v bad). Used Co-op instead.
