@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

Hi @PostOffice you have the post office on Hempshaw Lane , Offerton , Stockport listed as open 0530 until 2030 Monday - Sunday but counter services are definitely NOT open for that length of time - please can you update to reflect the actual counter service opening hours.

@narendramodi in this digital era, Postoffice still adopt Home branch concept for some service(maturity etc.I request you to kindly instruct to INDIAPOST 2 abolish home branch concept so that all unit of Post office could serve to its customer irrespective of Home branch.Regards

@devusinh in this digital era, Postoffice still adopt Home branch concept for some service(maturity etc.I request due to Digitalisation in Post office, home branch concept be abolished and all unit of Post office could serve to the customer of post office 4 all services.

@PostOffice You closed down a decent 7 counter Post Office in Harringay and replaced it with 2 counters in a local shop. 35 min wait at 230pm on a Monday just to post a parcel for a 10 year old’s birthday. Look at Google reviews - shop unusable.

@PostOffice Chester! Again! Sort it out. Closes at 1730. Turn up at 1700 and it is closed. What the heck is going on. I have complained multiple times about the chaos at Chester. What is the issue!!!???

Oh there's a shocker @PostOffice! Sold yourself to one of the worst newsagents in the UK & thus shun all responsibility! Knew moving into @WHSmith was a con, knew it would prove to make services worse & you both are proving it! Sod those with disability or mobility issues!
