@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

GPO_Patna says... wait! after that lodge an online complaint. Online website says can't lodge the complaint as it's too late.🙎🏻

@PostOffice I don't usually advocate for closing post offices BUT your post office on London Road Croydon is not for for purpose. I've never in my life heard of a post office that doesn't take coins. It has no real use to anyone.

I have grave concerns that we are hurtling towards the loss of many of our Post Offices throughout the country. @RoyalMail have still not fixed the International Postage issue for Post Offices who rely on the Royal Mail business. @PostOffice

@PostOffice @41vtghost i also purchased the postage in branch using the self service and the lady came over to collect my letter and wasnt told they cant be accepeted! now my letter is just sat in milton kenynes with no movement
