    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @EquiShowing @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice So do post offices now use actual stamps for this service? Whenever I've posted anything without stamps at a PO they always print a "Stamp" themselves and it's that they stick to package.

    @IndiaPostOffice Inefficient service provider.. Had a #speedpost to be delivered to me. Tracking says insufficient address and returned. I didn't receive any call. Went to #postoffice , was told new postman doesn't know locations properly. Calling him , no response. What to do?

    @PostOffice @rebecca59904747 This response from PO is getting old. WHSmiths have had this franchise for a few years now. Service levels are declining and deplorable. When are PO actually going to reconsider this franchise. Do something.

    @PostOffice Hi not sure if you can help, just received and envelope from my niece that should have had a usb in it with photos on it from my late mum, but the envelope was ripped and nothing inside. It may have fallen out at the Eltham centre. Is there anyway I can check?
