@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice Has your branch in area M14 on Ladybarn Lane, Manchester closed for good? It hasn't been open for about 3 weeks. There is a sign saying refurbishment, but the shutters are always down and no workmen in sight. Thanks

@PostOffice USED the Alfreton branch today to re-new my PASSPORT but the lighting wasn't good enough to take a good picture so I had to go to the one at CHESTERFIELD, the lighting wasn't good there as well but the person there took a chance and sent it off, poor set up at both.

1/2. If only the @PostOffice & @RoyalMail had some magical way of communicating to their counters that parcels addressed to PO Boxes should NEVER under ANY circumstances be sent through @parcelforce as they DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Maybe a memo?

@PostOffice I know of people who would rather travel on the bus to Gorleston-in-sea to use the post office in the high street there than take a short walk into Great Yarmouth because it is so bad.
