    @PostOffice Isn’t it delightful how you’ve trained your staff to be extremely rude to customers? Lie also. I use drop and go system. They’ve not bothered sending last weeks parcels had the nerve to be extremely rude this morning about it. Claiming they called me yesterday. No!

    @PostOffice please just be honest with people so I never have to use you again ! It’s a waste of everyone’s time and get rid of the self serve tills and bring back humans there are still many left and I for one would like a job to speed it up

    @banccambria @PostOffice can’t be done online. A network of local business banking services would surely make a difference without needing to rely on a branch network? Or have I misunderstood?

    @PostieMcPost @PostOffice We pay first class click and drop, the hope for next day, if not 2nd day. When the receipt is given there is a bar code which allows you to see when it is delivered. 8 days later they have not tried to deliver Not good enough - not first class service for 10 miles away

    @PostOffice been to your branch on Thornbridge Avenue in great barr & apparently you don’t give change anymore because the guy said he won’t split bag of 20p for me because he’s got nowhere to put it? I though Post Office’s had till drawers to keep change in? They were rude too!

    @PostOffice Sent important document signed for 9 days ago. Tracking shows still not delivered. Have sat on phone for absolutely ages listening to ‘sorry for delay’ message. This is hopeless. What can I do post office? Please help track this document

    @djb1707 @PostOffice I think you'll probably find that charges from the retail card provider are the culprit. The retailer would probably making a loss selling you cans by card, however you can support your post office and retailer by withdrawing cash for the transaction from the post office.

    @PostOffice Thank you for your response that was the 1st time I have used a PO for change since 2010 so I didn’t know you didn’t do it any more! But the blokes customer service skills are left to be desired, i asked where else I could get change and he said go to Asda but they will charge u
