@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@SusanLeemburg @Scitani2021 Hi, from what I read if you don't have any other way to sign in to the website you will have to do get the paper form. It will come with prepaid envelope which you can drop in any postbox/postoffice

@PostOffice Just having to reset the password for my Drop & Go account as you require, but it is really bad practice to force users to include special characters. Now I can't use the password I want! Not good as it actually makes it harder for users to set a memorable password.

@PostOffice I went to my local post office. The man was very rude The way he spoke showed he clearly did not care. It was a humiliating and demeaning experience. One I wish no one else has to face. Utterly disgusting. Due to limitations I had to cut down my original message.
