@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice I returned a parcel in 22/2 at your Cannington Branch. Was a £165 coat being returned and I was offered 1st or 2nd class and told Secure and tracked, not advised of the need to pay for a higher priced service to be protected if lost. @RoyalMailHelp have (1/2)

UPDATE - I have took the decision to open the post office although it is still an intermittent service,it may still cause transactions to fail but please be patient as it is out of our control @PostOffice

Bizarre letter from @PostOffice saying my broadband & phone service has been sold to Shell Energy. Odd as I've not been with them for 6yrs! To contact them it says I shd ring them 'the same way I do now' (I don't) but has no phone number. Or email. Twitter then.. & then @ICOnews

@PostOffice I went to your post office and asked for second class tracked and was told this wasn’t available? I just put my card in for a few items and paid and was charged 9 pound for for that specific delivery!! Item is only worth 15 pound. She was so rude. How do I claim back.
