My poor friend trying to get a holiday insurance sorted as her husband has been diagnosed with cancer, phone just either on hold for hours or she gets it answered today and he puts the phone down as soon as she says she needs to claim. Disgusting @PostOffice She’s emailed too 😡

@martinallen78 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Martin. That’s not the real Post Office website. It’s a scam. Post Office have nothing to do with deliveries or redeliveries. There probably isn’t even a parcel. If you’ve put your details in cancel your cards quickly before you lose everything. Did you get a text with a link?
