  @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  @RevRichardColes @PostOffice I am so pleased they were finally found innocent. I followed the case within interest since all financial computer systems can create errors like that. I have had some in school finance systems!.

  @RevRichardColes @PostOffice The injustice is staggering. The Post Office knew it was their own faulty systems and prosecuted anyway, knowing that they had endless money for legal fees and could eventually wear their victims down.

  @RevRichardColes @PostOffice The @PostOffice relied on a change in the law to bring these prossections which assumed the accuracy of IT data taken in evidence which was proved wrong & not accurate. They should never have been prossected for IT errors! There were NO thefts or fraud! An absolute disgrace 😡🤬
