Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace π π π

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

They should never have been prossected for IT errors! There were NO thefts or fraud! An absolute disgrace π‘π€¬
