So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!
