  @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  @NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

  @DeeClared @PostOffice @VeoliaUK We reduced to a one car household about 18 months ago. Driving in and around StA is pretty awful, clogged roads, bad parking and some terrible drivers. We walk as much as possible, it's far less stressy.

  @PostOffice Kennington, Ashford, Kent Post Office on Faversham Road never seems to be open lately. The latest excuse is a piece of paper on the door claiming they're waiting for an engineer to fix a "system fault". It's locked and the lights are off. It's been like this for days.

  @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Yes,I will claim a refund again.And I suggest there has to be a systemic error somewhere between Post Office and Royal company on how they deal with received letters from customers.And the extra documents required to fill in for each abroad letter could cause the problem as well.

  @MarutiCourier such a pathetic service. Customer care will answer the call and immediately disconnect. I have never seen such irresponsible and pathetic service. PostOffice is way better that this courier service.

  And the worst thing about all this is: your members and customers are quickly losing faith in a “building society” that is the only “bank” on the High Street that has no banking deal with @PostOffice . I don’t know why I joined you. I’m leaving once I can get help for my o/d ..

  @PostOffice "System Issue". I wish I could give my customers a 5-7 day fix time for their" IT system". I live in the real world though, not Post Office incompetence World. No doubt they'll only open some afternoons again, even when fixed.

  @LilywhiteSimon @RoyalMailHelp I don't put the stamps on! I use the @PostOffice Drop & Go service. I just tell them to send as 2nd class large letter.

  @PostOffice You stated tracking number, Signed for is not tracked.... It a proof of delivery reference number, It is misinformation to the customer on the parameters of what the service actually offers.
