So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

Yep my name is Guy 😊🌸🥕 (@MyNamesGuy) reported@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice I have worked in software for 35+ years. The people supporting, fixing and amending the software would have known there was a defect but kept it concealed - I am guessing they were told to shut up or not investigate the issue.
