@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

@PostOffice can you confirm what time Shenfield Post Office opens and closes for parcel collection?? Says on website it closes at 7pm, went to pick my parcel up but they said they close at 5:30pm!? I work 9-6 how am I meant to pick my parcels up? Please help.

@PostOffice - COMPLAINT- Fulham PO closed early!!! 254 North End Road, Fulham, London SW6 1NJ. I made a special trip + found closed before its time. Annoyed. Change needed!! Post Office and Royal Mail have performed V LOW LEVEL during pandemic. NHS did well so why not you???

Just been to a @HSBC_UK bank to pay money in was told to go to a @PostOffice branch I guess customers aren't required by you anymore . Never heard of businesses saying go to a competitor . 🤷

I’m so glad it’s my last week with @PostOffice WiFi 😬 internet has been so poor it made wfh impossible and for the last few weeks haven’t been able to watch Netflix or Iplayer.
