So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Staff member was rude, yawning and totally uninterested

Dr Mariana Claire Marinovic 🏴🇮🇲 (@DrMarianaClaire) reportedARGH!! The frustration. Every time I go to the @PostOffice to return something we have the same issue. We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.
