@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice Why have you changed the drop & go website, i cannot copy & paste my Tracking numbers to all my customers now on Etsy ?????? i can now only track and trace for myself which takes you to track & trace service? i need to be able to give my customers the tracking details

@PostOffice They can't help, I am now in SEVERE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP,I can't access MY money and no one in Post Office cares, spoke to David Storey, waste of space, no idea when my request which they rec'd and signed for on 4/10 will be processed, please refer this to someone who can help

@BBCJohnBeattie @PostOffice Having similar issues as my online application seems to have went down a processing black hole. You can collect a paper application form from the post office, then click on my previous link to arrange an appointment within 1 week to collect passport for £150. That’s my backup!
