    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

    @NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

Recorded Delivery Sign saying disabled please give me time DWP documents DLA PIP no note left see the guy one minute later walking to a home a few doors away called out rudely said I have to go to the sorting office Miles Away.     @PostOffice I’ve been waiting for half an hour, still not reached the front - and now the queue behind me is twice as long as it was when I arrived!! One counter is blocked by a customer filling in a form. Your service is so far behind!

    @PostOffice @IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia I went to the post office no. 722101/05 for a speed post , the SPM who denied to do the same sitting at his chair at about 3.56PM, he told he will not do any Speed Post as he has closed the system. No customer was present

    @postoffice Tried to call you re car insurance renewal but recorded msg says due to lack of staff problem, you advised me to try online. I am only calling you because I cannot do it online. Where is your staff? Hope no-one has a crash and needs to call you

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Why @RoyalMail ? I paid for this service at my local post office, the items were sent from my local post office or they at least should have been! 4 days later they’re still showing as at my local post office. Stop passing the buck.

    @YMorrisonsDaily is your @PostOffice branch in Hutton Village Guisborough ever ACTUALLY open? What’s the point of allegedly providing longer service times if the services can’t be used? What should have been a 5 (10 mins tops) job took 40!! Open it or permanently close it!
