@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@missmadge74 @PostOffice I’m currently in Barcelona and card doesn’t work. Spent 20 mins on the phone and nothing they can do. Definitely don’t bother with the @PostOffice travel bank card. They can’t even transfer the money back till Tuesday. One almighty complaint coming from me!

@PostOffice Inconsistent info given around refund process. 1 person told 24-48 hrs & other told 3-5 w days. I suspect we’ll have to chase & both are wrong. No callback as promised. Will take further if have to chase for refund. Terrible service

@PostOffice I had two documents certified and wanted recorded delivery (post never arrived). Don’t know if this was included. Paid £12.75. Is this expected price? I ask as reference number didn’t work to track. (I’m visually impaired and having difficulty with the process).
