  • spar_tattenhall Spar Tattenhall (@spar_tattenhall) reported from Tattenhall, England

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

  • AntGeorgetwo Antony (@AntGeorgetwo) reported from Neston, England

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

  • bernardomed bemed (@bernardomed) reported from Liverpool, England

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@Official_Grant @Obi1_Shinobi @PostOffice Misplacing it where? Down the couch?

  • ali_pam Ali Pam ❤️ (@ali_pam) reported

@UBn9ohogz0XOFWP @PostOffice this is not product , its a help scheme

  • Official_Grant Official_Grant (@Official_Grant) reported

@Al652 @theRealDeal506 @PostOffice Never happened to me, but I can think of dozens of times businesses ran out of change or cash machines had no cash in them

  • lakhilakhi5 rachel (@lakhilakhi5) reported

YESES , yo talk about INFRASTRUCTURE? Did we not have IN TOEKOMSRUS A POST OFFICE, A NEAT POSTOFFICE that had to CLOSE DOWN , WHY? they were stealing PEOPLES POST AND CREDIT CARDS >>

  • Official_Grant Official_Grant (@Official_Grant) reported

@Obi1_Shinobi @PostOffice seeing something as essential and it actually being essential are different things. I'm sure the people who avoid tax don't see themselves as fools and most will never be caught by HMRC.

  • Wesenior  Wendy Senior  (@Wesenior) reported

@PostOffice Should you not be encouraging victims of domestic abuse to seek help through a trusted source/group/charity/helpline rather than suggesting they try and scrape together loose change to escape their horrendous existence one day. Absolutely shocking 😢

  • KingBobIIV Bo ❤🇬🇧 🌸 🦞 (@KingBobIIV) reported

@judge_radge @PostOffice Financial and emotional abuse is almost worse because there's no help and no proof. You're at the bottom of the priority pile for women's refuge and without bruises, the abuser just tells the police "she said I could". Case closed, no further action. You have nowhere to turn.

  • Labour_Luke Luke 🇪🇺 💚 🌹 (@Labour_Luke) reported

@PostOffice Sorry it's a bad business decision. Why do you want to make it more difficult for customers? Because you don't want to hear the feedback. Why is the Royal Mail website quoting me different prices for sending the same parcel via the post office? Yes weights + sizes are correct.

  • emmmahhhhhh Emma (@emmmahhhhhh) reported

@sarahcrowsnest @jasrichards2 @PostOffice Do you not think it’s weird for a massive company to tell a story of domestic abuse and not acknowledge how heavy it is though. There needed to be a ‘call this number if you’re affected by DA’ at the end, and an acknowledgment to help DA survivors, by donating funds for instance

  • sarahcrowsnest Sarah Boait (@sarahcrowsnest) reported

@emmmahhhhhh @jasrichards2 @PostOffice I agree that would be a good move, but I don't think it is weird that the PO are taking this stand about 2 important issues, it's an interesting campaign
