@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice I asked your manager John if they don't have a record of my transactions as I lost my receipt and the girl who served me had not given me a reference number(I'm new to this) he was quite rude and unhelpful. I have the date I sent the parcels as my bank details show

This now begs the question how many more SUB POSTMASTERS are out there who like you, paid up shortages, all due to HORIZON ERRORS, lost home/business/funds/family and walked away? How many have not been prosecuted but still lost everything solely due to @PostOffice bullying /3..

Would anyone recommend using the @PostOffice check and send service when applying for a passport? I’ve never had an adult one (had one as a child) but I’ve got a copy of my birth certificate ect and suitable counter-signatory 🤔
