They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.

That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.

Anbu B (@Anbu_Batumalai) reported@PostOffice spoke to the CS agent, cancelled the insurance as i am selling my car. was informed it cost £36 to cancel. I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.
