@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

  • Bluebird0309 CllrJillHoulbrook 🌈 (@Bluebird0309) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice Royal Mail Signed For is a registered service which requires a signature on delivery for First Class or Second Class mail sent in the UK. So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

  • spar_tattenhall Spar Tattenhall (@spar_tattenhall) reported from Tattenhall, England

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@PostOffice It doest need you wasting money and clogging up feeds with pointless ads! Cash will never die our and I am not sure why you have taken it on yourselves to tell people?

  • kickybarr Ian Barr (@kickybarr) reported

@daviddakota @PostOffice For starters you need an address. Then you need to prove who you are. This is not possible for thousands, if not millions of people. Get a grip you idiot.

  • billybee9991 billybee9991 (@billybee9991) reported

    @PostOffice No problem....

  • AllegroEddie Eddie Allegro (@AllegroEddie) reported

@PostOffice You own cash You do not own money in a bank. You are a depositor. They're different. FCSC covers you now but could be removed. The EU froze people's bank accounts in Cyprus, in 2013 to help them take a cut directly (I.e. Capital Levy)

  • camukul88 Mukul jain (@camukul88) reported

  • jamsandwich (@jamsandwich) reported

@PostOffice @ArkRedeemer Perhaps it should be the role of a the Post Office to offer such a bank account service then...

  • BrynTeilo BT 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇵🇸🇪🇺 (@BrynTeilo) reported

@byronvanstien @6677baggiesandy @PostOffice You asked me to explain my support for independence. I did so in good faith because of the way you asked. It's clear that your intention was to counter every point. I have better things to do with my time than engage with people who act in that manner. It won't win followers.

  • tibbydudeza tibbydudeza (@tibbydudeza) reported

@CaiphusK_11 The technology exists to solve the problem. No need for having a bank account since the R350 is stored on a wallet on the chip of the SASSA card. Reloading can be done monthly at any bank ATM. The postoffice wanted some justification for their existence.

  • clarelock8 clare lock (@clarelock8) reported

@PostOffice Access to cash is a great message .. but why use domestic abuse as a story to promote this .. simply awful and way off the mark .
