@USPSHelp I've tried numerous times to use the "email us" feature and it is broken. Buttons/links don't work and there are drop down menus with no options in them that if not used, halt progress. I cannot make a comment/complaint due to these issues. @USPS #Postoffice

@PostOffice Not the point. There were staff at kiosks, there were also staff behind the counter who said it was now company policy that they could no longer deal with posting items at counter, that had to be done via self-service - where there was a long queue, yet no counter queue

@KirstySNP @PostOffice 2/3 This decision has been carefully considered and comes after 18 months of negotiations with Post Office Limited. Unfortunately, in some instances it is not viable for us to continue to offer the service at our sites.
