@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@PostOffice Hi, I went to your Gainsborough Queensway branch today at 1715 to post a parcel to be told by a staff member they don’t accept post after 1700. I used the service around this time two weeks ago and your website says 1730. Can you discuss with the branch owner please?
