I would like to give you a market stall. Let’s see how far you will go with this attitude of yours of stamping people having strong views on issue

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice I'm a cllr & have had residents get in touch in SM5 area who've not been getting any mail for 3 weeks now. Some are elderly & v.worried they may miss important NHS letters. Emails bounce, and they've been stuck on hold when they call. Can you please help?

    @sarahsparkle100 @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews But I actually know in the PO community people of several races, including white, black and Asian...I highly doubt you’ve been to every PO in London. Further, if the person serving you is nice, why would you give a crap about what they look like

    @PostOffice @shirley51079929 Sorry Courtney, that label has to be printed by the customer and attached to the parcel, not presented for scanning from a phone as the customer tried to in this case. You should know the difference between a Data Matrix and a QR code. There is no QR code on that label.

    @PostOffice 1 how do I make a complaint? Been in branch and asked to send as large letter. Asked if wanted 2nd or 1st. Charged 3.20. I then said it's a large letter, he said not. OK, fine, but where was my option? Why was I not told that
