They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
