@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@RoyalMail why do Royal Mail acknowledge compensation claims for damage then completely ignore them thereafter. No follow up. No request for further information if needed and customer service that ignores emails. Use other couriers #inaurancefraud @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice

@TheBornAgainCJ @PostOffice There is no such service as 'recorded'. It's Special Delivery which is tracked, signed and guaranteed next day, signed for- which you cant track or Tracked 24 or 48, with or without a signature. Special Delivery is £9.25 so that is not the service you were charged for.

@PostOffice Funny that because in Torquay i got told to get on my knees and pick up dog drewl then chastised onto the street after ignoring the fool. Nice service, then threatened to tamper with the Kings Mail! And no I didn't - as one disabled and 2) not taking that treatment!

@PostOffice how can it be that Brixton Rd PO tried to charge £10.25 for 24hr Tracked & Kennington PO charged £5.40 for the same service.The clerk at the Brixton rd PO then refused to send my parcel as I wasn’t willing to pay £10.25 This is why you are loosing customers! Terrible!

@PostOffice @Tesco your post office in Hood Manor, Warrington is an absolute disgrace! Went yesterday at 2pm it was closed, just been today at 3pm closed again. This has been happening for months with random closures, when are you going to get a grip and resolve the issues?
