They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.

Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reported@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything

peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@vas_ssy @PostOffice @RoyalMail If it was 1st or 2nd class signed for, it isnt tracked so the only updates will be at the Post Office and when it has been signed fpr by the recipient. Your issue is with Royal Mail.
