@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Shocking service at Rotherham Rawmarsh Post Office. Rude and told me cause I had a few letters to send that I had to go back of the queue whilst holding my baby. I waited in the queue just like everyone else. There was 2 people serving. @PostOffice

Terrible service, @RoyalMail denied my claim because that particular service was suspended at that time. And yet the @PostOffice took my money and guessing Royal Mail got some if it too??!!

Dear @PostOffice, the people at the very top should be encouraging post masters to directly write to their mp and secretary for small business. They say they're working "round the clock" to fix this "cyber incident", so why has it not been fixed yet? 1/4
