Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@TomTugendhat @PostOffice Hi Tom. I’m a constituent of yours. If it’s not too much trouble, can you let me know what the deal is with this and how your ‘backing’ has progressed, as there now seems to be no Post Office presence on the high street anymore? Thanks.

@PostOffice O and 0 on your receipts (tracking codes) almost indistinguishable in that typeface - parcelforce told you - nobody uses O (letter) and 0 (numeral) together in codes and if they do the 0 is struck through diagonally… this is also an accessibility issue

@PostOffice can you explain why you don’t accept certain debit cards? Have had a horrible experience in your Shawlands branch with a member of staff barking at me that my debit cards aren’t debit cards, I’m disabled and she was rushing me along and being incredibly rude.

@PostOffice Dear post office. Is it possible that when I make a complaint regarding service instore, that it’s actually read and you don’t actually just copy and paste a generic response as a reply?? Hugely frustrating- nearly as much as the original problem you’ve caused

@IndiaPostOffice @PMOIndia Dear post office, Please teach some manners to your post office clerks on how to behave with citizens when they come to post office for postal service. I faced rude behaviour by one of your clerks in Jhotwata, jaipur post office. Postoffice.- 302012

@GcMummy @PostOffice Woah, that’s definitely not the case & a complete misinterpretation of what Courtney has tried 2explain in numerous tweets! “Not wanted” is a gross exaggeration of what was clearly a v. poor oversight by PO. & by walking with your wallet, it won’t affect those who make decisions!

@PostOffice Thanks Megan. I was in a restaurant on holiday at the time. Your 24-hour helpline dragged it's heels so I ended up using another card to save embarrassment. If there are known issues with the App it would be helpful if a message was displayed to that effect when the App starts.

Abysmal customer service from the @PostOffice in Tunbridge Wells today. I can’t believe a member of staff just rolled their eyes at me. I am livid.
