@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice why do you continue to allow the Daybrook Post Office in Nottingham to operate given the amount of complaints and bad reviews! I went in on Monday to get a signed for service, three days later it says the letter is still there! The postmaster is just rude! Read revew

@PostOffice Just been to collect my parcel and was rudely told the system is still down after being told yesterday to come back today. This is ridiculous. I want my parcel to be delivered instead now, been twice won’t be going again.

@stugoo17 @PostOffice The post office was a good business many years ago for many years previous. It had to be to support the duffers they employed from Thatcher on. Never a better example of 'The Peter Principle'. They blundered through the ranks and crapped on the SPMs from on high!

@PostOffice it would be helpful if you made a public post letting customers know that your entire post office network is down and making all stores nationwide unable to offer services. A lack of updates/news on website is disappointing but seems fitting for post office service.

@mrmr1488 @monzo @PostOffice The branch was correct. You can’t pay for Car Tax or Bills with a Monzo Debit Card which is mad (but can with any other debit card) - I’m sure it’s a system fault. Could never understand it ourselves either
