took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

The UK is truly a comedy country! AFAICS all @PostOffice branches are 'down' - a @fujitsu_uk problem apparently. Fix time has risen from 20-40 mins to 40-90 mins. Why are Fujitsu even allowed anywhere near the Post Office after the scandal of #Horizon? ******** of a country!

@mrmr1488 @monzo @PostOffice The branch was correct. You can’t pay for Car Tax or Bills with a Monzo Debit Card which is mad (but can with any other debit card) - I’m sure it’s a system fault. Could never understand it ourselves either

@PostOffice it would be helpful if you made a public post letting customers know that your entire post office network is down and making all stores nationwide unable to offer services. A lack of updates/news on website is disappointing but seems fitting for post office service.

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice Yes but what about us all in the village who really need a functioning PO at all times. Especially the Elderly. Seems odd to me and would never had happened in the past. Just more sliding.
