@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@Dr2NisreenAlwan And rules for office spaces/call centres appear dangerously lax. Once sat down at desks 2m apart, workers can remove their masks. Pt told me 30+ workers who talk all day for a living are in 1 room for 8-10 hrs without masks. @PostOffice policy is #masks are OPTIONAL!

@PostOffice The staff member are being very rude and dismissive and not bothering to seek out any form of guidance despite me repeatedly telling them to look at my tweets. I can’t travel that far to the main post office in the city centre. This is absolutely appalling service

@PostOffice I bought two boxes and tape. He pretended he didn’t know how much they cost. He asked me to look on the shelves and I read out the only prices there. He said I was having a laugh. He repeated he’d have to close (15 minutes remained). Obstructive. I’ve made a formal complaint.
