@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@SouthpauzArt definitely try again if you dont have a way to reach them other wise. but i think it would help to add having an email who buy so it doesnt happen as much or if it does at least you can contact them instead of the postoffice. they might be on vaca for the 4th too

What’s the point of the @PostOffice being open till 6pm if the only collection for post is at 11:30am. And being told by the staff to get up earlier is just down right rude. And people wonder why the post office is dying. Taking my business too @Hermesparcels

Secondly the office is working currently on secondary network(NSP2), Today also office is working , it’s confirmed from the concerned Postoffice.

Dear @WHSmith + @PostOffice. I want to support you, but #Lowestoft PO changing its opening hours without notice all the time, makes it impossible for those trying to send regular parcels. A scruffy, handwritten sign saying you've decided not to open today (Sat) doesn't cut it.
