@PostOffice a post office in Salford are claiming they don’t have my package (of prescription medication) when i have photographic evidence from royal mail that it has been delivered there. i have lodged a complaint but this needs resolving urgently - i need my meds. please help?

@PostOffice So we attended today for a 4th attempt. Again unsuccessful. What on earth is going on at the Harrogate Post Office. This is supposed to be an essential service provider and it’s being run like a corner shop. Appalling.

@professorgreen @BritishGas @PostOffice The sweet lady on the phone at the BG call centre advised me to ignore all my bills.. then she asked me to call a number for specialist team, only it was the same number I called her on. She ran off the phone saying I need to speak with my manager. Poor lady..

Some1 was in bed during the webinar. I spoke a little & didn't sound too bad. I will be happily quiet till tomorrow to give my throat a rest. Only the last half hour was tough cus of how I felt, but 6 weeks completed so far! Mini rest now, then paperwork. Postoffice. Dishes. Bed.
