@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Hard to imagine. A more inept FS firm than @ScottishWidows Apparently it’s the @PostOffice fault I didn’t receive a resolution to my complaint. So they wrote again but forgot to include a copy of the original letter #clueless

@bobbybewl @PostOffice @coopuk One of the problems is that PO Ltd pay us by transaction not an hourly rate. So putting an extra member of staff on quite often means that that Post Office will lose money. It’s a catch 22 & a dilemma we wish we weren’t in.

@PostOffice She’s spoken to at least 3 different people on separate occasions who have assured her the issue has been fixed. Now had a voicemail from the fraud dept but she can’t get though to them, number keeps disconnecting after having her on hold

16 in the @PostOffice queue in @coopuk #Birchington which was static for 14 minutes before I left. Only one person serving. Phoned manager who cannot find trained staff to come in to help. #ForGoodnessSake

@CWUnews An Organisation that took govt money to pay compensation to its own staff after having prosecuted hundreds of them in malucious actions designed to cover up its own failings, clearly has learned nothing and is as despicable today as it was then. You've my support. @PostOffice

@CWUnews I fully support the action that @CWUnews are taking. All the @PostOffice have offered are real terms pay cuts, with strings attached. Inflation is running rampant, energy bills through the roof and profits of £758 million were posted in March. Pay our posties properly!

@martinbamford @thameswater 2/3 look at the watered down pr kobs of mea culpa...."blood infection" compensation....and "postoffice illegal prosecutions"....add thd mini bonds and understand its time we considered using soc med etc to galvanise to force change

@PostOffice my elderly mother has been trying to withdraw money from her post office account but it keeps being declined. She can get a balance and has changed her PIN so the card is working. Customer service keep telling her there’s no problem. Any ideas please?

@PostOffice Waiting for a very important tracked letter for 5 days now sent within the UK. On the post office website the tracking number is not recognised. Can anyone help locate this important post.
