    @PostOffice Tracked wedding gift parcel sent to USA address 3 1/2 weeks ago, before cyber problem, and still showing as “Sender preparing item” on January 11th. No help available, no complaint option available, no follow up information available, no idea where parcel is - Help??

    Dear @PostOffice, the people at the very top should be encouraging post masters to directly write to their mp and secretary for small business. They say they're working "round the clock" to fix this "cyber incident", so why has it not been fixed yet? 1/4

    @RoyalMailHelp @71_sepe @PostOffice ... be aware that RM will probably loose your item like they did with mine, 2 weeks to deliver a 1st class letter and it still hasn't arrived and all they say is 1st class is next day to 3 days... and never saying they will deliver my untracked item... it might end up on ebay.

    @realmarkrez @Change Wait, it doesn’t? Every comic I’ve ever shipped I’ve used media mail rate. Granted I avoid the #postoffice & go to mom & pop mailer & they never ask me the packages contents but I wasn’t aware I was unknowingly getting away with something. Petition signed

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Honorable sir ippb online stopped working for online transfer to my SSA and PPF accounts . The 155299 complaint number is never picked . It's always a queue of minimum 1 hour at madambakkam Chennai 600126 postoffice .what can be done better.

    Customers could download a qr code like they do already and present at the counter. It's obvious you're trying to cut out @postoffice by dealing directly with the customer by encouraging online sales. This is not on. If your top "experts" can't deal with this "incident"...3/4

    @IndiaPostOffice Concern postoffice is not delivering consignment CY297788685DE to me. Its being rotating from one post office to another but they are not delivering it. When I file complaint 2002460480 they said door was closed which is wrong. delivery was not attempted.
