Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

Mr Lavery, @IanLaveryMP, regarding your question to the Prime Minister today… What Sir Kier @10DowningStreet failed to mention is that you can already withdraw and deposit cash at the network of 11,500 @PostOffice branches, not just Banking Hubs. An important omission I think!

@MaaleeshHabibi @PostOffice There are multiple failures involved, the software, the post office for not being honest, their investigators for not doing their jobs properly and successive governments for burying their heads in the sand and ignoring the postmasters . They should all hang their heads in shame.

So I get this call from nearby post office. I have a parcel which I need to collect myself. What kind of service are you providing @PostOffice where in a person has to collect it from the PO herself? Do you no longer deliver at doorstep? (And it is not a big parcel FYI)

@Rantsofus1 @PostOffice Should be fully trained before they are behind the counter especially in something that will be asked for a lot, and can't be got wrong because of the fee. Their newness at the job, or not, is not the issue, the full training should be in place or they are no use to customers.

@eventsbykitch @PostOffice Staff shortages happen. Perhaps have a little empathy? The self service kiosks will have been turned off because the one staff member cant man the counter and those at thr same time.

@PostOffice apparently my post office claims they can no longer change notes into coins (it was £5) but I use it as my bank considering mine have all closed down. Is this really a rule you have started? Bit odd as you are a bank now!! Please confirm, thanks

@EchoHotelTango @Rantsofus1 @PostOffice You can't train before you are behind the counter. You literally train on the job. Ridiculous complaint.

@PostOffice Wow. Just had a letter from the council. Dated 7th october. It just got delivered (25th) the post office is really bad. Or maybe it is my post person that can not be asked to deliver to my floor unless they have a number of flats to go to.I think I should get money bk
