@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Tom, your staff are as bad. The bloke in the local PO is rude to everyone, entitled, arrogant and just downright unpleasant. The main branch has one person on the counter at lunchtimes causing queues the length of WHSmith. You're as **** as @Royalmail and equally culpable.

@PostOffice 10 minutes already, at least 17 people in front of me...unfortunately its the case every day... worst thing is that I ended up here after paying for next day delivery, waited at home, no one rung the door bell and I found a red card later in the day, so I had to come and collect.

@PostOffice Service currently being offered in Thame just isn’t good enough! Erratic opening hours. Very very slow. Only one of three windows ever open. Today’s worker didn’t appear to know what he was doing. I was third in the queue and it took forty minutes.

Banked @santanderuk for 15 years, now the staff say I cannot have counter service so cannot pay cash into my account! And the staff too dumb to realise they are doing themselves out of jobs by saying this! So I go to @PostOffice to pay in instead. Modern convenience my arse
