@PostOffice So what about your next day delivery? You need to not sell this as a service. I had a next day delivery parcel posted to me a week ago & it’s still it here!!! What a waste of money. I feel sorry for the small businesses trying hard to survive in this climate

@MikeStuchbery_ What the absolute ****? Was someone so utterly stupid they didn't think the office franking-printer would have some sort of monitoring on it? They're connected to the Internet, so they can move postage from [company] account to PostOffice account. *Every* use will be tracable.

@PostOffice What an experience at the post office. The woman is setting up shop whilst smoking inside. Walk into the post office where it stinks of ****. she sits down and tells me to wait whilst she eats her cereal. Then makes a joke about the customers who got out of bed early

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your response but @RoyalMailHelp have been no help at all! The parcel was posted last Friday, next day delivery. I appreciate people are super busy and there are strikes but next day delivery should be postponed then if it’s not guaranteed
