@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice I am tracking my flowers sent on 24 hour delivery on 15th Oct. I used the correct address but the postcode was 1 digit wrong. It has been to Preston, Pendle, NDC RDC, South Midlands, back to Preston, then Pendle, its on the move again today. Its flowers, help please.

@PostOffice I went in to renew my passport with a change of name. The website said this service was available at the york centre branch. After waiting for ages I was told they couldn't do a renewal with a change of name because the photo booth wasn't working and they didn't have the forms.

@L0ve45 @KathiAngelone USPHS is not part of the armed forces. It’s a glorified scout troop and the rank is totally meaningless. They are NOT the military. They do not get veterans benefits. They are just a uniformed service, kind of like the PostOffice.

Hi @PostOffice is there an issue with your travel money cards? For the past two days I’ve been unable to buy euros to load to my card either online or using the app. Will be going elsewhere tomorrow if I can’t do it.

@PostOffice Thanks. I hope you all realise there the hardship you are putting the residents under… especially the elderly… To take two weeks (and counting) to fix/replace a postal terminal is disgraceful and you are obsoleting yourselves. We will be making a formal complaint

@PostOffice your piccadilly plaza, manchester M1 4AL post office is not open until 10pm as your website and the royal mail rebooking service states. The PO closes at 6pm and the souvenir shop is open until 10pm. Please correct this so other people don't have their time wasted thx
