Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

New Kent is the Home of the First, First Lady, Martha Washington and the First Lady to John Tyler, Leticia. Also home of the original White House and Church where George and Martha married. ZERO post offices named after them!!!! Sick of the erasure of history!

Polly Pancosta (@PancostaPolly) reported@postoffice daughter is stuck at Leamington Spa post office trying to collect ordered (and paid for) currency. Staff says transaction not completed despite money being taken. Going to airport at 4am so no way to collect. Very poor service
