Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

If you need travel insurance AVOID @PostOffice - 5 weeks now without a case, send all documentation off to claim what I have insured my case for. Told no one has even looked at it yet and there’s no timescale - disgusting service. Waste of money using them!

Now on month 5 of my very simple claim not being reviewed and my official complaint almost at 40 working days, still not dealt with. Ombudsman next. If u want a good travel insurance policy, spend your money elsewhere @PostOffice

@PostOffice how ******** are you never open. I mean really “reduced services” is one thing, but praying you’re in town for the 30 minutes each week they seem to open takes the piss. How about you start getting your **** together and paying staff a fair wage to sort it.

@DMDMStudios Not usually. But. The town I'm in sees a ton of tourists on weekends (even more in Oct. thru Christmas) So extra cars in mountain town roads that you don't expect on a weekday with bad drivers parking +50mins round trip When all you wanted to do was pop out to the postoffice

My postman signed my name for a delivery that I never received and the @PostOffice are refusing to refund me for the item as “it has been signed for” Pretty sure this is classed as mail fraud.

@cathy_bug @Northlakesuk @PostOffice Can it be collected and posted periodically to local MPs asking them to support a ban on this sort of thing - I noticed it had stopped for a while but it’s coming back with a vengeance

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Whilst we support posties in their strike perhaps when their stood outside their offices, passers by hooting support, maybe they should send a member to every post office to fend off the barrage of abuse we post office workers are getting about it. 😩

@PostOffice It is ridiculous and invasive. I can read the displayed prohibited items list just the same as I do at the airport and they don’t want to know what’s in my suitcase. And the PO staff are rude with it.
