    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

    @PostOffice It was Wellingborough Road. One poor guy was working alone and whilst I appreciate everyone is entitled to breaks, his colleague comes out with 46 people in the queue and starts wandering around behind the counter for 5 minutes before cracking on! Very frustrating!

    @PostOffice Long queue, just 1 counter. Went for Digital Passport Check. Website clearly says the service includes photos but I was asked to take them at booth & pay in cash. I informed him that was not the case but he did not agree and argued until I showed him the details on website,

    @PostOffice your travel insurance is the very worst I have ever come across. Like Groundhog Day - emails come and ask for the same info, over and over. 7 months on and my two claims still not paid. Disgraceful!

    Hey @PostOffice why does your Forest Hill location have a line down the stairs always and one register open? This is a high traffic area. It’s ALWAYS like this. You need to allocate more money for staffing because it’s not fair that a trip to the post office takes an hours wait.

    @RachelGalley @PostOffice being stuck between 2 businesses BOTH claiming you don’t have £438 jewellery. I’m utterly devastated with the lack of responses! RG I waited on the phone for over 30 mins today, no answer. I am stuck between you both, messing with emotions, it sucks!!
