Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace ๐ ๐ ๐

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasnโt even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?
