@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

@PostOffice Paid for a redirection service from Lancaster (market street) to Bolton (oxford street). The item was never redirected and so weve just been to Bolton to ask for a refund and were basically told sorry not our fault no refund and nothing we can so about it

@PostOffice My local post office local are stopping service between 1-2pm to prioritise their other business. This is obviously very inconvenient as you only find out when you arrive at the post office and see their hand written note. Is this acceptable practice under your terms?

I tried to post a parcel today. The #postoffice guy said they were on #strike. I said :"Okay, no worry I'll come back later" I'll always support strike action. It's the only way how employees can put pressure on their employers. It's INCONVENIENT for us. It's VITAL for them.

@passportsevamea I am at postoffice bokaro(827009). Passport officers seems to be more dedicated towards their known relatives work and busy on their phone for family discussion. I queue number was 1 but its been more than 1.5 hours i see no progress. Kindly help

Just had the worst customer service with @PostOffice Bolton on Oxford street. Lady who served us was rude and started shouting at us....absolutely appalling and i was told there was no complaints process....@PostOffice id like to formally log a complaint, where can i do that
