@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@PostOffice Just shy of half an hour by the time I was out. This branch is always the same. It needs more counters open, that will easily fix the issue, but never more than 2 open.

@dongingerillo @PostOffice I think at this point, them asking for proof of the monetary value of what is inside the envelope is invalid. The full £250 is what should be automatically paid out as this is an error they made. I would never have posted the letter had I known this was going to happen.

@PostOffice You have admitted the letter should never have been accepted. You offered £7 compensation. That's unacceptable. Royal Mail now consider it list and they and you agree the letter should never have been accepted. I want full compensation not £7

@PostOffInquiry As I listen/watch the #PostOfficeInquiry the bullying, threatening & dismissive approach by the #PostOffice a decade ago is unbelievable & outrageous. Computer programmes make errors but in the case of the #PostOfficeScandal did the 'losses' always go in the wrong direction?

@PostOffice Not acceptable, I'm afraid. I want to support my local post office branch. The Post Office organisation keeps withdrawing the services branches are allowed to provide. You can't even pay your post office credit card bill there now.

@DanNeidle You stay in lane well & it confuses issues by referring to any payments as ‘compensation’. There are many aspects to what the #PostOffice owes the SPMs it defrauded with its fake accounts and erroneous prosecutions. Imo no Post Office director should be involved with decision
