They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

Russell Marchant (@TheMightyTache) reported@PostOffice unbelievably bad service! Pay for guaranteed next day delivery, they go to a legal office to deliver on a Saturday and it's closed. They then do nothing until both parties realise the documents are missing, now delivering next Monday! 10 days after posting!

WTAF absolute joke!! Leaving me owing money for flights
