I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Justice and even common decency. There is no real justice until we see one person guilty of abuse of power facing accountability. These people were sacrificed for nothing.

appleblossomB (@appleblossomBe) reported@PostOffice I sent a registered letter to HMRC on the 11th March . HMRC says they haven’t received it . Tracking only says it was posted and no confirmation of HMRC signing for it or receiving it . Can you please help ?
