@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice Beveridge Way, Newton Aycliffe. Assistant insisted my parcel was 2mm too big to be charged at £3.85 and forced me to pay £5.35. Parcel was plastic bag, contents didn’t reach end of the bag, so wasn’t too big. Poor customer service

Hi @PostOffice - when using the Check & Send service for passport, do my original documents for name change (marriage certificate) still get sent to the Passport Office with application? Or does the Post Office verify the document and I can take it back? Thanks!

@PostOffice Your new post office at Dyce in Aberdeen is a disaster. Always have to wait ages, only ever one very slow untrained person on the till who can't speak English. Why did you move it to a new shop when the old one was far better?

Things to hate the world for: Money in bank account..use a Post office ATM..partway through phone rings..next message." your transaction has timed out we are retaining your card???!! PO Staff.."we can't help, we can't tell you who can,don't use phone at ATM.."@PostOffice awful.

VIA @lagostraffic961: Ojuwoye inward PostOffice is good. PostOffice inward Olorunshogo is good.Olorunshogo inward Challenge is a slow moving traffic due to flashflood. Railway Crossing inward Ilupeju bypass in and out is good.
