@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk One thing to point to PO managers, each branches are quite unique with product selection they offer, to number of counters, type of staff, and communication network used. Hence, it is very inpartical for all network to suffer the same bug issue.

@james_christie @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk If you have a bug that affect multiple locations, another that affected several others, then others that affects other locations, but not those others, I'd say your system has 'issues'. That amount of unpredictable/repeatable issues would be described by me as systemic issues.

To be fair, the first error was by the @PostOffice. They missold her the 3 day service (Priority) instead of the 1 day one (Express). But this was TWO WEEKS AGO.

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk ...eg comms problems producing discrepancies between a branch & the central system. Second Sight did identify such problems in their first report. The Post Office definition of systemic is a distraction in practical terms. Working as a test manager or IT auditor I would...2/3

I should not be given 3 different companies and 4 different phone numbers. Just to progress my car insurance claim. Like what the…?! 4 days have passed and I still haven’t been told when I am getting my courtesy car. The service from @PostOffice insurance is not good.
