@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@PostOffice so many people are sick and tired of the North Parade, Chessington branch claiming to be open online but they’re always shut. The times are completely off. Can someone update the website? I travelled to them and they’re never open on Sundays apparently.

@ChopsyBristol Was in there getting some change and after waiting as long as you a worker turned the self service tills back on. Don't forget the new @PostOffice in @WHSmith is better than the old location that had more counter staff to deal with customers as well as services available.

@BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen Why are these companies reluctant to install traditional meters in the homes of the poor? Can action be taken against if you were the Prime Minister? EDF, BRITISH GAS? Why would British Gas prioritize monthly payments Is this company only for the rich?

@PostOffice Approx 20 minutes. Customer at counter sending parcel to Israel. Cashier on phone to manager who eventually appeared and took over.

@PostOffice I am exasperated about the level of service I currently receive by my local post office in Redruth, today I received a parcel that was chucked over my gate when I specifically asked for it to be placed somewhere safe. And no the gate wasn’t locked!!
