took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

@NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

As there's no local HSBC t .any more, I paid in a cheque at the @postoffice. Three days later it's not appeared in my account. I pull out the receipt and the amount on it is listed as "0.00". Sigh... How long will it take them to fix THIS f*** up?!

@AxisBank Very bad experience with axis credit card service. Doesn't work toll free no and even no proper response from branch(Nariman point Mumbai). Postoffice service is now better than axis bank. @AxisBankSupport

@JumpedUp_Kate @PostOffice The main post office in town is a disgrace to our city. Never enough people serving, even before the pandemic, so it's no surprise it's worse now. I tend to use the out of city-centre post offices wherever possible, although they're often not much better.

@ReveszAngela @PostOffice Kind of forced, not by Post Office but by my consulate who asked specifically "Post Office certified". I know, "if not happy go somewhere else" but £12.75 for looking at single page is excessive. Not asking solve math problem, a riddle or have high knowledge, less than 1 min job.

@PostOffice At least we don’t have to deal with rude people behind the counters. Job worth assistants who don’t understand the meaning of a working assistant dog and they think they can just ask the customer to leave. Ridiculous
