    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @NestonNews As #neston resident we do not know when the postoffice going to reopen. Why can't we have the postoffice van that visits #Willaston come to #Nestonmarket on a Friday this would work for are community to use their services in which we need. I hope everyone @NestonTC/ CWAC can help

    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @PostOffice Is there a reason why C&D barcodes can't be scanned on your SSK, e.g. "2nd Class Signed For" whereas "Tracked 48" shopping returns can? Customers needing POP could considerably reduce queue times instead of waiting for a counter service if that was implemented.

    @BSNLCorporate sir from last 7-8 days there is no telecom service working in Gerita Kolavada exchange in vijapur taluka in Mehsana telecom district gujarat..There are 100 telephones,so many broadband,VPN connection in postoffice, BOB bank,Pamol PHC,Kolavada PHC working.

    @mrssbarnard @PostOffice Erm. Branches have been told to accept cheque deposits without a deposit slips for months now. Just make sure the sort code and account number is present on the back of the cheque. Bank is talking rubbish. Thousands go off a day with no issue, just unlucky this time.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Yes I have filled in a complaint form as it is not my fault. I duly paid the post office for my parcel and handed it over the counter for them to process !!!!!

    Was told by PO customer service lady that I could close account over the phone if I had security details. Took me an hour to track them down (opened account in 2003) and rang back only to be told by another agent I can't do it over the phone. So @PostOffice who's right?
