Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Cowardly Lion (@Cat_onabike) reported@PostOffice I went on 5 different days to send 2 different parcels. No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?

However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Staff member was rude, yawning and totally uninterested
