    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    @PostOffice Hi, I attempted to deliver a parcel via one of your branches on 26/11/2022. I paid for Parcelforce ExpressAM shipping and was told it would arrive on 29/11/2022. It still haven’t arrived and Parcelforce insist it’s still at the Post Office. Why? Can you help at all?

    @PostOffice I really think this is an infringement of privacy, surely it’s enough to declare there’s nothing on the banned list. I object in our tiny village po telling everyone what I’m sending. The awful woman in there wants details. What’s next, asking if we packed it ourselves?

    @SherriffSilvia @PostOffice I suspect the answer is some sorting offices are in more trouble than others. Certainly pretty much everything I’ve posted has gone into a postal black hole. Fess up @RoyaMail which ones have mismanaged most disastrously

    @PostOffice Yes a few weeks ago and I even spoke to the manager in the store who just sed it was an ongoing issue and there is no time scale of when it will be repaired.

    The customer service of people that work in the post office is amongst some of the worst I’ve experienced #postoffice compare that to friendly shop owners doing the evri drops very pleasant experiences #evri

    @PostOffice why in a digital age is special delivery only traceable via the tracking number on a paper receipt? Surely if you have all details: branch ID, session ID, time and date mark, address sent to etc you should be able to help!! #ridiculous
