    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @NFSP_UK @NFRN_Online @PostOffice I appreciated ( and you got great publicity )that you were helping out your offices by guaranteeing remuneration, I didn’t think you’d use the worst 3 months of the year for your figures !!! There’s a 18% difference on a direct comparison

    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    @PostOffice Unfortunately, 'leaving it with you' won't help my Christmas cards get to Norway any quicker, and considering the shocking amount of time cards from Norway are taking to get here probably due to Covid, you should perhaps have adjusted your 'last posting days' 😭

    @PostOffice Could be any of them really; Ive no desire to see individuals blamed for organisation failings too few offices & staff forced to focus on sale at the cost of service 1 Q tho: why can items miraculously be delivered on time with a 3x payment but not as a given service standard?

    @PostOffice vulnerable Grandparents in their 80s now without broadband for 5 WEEKS! 3x engineers have investigated on site but still no internet connection! Support team extremely unhelpful.. how do we reach a resolution??
