@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

At the postoffice and a lady in front asks for £50 worth of Euros. Lady at the counter apologises and says "youll only get €49.57 worth for your £50!" Customer "thats hellish, but its not your fault. Damn tories! The quicker we get independence the better!" #ScotlandIsNow

The @PostOffice is keen to position itself a sort of bank esp since so many branches are closing. But mine will never cash up change or provide change. And gets huffy if I try and deposit it.

@PostOffice just had an appalling experience at Kingston Post Office. The manager is rude and in dire need of customer service training as do some of the staff. Badly organised system in place. Please sort it out!

@PostOffice @rebecca59904747 This response from PO is getting old. WHSmiths have had this franchise for a few years now. Service levels are declining and deplorable. When are PO actually going to reconsider this franchise. Do something.
