  • Keffybabes Sue N (@Keffybabes) reported

@PostOffice hi I’ve been trying for about 4 days to transfer my savings account which has expired directly into another of your products and keep getting an error message: tried on a number of computers. I don’t want to post the form off - is there a known problem?

  • ianmartin1000 Ian Martin (@ianmartin1000) reported

@PostOffice That’s what I looked at aswell but the guy behind the counter was shouting at people as they entered the shop saying they closed at 4pm, I’ll just send my parcels by UPS. Not good customer service and someone needs to update your opening hours, even if they changed for Xmas!

  • sickamps sickamps (@sickamps) reported

@PostOffice Well that's not really great advice if your employees don't know that!? You've not really addressed experience as a customer, moreover defending your compliance. Great service - thanks for not really helping.

  • xClairexCx Claire (@xClairexCx) reported

@PostOffice who do I complain to about the service at one of your counters and not sending an item correctly

  • BobbinsOToole Bobbins (@BobbinsOToole) reported

Snotty imbecile @PostOffice hangs up on me after being in the queue for over 30 minutes. Who the f##k are you employing? You don't attempt delivery or leave a card and that's my fault. Calls me a liar and then hands up on me for calling her rude?? Wtf

  • sickamps sickamps (@sickamps) reported

@PostOffice Yeah, you've really not understood the issue at all here, nor customer experience or any of what I've said. It's a bit pointless going forward.

  • Karishamgrover Karishma Grover (@Karishamgrover) reported from Chalfont Saint Peter, England

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

  • svpg_ydg SVPH (@svpg_ydg) reported

@PostOffice It’s very unprofessional. I am really disappointed with the service I have received and after a quick search it seems many others have encounter this issue. Thanks for raising it.

  • suegermaine63 Sue Germaine (@suegermaine63) reported

I have just received 5 Christmas Cards all first class and posted before the last day of posting first class. In fact 2 were posted on 14 December this is absolutely disgraceful service when you consider the cost of first class stamps @PostOffice @BorisJohnson.

  • RoyalMailHelp Royal Mail Help (@RoyalMailHelp) reported

@lauraemilyd I'm really sorry but, we're a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service in branch. >Mayah
