Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice @tooshyalex Hi Courtney. I understand you wanting to contact them about being rude to a customer, but it doesn't look like a crown branch, so surely it is up to the branch to offer refunds on retail items.

@PostOffice do you have a customer service number that isn’t a 3 hours wait time and counting? Website is useless also.

Hi @postoffice. 3 week delay in connecting us to the internet and counting. Keep being told it’s a network issue, but not what that is or when it will be resolved. Trying to work through 4G. No real answers from you. Please help.

@PostOffice Hi. Why are your branches so reluctant to sell International Economy (+not available on self service machines)? Got told today it doesn't exist and they sent my package by Standard. Not a huge extra amount of money but surely they should sell it if requested

I am disgusted by the customer service received by @PostOffice Telecoms when setting up new Broadband. Cancelling our order without notifying, resulting in a delay for when our Internet can go live. No prior correspondence in the form of post (ironically), email or phone.

Submit complaint to @PostOffice who use technology to suggest my complaint isn’t for them. It is. They apologies and expect you to submit the complaint again. A 400 word detailed complaint. The UK is fast becoming a leader in incompetence.

@PostOffice do you have alternative contact details? I keep trying to call 0345 600 3210 to cancel my broadband and you just drop the call. You have reverted my payments to a much higher price with no way to cancel it.

@PostOffice We’ve had regular contact every few days from someone who’s very nice but never says anything other than there’s a network issue. This has been going on for more than two weeks and nothing has changed, nor do we have any idea when things may be resolved.
