  @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice How can they assist me? When your assistants tell me they cant intervene when the parcel is in the network? How is a postmaster gonna help me?   @PostOffice I dropped an ASOS return off on 26th Nov. ASOS have had no confirmation that you have my parcel. You don't give receipts, but ASOS wont accept my photo of the parcel I was advised to take. Is my return lost? Can you help?
