    @EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

    @PostOffice 1 young girl left on her own to deal with customers at the busy Doncaster Frechgate Centre post office. She was not trained to deal with a number of issues, was told to come back either later or tomorrow when her manager is back. Poor girl, poor management.

    This is the last straw, I am sick of your poor service and I will be changing banks. I shouldn't have to take a day off to go to the bank in the week! The staff member told me to go to the @PostOffice, I did, and they do not offer that service there so I wasted more time!

    @PostOffice Had a poor service at your Elmswell branch today, waited in a long slow moving queue to be told by lady at counter she wasn't happy sending my parcel containing a perfume refill as it wasn't in original packaging despite me politely telling her it was. I explained 1/

    @PostOffice But are we talking another month to fix or longer? Is there any other way to do this or do I drive around with an expired license??! Surely you can understand frustrations given how long the PO have been saying its being fixed

    @PostOffice Got this email: “the Postmaster of the branch is responsible for the retail shop…it is operated as an independent business…contact the Postmaster of the shop and raise your enquiry directly to them…Unfortunately I am unable to help you further with this matter” What now?

    @PostOffice Whilst I wait for THE POST OFFICE to send my application for a new PASSPORT to the PASSPORT OFFICE they are holding onto MILLIONS OF £s of people's money they have paid them for this service, I tracked my application, it's not got there YET ANOTHER POOR SERVICE.
