    @MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

    @WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

    @PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I’ve been taking to an eBay seller who posted my item as addressed to Hatfield but tracking is saying destination Ireland and has now ended up in Langley... we believe the post office staff made a boo BOO as its listed international tracked HELP

    @Jakson_DJ_ @CrookesAnn @PostOffice Hi Jakson, Did the PO Clerk not advise you of the rate before you completed the transaction? We, in branches, ARE trustworthy. The different rates are dictated to us by First Rate & there’s nothing, other than advising the customer, that we in branch, can do about it.

    @GillPile @colin_arthurs @PostOffice Another expert. No they don’t, sub post offices don’t. The post master and the Delivery Officer told me thatThe envelopes have a big yellow sticker saying “Counterfeit no postage paid” if it was under paid it would be a surcharge. They said its major problem in the PO give it up

    One @PostOffice staff on counters at main Post office in Cheltenham, I'm trying to return my @Asos parcel and big queues once again, how do they get away with giving such poor service? I will be using another drop off company next time

    @naboobabe @PostOffice I’m sorry that you’ve gone over to online postage, we’d have loved your support in my PO. Completely get your point of view re not your problem, & I wish we weren’t having to beg customers to use the PO. We’re just trying to keep our PO’s going & online postage is killing us.😞
