So why was a package left at my property and not signed for? It wasn’t even addressed to me. I was out. To whom do I complain?

They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!
