@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

Chester_lee (@addictive_hero) reported from Chester, England
took parcel to @PostOffice within a @YourMcColls . “it’s not open today”. I reply the big sign in the window says your open 7days, yes she says but this small sign (inside hidden by chocolate bars at the till) says we have reduced hours, here’s a though, cover the 7 days 😡

Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England
@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁
-
Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England
@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

@PostOffice Just tried to drop a small parcel at a sub post office, they refused to accept it complaining they had too many already, but I could clearly see space in a sack. Who do I contact a bout this unacceptable service

@EquiShowing @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice So do post offices now use actual stamps for this service? Whenever I've posted anything without stamps at a PO they always print a "Stamp" themselves and it's that they stick to package.
-
Equestrian Showing Online (@EquiShowing) reported
@LilywhiteSimon @RoyalMailHelp I don't put the stamps on! I use the @PostOffice Drop & Go service. I just tell them to send as 2nd class large letter.

@harbroeuk @PostOffice Swapping notes is not a service, nor does it generate any income. Deposits and withdrawals are not costimg admin, they are generating revenue which (hopefully) will keep your branch open

Ecky Thump (@EckyThump44) reported
Went to the St Epoch’s @PostOffice today to photo Copy my CVI I’m registered blind and asked if the guy behind the counter knew how to work it got told nah not a clue it’s self service so I struggled 10 min he then walked up you managed I had not the first complaint about them

Jay (@desiboi) reported
@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice to be honest Kate.i never exchange notes for anything unless it's deposited and then withdrawn as cash. Swapping notes is aiding fraudulent activity which is something I can't support. It's too risky.

Equestrian Showing Online (@EquiShowing) reported
@crankykez @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Certainly how it feels. Some customers have no issues at all. Some get an issue one month and not another. It's so inconsistent
