@WhichUK #RefundPassengers tried to cancel my @PostOffice multi trip policy with 6 months to run as no way to travel. They pointedly refused any rebate. I've raised formal complaint but whatever happens I'm never going to use @PostOffice again.

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@MartinSLewis hi Martin, keep up the great work 👏👏👏 I've just tried to cancel annual multi trip cover as obviously cannot use it for several months. @PostOffice just told me they won't give refund. Unbelievable. So I've made formal complaint but think it's a disgrace 😠😠😠

  • Eevee_Queen Faith - Balthamos (@Eevee_Queen) reported from Seaforth, England

@EmmaJessonTV @PostOffice @RoyalMail My complaint and sorry letter took about 3 months total to get done as they had to wait 21 days for it to be classed as item not received and then it's own investigation.

  • leecarter95 Lee Carter (@leecarter95) reported from Garston, England

@PostOffice Hahaha, asking customers if their own branches are open. Find out yourself and work for your money. **** off Ryan👍🏻

Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

  • rosail Derek Gallagher (@rosail) reported from Chester, England

@PostOffice thanks for rejecting my request to terminate my multi trip annual travel insurance and a partial refund. You've guaranteed I'll never use your insurance ever again! Ombudsman here I come 😁

@Wild_Muppet @PostOffice Individual branches can refuse service to anyone they like at any time. Complaining won't change that. Post Office won't be able to explain. Ask the staff at the branch you attended.

@lltbr123 @PostOffice This has nothing to do with Post Office. They sell stamps on behalf of Royal Mail. Your problem is with the shop you bought from but yes shops can inflate the cost of stamps or even sell them for less than RM charge.

@PostOffice can you explain why we were refused service because it was after 3pm but you were open and we were the only ones waiting? Do you stop certain services after certain time of of the day??

  • jgsurita JG (@jgsurita) reported

@jakubhajost @RBrzoska @PostOffice I like the company and the idea they had. The only problem is that ecommerce companies with capital and scale (such as Allegro) are capable of replicating it and better integrate with their own network. It doesn't mean they can't coexist, but means growth and margin restriction.
