    @PostOffice They said they've never done it, don't know how to do it and have never heard of it! They found the service on their system and told me what my card balance was but still refused to help me. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice @BritTravAwrds Well, you wonโ€™t be winning any awards for customer service in my community - itโ€™s absolutely abysmal and atrocious that we have NO local post office. We have to walk or drive for miles to buy a stamp! And you wonder why people are abandoning your services in their droves? ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฏ
