@PostOffice Thank you Stephen. Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

If you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.

  • ITtimmins Isaac Timmins (@ITtimmins) reported from Warrington, England

@PostOffice Thanks. I understand it's hard times but 3-11 are a very large gap even of you got someone till 7pm that would still have evening service.

@HRHDaniela @PostOffice She’s OK, not right, I can see something wrong. I need to get her home & a check over. I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

  • AngelaMcKavana1 cloudbusting (@AngelaMcKavana1) reported from Walkden, England

  • Matthew55173789 Matthew Hanlon (@Matthew55173789) reported

  • ManosKountouris Μάνος Κουντούρης (@ManosKountouris) reported

@PostOffice in what criteria you give licenses ? The isleworth branch they work way less@than what their opening times suggest . How can I raise a complaint ? Ridiculous customer service

  • ManosKountouris Μάνος Κουντούρης (@ManosKountouris) reported

@PostOffice Part 2: they told her there was no way they could serve her as they always close off five minutes early because they have so much to tidy up/sort out. Surely then the closing time should be 1.25? They were very rude and she proceeded to get another bus to another post office :(
