Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

That the PO used this to drive an extortion scheme extending to the imprisonment of the innocent beggars belief.

Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
