@PostOffice I have been in bury post office 5 times to try and send off for my cctv badge and every time I have been in they have said it’s down the system I am not happy about this as I need to send off for it thanks

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, just spoke to my sister and she hasn’t used Social media. I have raised this issue with BT and @OpenreachHelp contacted me. So perhaps it came from them. Thanks for getting back to me

@LizardLady11 @PostOffice @PostOffice Click and Drop is a Royal Mail Service and not a Post Office Service. You are in fact hurting the post office branch by doing the online postage. It's better to have it processed in branch or using the Drop and Go account that is a Post Offics product so helps.

@PostOffice @HigherDesireUK @HigherDesireUK my advice would be to stop using Click and Drop and use the branch and let them process the mail and stay open. Click and Drop is a Royal Mail service and most are PPI so need a sales order so only the sorting office can process it and nothing to do with PO.

@PostOffice I waited for 37 mins and ended up using self service. You can’t offer this poor level of service at this time of year. It’s unacceptable. There were lots of old infirm people in the queue.

@desiboi @PostOffice I hadn’t thought about it that way... but I can support the PO by buying my stamps there in advance. When I queue to post a letter I think i’m just adding to that member of staff’s workload.
