In the present situation this should be online . I have never experienced such terrible unsympathetic customer service . I am not taking my lovely Mums will to show it to a stranger

My Mum died from COVID we changed the account to her 90 year old partner , you have foisted Broadband on him . No help from you ,say we can’t cancel Terrible service to a vulnerable person in a pandemic . Very sad!

RM don’t see direct revenue from us so not prepared to help. Sad state of affairs. Perhaps UK Mail will be better???

To contact them it says I shd ring them 'the same way I do now' (I don't) but has no phone number. Or email. Twitter then.. & then @ICOnews
