    @postoffice customer care should be called customers we don’t care , insisting a 90 year old man goes out to post back a router that he doesn’t want . Well done !

    @PostOffice really disappointed at your lack of customer care . My Mum died from COVID we changed the account to her 90 year old partner , you have foisted Broadband on him . No help from you ,say we can’t cancel Terrible service to a vulnerable person in a pandemic . Very sad!

    Bloody @PostOffice, once again can't find my parcel after going to collect it. Excuse is oh, must be a different postie on a Sat who doesn't know what to do with undelivered parcels. That's a lot of help, cheers. #shambles

    @PostOffice Yes now a letter saying to get refund from Mums bill to take documents to the post office . In the present situation this should be online . I have never experienced such terrible unsympathetic customer service . I am not taking my lovely Mums will to show it to a stranger

    @PostOffice I have been in bury post office 5 times to try and send off for my cctv badge and every time I have been in they have said it’s down the system I am not happy about this as I need to send off for it thanks

    A large letter item I sent a couple of weeks ago hasn’t arrived. It had a phone number on it to call if any issues but nothing. It’s sent 2nd class Mail. Anything I can do to find out it’s status? @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail @PostOffice #royalmail

    @mptickner @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp When an item is accepted for posting at a Post Office, the item is accepted as an agent on behalf of Royal Mail. There is no contract between you and Post Office Ltd. What service did you use? Signed For? That's not tracked anyway.

    @PostOffice is your website & phone 'help' service still on strike? Can't search for digital passport locations - search bar doesn't recognise UK postcodes & the helpline number listed is wrong. Phoning the alt number doesn't give me the options I need.

    @IndiaPostOffice @PostOffice There is your delivery services is very bad. My passport coming from passport office. I have not received single call from your post office and nobody coming in my house. And I have checked status of delivery it shows item on hold door locked.why?

    €1.03:£1.00 in the #PostOffice, have I been had or is this how far its gone down the crapper. It's €1.14 on the money markets, that 10% commission which I think is a bit steep. Where should I have gone?

    @PostOffice account creation after buying travel insurance. I think you will find this is a company wide policy and one that should not be encouraged. That is to say do not prevent people copy pasting passwords and force them to type them. V bad times.

    @PostOffice I've followed you so you can message but I've had to cancel the card as there is no way to check according to your help line! Where I was met with an incredibly rude member of staff!
