My Mum died from COVID we changed the account to her 90 year old partner , you have foisted Broadband on him . No help from you ,say we can’t cancel Terrible service to a vulnerable person in a pandemic . Very sad!

In the present situation this should be online . I have never experienced such terrible unsympathetic customer service . I am not taking my lovely Mums will to show it to a stranger
