@PostOffice I have been in bury post office 5 times to try and send off for my cctv badge and every time I have been in they have said it’s down the system I am not happy about this as I need to send off for it thanks

@PostOffice Hmm... delivery office where I used to live didn't ask for tracking number, just address & ID was enough. Appreciate being a small village office, not a large town centre one has a bearing on that, though. Even if I've only moved a mile further down the valley. Thanks anyway

@PostOffice how can you have just 2 staff at the Hounslow branch. It's a main post office. The poor staff are doing a stirling job to keep everything moving but not great with the wait. Not exactly #wecanhelpwiththat

No use saying I can go to the @PostOffice as the branch in my town closed down earlier this year as well. I have a car & this is inconvenient for me as it is. Never mind the elderly, the vulnerable, or the visually impaired, who may find it much harder to get to this other branch

@PostOffice v disappointed by lack of service parcel left at Cirencester post office inside WHSmith Thurs aft - parcelforce can see it’s signed for. I took time collect but they told me not got it call from parcelforce say it’s now scanned in there, 24 hrs after late #royalmail

@rob3047 @PostOffice @firstdirect This doesn’t help you Rob but I stopped taking cash and cheques in 2019. Under £1000 the cheque can be paid in via the app but is still a PITA. It’s card or BACs now and I only pay out in the same way.

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Either way, what it shows is that their new stamp system really doesn't work for 'consumers'. If people/retailers can buy/sell stamps in good faith (that are counterfeit), their whole system is going to fail.

@ADTherapyCoach @PostOffice Silly question, but do you call the customer helpline regularly to kick up a fuss? It seems more than a coincidence that these were delivered with a few days after calling virtually every day last week
