@PostOffice I have been in bury post office 5 times to try and send off for my cctv badge and every time I have been in they have said it’s down the system I am not happy about this as I need to send off for it thanks

@PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks

@PostOffice really disappointed at your lack of customer care . My Mum died from COVID we changed the account to her 90 year old partner , you have foisted Broadband on him . No help from you ,say we can’t cancel Terrible service to a vulnerable person in a pandemic . Very sad!

@PostOffice Not for much longer at ours in Heywood. It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thousands signed a petition but all of the services you are promoting here will be denied to people of Heywood. Disgraceful @PostOffice

@PostOffice 30 minutes on Saturday - didn’t get anywhere near the front , so had to leave as I had to be elsewhere. 40 minutes today - the two poor staff there are overwhelmed- you need at least 4 on during peak times , as nobody could even help the people who were trying to self serve

@Keir_Starmer Well today our Postie rammed an empty torn envelope through my door - the 6 art cards I ordered (a gift for a friend) were missing from it - it was ripped open down 2 sides. No word, no apology - just rammed through the door. An empty envelope. What great service. @PostOffice

@PostOffice It is what it is. I was in the queue for about 1315 and eventually walked out at 1430. I appreciate you have targets for self service but surely if there are people who need a cashier it would make sense to see to them too?

@PostOffice @RoyalMail I paid for 2x special delivery on Saturday one to be posted & another as a pre-paid to go inside the first. I was given payment receipts & tracking for one but not tracking for another-I did ask at the time & was told it’s on receipt but it’s not. Pls help
