    @PostOffice Yes now a letter saying to get refund from Mums bill to take documents to the post office . In the present situation this should be online . I have never experienced such terrible unsympathetic customer service . I am not taking my lovely Mums will to show it to a stranger

    ******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

    Dear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

    So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?

    @PostOffice really disappointed at your lack of customer care . My Mum died from COVID we changed the account to her 90 year old partner , you have foisted Broadband on him . No help from you ,say we can’t cancel Terrible service to a vulnerable person in a pandemic . Very sad!

    @PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

    @PostOffice Mine took 5 days for a next day by 1pm service and are refusing to refund me not only did the @PostOffice refuse to refund for services not carried out sold to me but told me it’s my own fault they fraudulently sold me the service knowing they couldn’t deliver

    @PostOffice hello, another poor service from your Blyth branch. Closed at 3pm, all outside posters stated 5pm. I was told that I was "lucky" they were open since it was a quiet day. Turned away an elderly couple needing pension money for Christmas. A bad upholding of your values.

    @PostOffice Hi there. I send a special delivery parcel on the 7th December for an @Etsy customer. It’s not arrived yet. Can someone please help as I’m sure it will arrive but my customer wants a refund even though it’s in transit. These strikes though necessary are killing small businesses.

    @PostOffice I'd have done the same only the 'system' at my local P.O. was down and the shop side only had 5 first class stamps behind the till so locals got them hand delivered. At 95p each, doubt I'll bother posting any next year. Merry Xmas.

    @101Humbug The people who bought the #PostOffice want to close the service down.Or have been paid to do so. Deal is the buyers want the sorting office central location #LandSites for high rise apartment blocks for international investors.Not us!? #Royals should have stipulated point of sale
