    @PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

    ******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

    Been on to the @PostOffice this morning and in a 5 minute conversation renewed my broadband for another 12 months, same package and for £2 less per month. And, they never tried to sell me anything else....... take note #skybroadband

    @PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

    @PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

    @PostOffice really disappointed at your lack of customer care . My Mum died from COVID we changed the account to her 90 year old partner , you have foisted Broadband on him . No help from you ,say we can’t cancel Terrible service to a vulnerable person in a pandemic . Very sad!

    @PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks

    Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

    Working process of post offices is getting worst day by day. After 5 days, today my parcel was out for delivery but postmaster didn't come. They don't provide any contact number of postmaster so that we should contact him. I have to submit my documents by tomorrow. @PostOffice

    @timbo_clarke @PostOffice You need to find a delivery office. Royal Mail and the Post Office are different companies. I suspect that the PO hasn't been paid for the service, so they don't accept it.

    @FinlowIan @PostOffice Moneygram set the fee , not Post Office. Postal Orders, well even I agree the fee is a bit OTT but unless a customer wants to write a cheque out or get one from the bank they don’t have much choice.

    ANC: Hey look at that private system, it's working, making money...would be a shame if we were claim it as a government function and ban competition so that everyone has to have a **** time. Only the #postoffice is qualified to deliver mail under 1kg. Hell of a qualification.

    @PostOffice it’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t just pick up a phone, dial & speak to the local branch. None of the options I want are on the awful automated system. It’s so simple to have a person pick up a phone & they answer the query you have!!! No customer service 😡🙄

    @PostOffice Yes 2 days on and still not able to upload a simple csv. Again tried across 4 browser this time (one being a completely new install of firefox - so can't blame cookies for that). Such a shoddy service.

    @PostOffice @PMO_NaMo 3 times go for opening saving account after 1:00 pm no work is happen... I am professor and always they called come at morning how I can go morning after disturbing my student lecture.. No service is happen without going 3 to 5 times at the post office...

    @siany_d @PostieMcPost @PostOffice To be honest, the guy behind the counter printed similar sized paper off for both. Both will be redeemed by electronic transfer. Can’t see it being worth a tenner. I like the idea of the post office, but hate it every time I have to engage with it. It’s poor.
