******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

Dear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

@PostOffice Yes now a letter saying to get refund from Mums bill to take documents to the post office . In the present situation this should be online . I have never experienced such terrible unsympathetic customer service . I am not taking my lovely Mums will to show it to a stranger

@PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

@PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks

@FIROfficial Hi, I got my package from the postoffice today. I ordered on feb. 27th 2 digital tickets (one for each show in April) plus a hoodie. The hoodie arrived, but no tickets inside the package. It was still firmly closed, so I guess the tickets were never inside. Pleas help me

Imagine doing everything correctly & above board, & computer says no, then you find yourself in court followed by incarceration & loss of everything you've ever worked for......all due to faulty IT.

Totally forgot how annoying @HSBC_UK are at the moment. Branches only open Mon-Fri 10-4. Just wondering how people like me as a full time key worker in the week are supposed to go to the bank?? Machines don't offer full service. Good job @PostOffice is open & helpful!!

Very poor services by @IndiaPostOffice in Punjab's Moga district. Postman didn't deliver the post which contains urgent medicines and when i visited postoffice they denied to give at 1530hrs and asked to come on monday. Thats why #Privatization is need of the hour. @
