Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thousands signed a petition but all of the services you are promoting here will be denied to people of Heywood. Disgraceful @PostOffice

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

Or, could you print a label, not stick it to the package, hand it in? Then again, it sounds like a QR reader OUTSIDE the glass -
