@PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay It doesn't help when my local Woodley office keeps closing for deliveries at random times during the day. I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp According to Royal Mail they never had them.

@PostOffice Please stop ramming the gay agenda down everyone’s throats, it’s so boring. Stick to sorting the post out, Cheers

  • caoimherosaleen Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@PostOffice Hi. I raised a complaint and haven’t heard anything back. I had a computer part go missing recently and Now a second computer part has gone missing from the same post office. I’ve posted lots of none computer stuff there and none of that has gone missing...

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

  • Dave___Allen Dave Allen (@Dave___Allen) reported from Salford, England

Been on to the @PostOffice this morning and in a 5 minute conversation renewed my broadband for another 12 months, same package and for £2 less per month. And, they never tried to sell me anything else....... take note #skybroadband

  • kirsty2402 Kirsty (@kirsty2402) reported from Oldham, England

@jajayourlife why would @PostOffice close their money app before yours is set up and working? Service not looking great so far.

  • murphwa Tracey (@murphwa) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

  • sxmmieftw sammie (@sxmmieftw) reported from Manchester, England

Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

  • samantha_nev Samantha Neville (@samantha_nev) reported from Bury, England

I'm starting to wonder if theres a support group needed for social media teams that have to deal with working in such toxic spaces every day. Probably sponsored by @YorkshireTea. Seriously though, please be kind. Stay strong @PostOffice Courtney! We got u 🤜🤛

  • IanShuttlewort4 Ian Shuttleworth (@IanShuttlewort4) reported from Stockport, England

@SusanACreed @PostOffice The Post Office provides the counter service , Royal Mail the delivery service. They are two separate businesses so with regards to your pricing issue you are targeting the wrong business

  • AngelaMcKavana1 cloudbusting (@AngelaMcKavana1) reported from Walkden, England

@PostOffice Glad we agree on something! Honestly if you keep appeasing the ppl who throw gays off buildings then you must support it! Pick a side!

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

  • davelugs David Lugsden (@davelugs) reported from Macclesfield, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice for two companies that are supposed to be working in conjunction with one another, your communication appears none existent, yet the service that you provide is even worse. 1)

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

And also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

  • davelugs David Lugsden (@davelugs) reported from Macclesfield, England

I purchased the @RoyalMail Tracked 24 postage last night to deliver a letter today. The instructions said to drop it off at a customer service point, at a local @postoffice... except they don't accept Tracked 24 letters 2)

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

If you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.

  • helenstho Helen Bells 💙 (@helenstho) reported

@CooperativeBank You've closed my local branch, now @PostOffice in Fletton, Peterborough are refusing to send my cheques to you without a paying in slip which I don't have leaving me with no money. Help

  • brambles_garden J A Brigginshaw (@brambles_garden) reported

@PostOffice This is not the first time with this branch. The staff are so rude and there is always a problem and you can’t achieve simple tasks! I just understand the point of the post office if you can’t post, get money out etc. Kind of the point!

  • North_Ayo Tobi (@North_Ayo) reported

@PostOffice As already mentioned in the tweet I made, THE COMPLAINTS FORMS AND EMAILS DO NOT WORK. Can you please sort this out, as I am going to lose money from this illegal refusal of service very soon. What will you do to ensure I can complete my transaction?

  • MarkOConnor197 Mark O’Connor (@MarkOConnor197) reported

If you are posting a parcel from 29 county road @PostOffice make sure you know the prices. Cos they give you what you never asked for and over charge you. @PostOfficeNews #Liverpool

  • DeborahMattocks Deborah Mattocks (@DeborahMattocks) reported

@PostOffice 3 different reasons. 1st said they didn’t do it. 2nd said the machine was broken and 3rd said they couldn’t do it because it was an email rather than a letter.

  • GayatriiM Gee (@GayatriiM) reported

@gigglypundit +1 . Take their help in manual banking or postoffice work. Or minor repairs. Or as simple as getting dryclean, minor alterations. Makes them happy being needed.

  • rennie_le_smurf Ren (@rennie_le_smurf) reported

@RoyalMail The stamp swap out service. Howe do we prove anything was sent should it go missing? I tried to get at least get a certificate of posting as proof at least something was sent, but the @PostOffice can't do that without a valid postcode.

  • Chappers82 Fukyo (@Chappers82) reported

@PostOffice Thank you. It’s the last time I’ll be going there. Closes at 1pm for an hour but people are refused service around 20 mins beforehand. There was hardly a queue of customers and it wouldn’t have taken 20 mins to serve the elderly lady her pension.

  • RRMedics Rapid Response Medic (@RRMedics) reported

@PostOffice Can u tell me y did Gordon Road Ilford branch decline to take payment in Guernsey issues UK GBP currency? The cashier also accused me of trying to use a "fake" note. Is there a policy stopping branches to accept @UKGovScotland or @Govgg issued notes
