Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

When you check online with Royal Mail It will only ever tell you 2 things, when the PO accepted your parcel and when the customer signs for it. If you wanted tracking the only service that Royal Mail offer is Special deliver. Hope this helps.

I asked about it and customer service basically told me that I have to pay again or say goodbye to my package. 🙃🙃🙃
