@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay It doesn't help when my local Woodley office keeps closing for deliveries at random times during the day. I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

Thanks @RoyalMail @PostOffice for forgetting and losing my envelope while addressing it to the Student Finance PO Box 🙃 It took yous a month just to realize that and reply back. An apology won't resolve the issue. P.S: My birth-certificate was in that envelope! 👏🏿👏🏿

@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

I purchased the @RoyalMail Tracked 24 postage last night to deliver a letter today. The instructions said to drop it off at a customer service point, at a local @postoffice... except they don't accept Tracked 24 letters 2)

@PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

@Mphillips_LDFC @PostOffice I would accept that if the garage was closed too as the staff run both facilities. This is the post office that is closed and many in our village rely on the service. Everyone deserves time off 100% however the post office is part if the garage not separate - doesn't make sense

So @PostOffice has left my elderly father without a phone line for over a month...said twice it's been fixed and twice it has not. Just had rude woman repeat over again a written passage off her screen instead of answering questions.
