    ******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

    @PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

    @PostOffice Hi. I raised a complaint and haven’t heard anything back. I had a computer part go missing recently and Now a second computer part has gone missing from the same post office. I’ve posted lots of none computer stuff there and none of that has gone missing...

    @PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

    @PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

    @PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks

    Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

    @SusanACreed @PostOffice The Post Office provides the counter service , Royal Mail the delivery service. They are two separate businesses so with regards to your pricing issue you are targeting the wrong business

    @PostOffice So your customers just have to sit hours on hold waiting for your team to pick up all the while paying for this call and for your service (which they aren’t getting)? She can’t use her landline. She can’t get internet to look things up. She’s using her pay as you go mobile.

    Have now reported the missing phones to the police to get a crime number to force @PostOffice & @RoyalMail to take action as they basically wouldn’t help me any further & just shut me down. @SkyUK are at least trying to help now & advised me to do this.

    @matt03258906 @PostOffice You can send a letter to "FREEPOST Post Office Customer Care", but it is the same team who would respond anyway. Once again, contacting PO Ltd doesn't affect the queues at a branch as the vast majority are separate businesses whose staff are employed by them, not POL.

    @PostOffice You are a part of that service process but you never look to improve the endless common themed complaints. Ffs, it might be royal mail's ultimate responsibility but surely the sheer volume of times you tell people to call RM should say it happens so often, you need to address it

    @PostOffice I just spent 40 minutes driving to and from a post office after checking your branch finder only to find it doesn’t offer the service I need and which you listed. A complete waste of time. Getting your website right is the minimum you need to do to be taken seriously.

    @NewPOGuy @PostOffice Keep post offices open and staffed then they may aswell close down now and save people the pain and misery of stepping in one ( that’s if you can find one still open) not sure what your role is and why you defend them but you must be deluded ( or have shares)
