I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

sammie (@sxmmieftw) reported from Manchester, EnglandNever go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

I had a computer part go missing recently and Now a second computer part has gone missing from the same post office. I’ve posted lots of none computer stuff there and none of that has gone missing...

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thousands signed a petition but all of the services you are promoting here will be denied to people of Heywood. Disgraceful @PostOffice

The staffing in a Post Office inside a WH Smith, or a Spar, or a CoOp, or a Tesco etc are all employed by the host, not by Post Office Ltd. The trouble is it takes a lot of training and as WHS are finding, doesn’t generate much income!
