I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.
