Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

-
kaleniUK (@NodstahNash) reported@TamesideCorr Improve? If it's anything like ours on Ashton under Lyne the service will get worse? The @PostOffice just cut serving people, tills to serve, self service machines always switched off and prices continue to rise Good old British Companies
-
Cowardly Lion (@Cat_onabike) reported@JamesAsser @PostOffice I asked to use the self-service equipment to send a parcel. The team leader said 'No, the manager says we don't allow that.' Why not? 'None of your business. I don't have to tell you. I don't work for the Post Office.' Can I speak to the manager? 'He doesn't work here.' /2
-
Kelly (@Tiger73Quinn) reported@PostOffice The Port Talbot Post office was open, my in-law were there in business hours & it was empty apart from 4 counter staff chatting told each. Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
-
Darren Sharp (@darrensharp73) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Is this because Royal Mail wants cut out the post office completely, they are already converting post boxes to accept parcels with qr code readers, by passing the post office selling likely removes a large part of their commission and only pay a small handling fee
-
peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@Chris44gUK @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice You're wrong. Royal Mail set the prices at the Post Office Counter. The Post Office only gwt paid a tiny % of that.
-
andy carson (@andy_carson101) reported@mrs_harket @RoyalMail @PostOffice agreed! Evri havent let me down on a delivery even before they changed name to it...

maxx (@maxxbayo) reported@SparkMinus When you make a sale online, a shipping label is provided, you just need to package it yourself and have your postal service either pick it up from your house or drop it off at the postoffice. Both are free
