I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

Initially I thought her comment was a cry for help and she was being forced to work for no pay after being smuggled into the country. After that, the other one (who never said a word to me or even look at me) did it in about 3 minutes flat.

The wrong reference number was on the receipt he was issued with from yourselves , which has now led to the fine being double the amount as Manchester City council have no record of the amount being paid. Help!
