Jenny Dean (@bluesnidget) reported from Bredbury, England@PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay It doesn't help when my local Woodley office keeps closing for deliveries at random times during the day. I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.
-
Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?
-
Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, EnglandAnd also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS
-
Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp According to Royal Mail they never had them.

-
sammie (@sxmmieftw) reported from Manchester, EnglandNever go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!
-
Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, EnglandIf you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.
-
Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England@PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks
-
Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!
-
Kirsty (@kirsty2402) reported from Oldham, England@jajayourlife why would @PostOffice close their money app before yours is set up and working? Service not looking great so far.
-
Simon Manning (@SiManM20) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice No. Shutters all down unfortunately.
-
cloudbusting (@AngelaMcKavana1) reported from Walkden, England@PostOffice Glad we agree on something! Honestly if you keep appeasing the ppl who throw gays off buildings then you must support it! Pick a side!

peoplearestupid77 (@pplrstupid977) reported@HeatherWothers1 @PostOffice Post Office can't help you with finding out where a parcel is. That is Royal Mails responsibility. Post Offoce and Royal Mail are separate companies and have been for years
-
Helen Healy (@hheals) reportedThe Post Office branches in the UK now seen to be fully franchised. The Mount Pleasant branch on Farringdon Road was run very well by loyal staff for many years. It’s now run v badly, it’s filthy and the main door has been broken for months @PostOffice they simply don’t care
-
MJ 📸 (@MJ_SWANS) reported@RoyalMail how can you manage to lose a securely packaged parcel when it's handed into the @PostOffice? Clearly theft. It's a Vinted parcel going 10 miles down the road. So the barriers I have to jump through as I don't have the recipient's address... Joke.
-
. (@_apexwolf5) reported@ashton38m @PostOffice I pick up cash from my local Post Office every Tuesday for my business. There's always a problem. This week (as is often the case) they had no fivers. They constantly close before posted hours. The guy in there is always on his phone (on speaker) and never looks up once.
-
Heather Wotherspoon (@HeatherWothers1) reported@PostOffice Ridiculous service! Have been everywhere trying to get updates and been no help at all. They don’t actually WANT to help

-
Dave (@Yellowbug1969) reported@Onyersix @PostOffice Postage costs an absolute fortune and the service is abysmal at times. The only upside is it’s still better than the alternatives who are more likely to leave your stuff at an address in a different post code.
-
Saurabh Anand (@saurabhanand03) reported@IndiaPostOffice Earlier also I had complained. Bahadurpally P.O is not at all working within timelines and rules. Postman never come to deliver parcel. Postoffice is closed randomly. Need a strict action against this
