I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

If we went on strike we were violating our contract, losing money as we are paid commission on transactions & losing customers who may never return, resulting in a larger paycut

Serge Kotri (@KotriSe) reported@PostOffice I went to 3 post offices in London (Gloucester rd, Raphael street, Earls Court) that were supposed to do DVLA photocard renewal service. None of them did it, most claiming the system does not work. Could you tell me one office that still does it in RBKC and Hammersmith?
