  • bluesnidget Jenny Dean (@bluesnidget) reported from Bredbury, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay It doesn't help when my local Woodley office keeps closing for deliveries at random times during the day. I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

  • caoimherosaleen Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

  • sxmmieftw sammie (@sxmmieftw) reported from Manchester, England

Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

  • samantha_nev Samantha Neville (@samantha_nev) reported from Bury, England

I'm starting to wonder if theres a support group needed for social media teams that have to deal with working in such toxic spaces every day. Probably sponsored by @YorkshireTea. Seriously though, please be kind. Stay strong @PostOffice Courtney! We got u 🤜🤛

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@PostOffice broadband. No DSL no internet for nearly 24hours. This is a common occurrence for the past 2 years. Please help

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

If you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.

  • shenstock2005 Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

And also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

  • Dave___Allen Dave Allen (@Dave___Allen) reported from Salford, England

Been on to the @PostOffice this morning and in a 5 minute conversation renewed my broadband for another 12 months, same package and for £2 less per month. And, they never tried to sell me anything else....... take note #skybroadband

  • IanShuttlewort4 Ian Shuttleworth (@IanShuttlewort4) reported from Stockport, England

@SusanACreed @PostOffice The Post Office provides the counter service , Royal Mail the delivery service. They are two separate businesses so with regards to your pricing issue you are targeting the wrong business

  • murphwa Tracey (@murphwa) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

  • SiManM20 Simon Manning (@SiManM20) reported from Manchester, England

Post Office Issues Reports

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported

@AdamCC92 @PostOffice Whats being looked into @PostOffice ? So the customer doesnt like a persons choice of clothing?? Hardly cause for investigation!

  • gandybjs loadsa (@gandybjs) reported

@AdamCC92 @PostOffice Imagine you being refused service based on what you wore, would you like that? You're just judgy

  • Onoso Rita (@Onoso) reported

@RoyalMail what service are you providing to working people if your opening times are 9am and 9.30am closing at 5pm? It is really a disservice to the community that you are operating like this in Golders Green and Belsize park what a shame. @PostOffice

  • Lee_FGR Lee Pitts (@Lee_FGR) reported

@ClaireEWebb @PostOffice I had the same issue!!! "Save our cash" yet the postoffice don't want to deal with it, bit hypocritical!

  • Andy_T_ Andy T (@Andy_T_) reported

    @NewPOGuy @RoyalMailHelp @parcelforce Ps, Ryan's crap at customer service #postoffice

  • Augusti76310381 Augustine Hawkins (@Augusti76310381) reported

@PostOffice I'm suggesting it's been forgotten and this is my experience, so far all i've heard is that it's being dealt with, this is a very poor response and typical that i as the victim am being turned into the nuisance for daring to question your process.

  • Andy_T_ Andy T (@Andy_T_) reported

What's the point of paying for a next day service when you fail to deliver next day ? @PostOffice

  • las2950 CoraBlimey #TheyLie (@las2950) reported

@PostOffice Not many campaigns from private companies I support but this is certainly one of them. If we're all now apparently 'free' I'm going back to cash as much as possible. They'll happily remove it like everything else that enables freedoms.

  • goodpsych72 Claire 💙 (@goodpsych72) reported

@PostOffice My parents in their 80's are paying £30 a month for a rubbish WiFi service that does not work &you want to charge £11 a month if they leave their contract. They could have fibre from other providers for about £6 less...and the WiFi would work!

  • sodiumlights Sodium (@sodiumlights) reported

@PostOffice Nonsense. I've never heard of a tool hire place that doesn't want a card or an account to hire, neither of which want cash. There are great reasons to keep cash. This isn't one of them. Arguing we need to 'save' cash when you don't support it yourselves is cynical hypocrisy.
