Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant
