Possible the worst @PostOffice I’ve ever experienced & what a surprise @Tesco owns the franchise!Horrible person called ‘Monique’ on the counter.Usually #postoffice staff are excellent! Don’t use this @wilmslowonline branch : #tesco please sort this awful jobsworth branch out.

@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

@PostOffice my mother is 87 her post office phone line has not worked since Tuesday. Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: School offices across the UK have tens of thousands of pounds worth of stamps squirrelled away in drawers. From 1st February, stamps without barcodes cannot be used. You should use your old stamps now or trade them at @PostOffice

@AlihussainST There is a lot of miss-selling by @RoyalMail @PostOffice - they never quote you the right price eg: if you want it signed for & ask for that they will sell you the price for ‘special delivery £5.10 tracked and signed for’ where as the one you asked is just signed for & cost £1.90

@V1admr @PostOffice The SSKs can only be running if you have a staff member to be out there manning it. One counter open and SSK opens or 2 manned counters. Called damned if you do or damned if you dont. If you've never worked in a PO you won't understand!!! 😞

My advice is to never sign up to @ShellEnergyHome. I had no choice as they took over my postoffice broadband. I have lost days of work because of them. Please do your research, because if you hit problems, they will not respond...

@patienceisavi12 @PostOffice Read the above posts, one of them was sitting in the glass Financial Services Office playing on the phone. Sure I can blame those running the business too, yes they need more staff, but there is no reason for all self service machines to be off.
