@PostOffice I have been in bury post office 5 times to try and send off for my cctv badge and every time I have been in they have said it’s down the system I am not happy about this as I need to send off for it thanks

@PostOffice Every call told I’d an advisor looking after us, would call back within the hour. I’ve a £200 phone bill from chasing, crying down the phone. Heel dragging, missing forms to get access to medical records, then told “doctors closed sadly wait until Monday (the day of the flight)

@HRHDaniela @PostOffice She’s OK, not right, I can see something wrong. I need to get her home & a check over. I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

Been on to the @PostOffice this morning and in a 5 minute conversation renewed my broadband for another 12 months, same package and for £2 less per month. And, they never tried to sell me anything else....... take note #skybroadband

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen. Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

@PostOffice Not for much longer at ours in Heywood. It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thousands signed a petition but all of the services you are promoting here will be denied to people of Heywood. Disgraceful @PostOffice

In tears in Coop bc this @RoyalMail new @PostOffice woman B76 was so horrible to me. I've just complained online. She kept getting things wrong & snapping & talking down to me! She made no eye contact or conversation! Awful #CustomerService I don't usually 😪 but not well atm!😞

@wmtucker @PostOffice What’s going on there & at many many PO’s is that Post Office Ltd aren’t paying us enough for us to be able to afford to staff our PO’s; more than one member of staff & it’s costing either our retail side or us personally. An awful Catch 22 situation.

In my small town they Closed Kiwibank/PostOffice replaced it with an Agent via PaperPlus - then they closed the Kiwibank Agent down. Now Kiwibank ATM's stopped taking cash deposits at ATMs. Seems like Kiwibank is a WEF/Agenda 2030 Shill - happy to destroy crucial infrustructure

But isn't it sounding a bit odd that it was just the Post Office in Spring Gardens,Manchester taking from me all the letters which finally were never delivered to the address abroad? Certainly, I don't know the relations between these two companies.
