They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!
