Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, EnglandAnd also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?
-
db (@dbrereton) reported from Rochdale, EnglandDear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?
-
Anthony Ducker (@aducker05) reported from Salford, England@HRHDaniela @PostOffice She’s OK, not right, I can see something wrong. I need to get her home & a check over. I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X
-
Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!
-

-
Anthony Ducker (@aducker05) reported from Salford, England@PostOffice Thank you Stephen. Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock. The day I lost my phone carrier signal we were lost & alone.

Arun Singh (@ArunSAhluwalia) reported@EdwardJDavey Oh do **** Off. You drove postoffice subpostmasters to their death. You should be in jail.
-
Rupert Pitt 🇬🇧 (@RupertPitt1) reportedRead Artur Nadolny.👇 More Post Office incompetence.. “Castleton is now suing the @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk for up to 8 million pounds, arguing the original 2007 judgment against him was obtained by fraud. In May 2026 the Court of Appeal ruled his case should be heard as one trial instead of being split into pieces designed to bury it in cost and delay. A small win. Nearly two decades late. He wanted a quieter life running a post office by the sea. Instead he became one of the clearest examples of what happens when an institution would rather bankrupt an innocent man than admit its software was broken.”
-
ᗰOᖇᗩG ᗰIᒪᒪIGᗩᑎ 🚍 (@moragmillig4n) reportedBanked cash at @PostOffice and full amount not put into our @RBSBusiness account Now 2 weeks without my missing money, no correspondence & I told I can’t follow it up until next week. Cash flow is king and this policy doesn’t help businesses!
-
🎵Tall dark & handsome you don't even have to try (@RainbowChazer) reported@PostOffice The main PO in Cambridge has NO SERVICE. No Evri, no PO parcels. No pick up. No driop off. People are being turned away at the door. Your piece of junk system finally died, huh?!

Robert/Heather/Akiva/Marie/Sarah/Etc/Gabriel Dunn. (@JonathonWi68729) reported@pplrstupid977 @PostOffice Sometimes things do happen, but the problem is they are happening very frequently these days, which is why I complained. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.
-
Robbie McGowan (@WattenRobbie) reported@bookbird71 @Lindseyy888 @PostOffice It’s your choice to wait in a long queue, you have no idea what they were doing, or indeed why. You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
-
Mac-Burn (@Blaithgwyn) reported@HeadWarriorTWM I dont think these people should be exempt from trial when we get a different gov that takes these issue seriously - this is far worse than the postoffice scandal. I saw a 20 yo walk into my workplace with panicked mothers 6’6” boy with a pair of fake breasts..no control all fear
