Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.
