It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. I was so scared she was asleep I laid there, no one to speak to, no idea where anything was, my network went down, I slept with my rucksack on so no one stole my phone wallet or passport. X

I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!
