  • caoimherosaleen
Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

  • aducker05
Anthony Ducker (@aducker05) reported from Salford, England

@PostOffice Every call told I’d an advisor looking after us, would call back within the hour. I’ve a £200 phone bill from chasing, crying down the phone. Heel dragging, missing forms to get access to medical records, then told “doctors closed sadly wait until Monday (the day of the flight)

  • davidareader
David Reader (@davidareader) reported from Rochdale, England

So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?

  • iampaulmcnally
Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

And also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

  • AgbajiMichael
Michael Agbaji (@AgbajiMichael) reported from Manchester, England

Thanks @RoyalMail @PostOffice for forgetting and losing my envelope while addressing it to the Student Finance PO Box 🙃 It took yous a month just to realize that and reply back. An apology won't resolve the issue. P.S: My birth-certificate was in that envelope! 👏🏿👏🏿

  • DooHopper
Jonathan Hopper (@DooHopper) reported from Manchester, England

@TophHooperton @PostOffice Their parcels are never latte to be fair

  • Dave___Allen

Been on to the @PostOffice this morning and in a 5 minute conversation renewed my broadband for another 12 months, same package and for £2 less per month. And, they never tried to sell me anything else....... take note #skybroadband

  • MDOG_Manchester
Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

Great to see the chap @BootsUK cough and sneeze into his hand, pick up a prescription bag with that hand and give it to a customer 🤢 Just as bad as when the fella at @PostOffice licked his finger when counting my currency and handed me a *** of wet cash 😖

  • iampaulmcnally
Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

@PostOffice abysmal customer service. Contradicting information on the website. Start a chat only to be ignored and then when I ask where I can make a complaint they end the chat.

  • pdnr777
    Peter Reynolds (@pdnr777) reported

@PostOffice Ok thank you, unfortunately none of these were offered to me when I went to the post office this morning and said only thing would be a service that takes 3-6 days and said it was signed and tracked but nothing in the receipt gives me a tracking number or anything

@JM_Scindia sir, when u were the Aviation Minister, you did commendable work but presently your PostOffice department is neither paying attention to public concern nor any body is listing & response. Most of the staff are 10th pass & their way of talking to customers is very rude.

  • Cryptocabby
    CJ (@Cryptocabby) reported

@PostOffice absolute joke of a service, paid for deliveries-tracked and still gone missing-the last 2 times I was stupid enough to use the royal mail-unbelievable-supposed to be guaranteed-to many thieves working for them-dont use them folks-100% untrustworthy

  • Julian2017124
    julian (@Julian2017124) reported

Unlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.

@MistressDel93 @PostOffice Post Office don't deliver mail. You need Royal Mail customer services. You'll wait an hour or so on the phone mind

  • LwaziLam

@Olivia_LaGrange @MbusoKhuzwayo_ Government is the biggest spender of services & goods in ZAR White businesses will never survive without government spending. You can see now Cyril is trying by all means to shift government spending & services to private sector, i.e Eskom, Transnet, ID preparing, SAA, PostOffice

  • Paulashdown12

@PostOffice why does your branch in Crowborough have 3 desks but only ever 1 open? Worst possible customer service. You’ve got progressively worse since being sold to an overseas owner. Shame on you.
