@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

If you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.

And also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

Dear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice You’ve told a lady in wheelchair to take her business post to another branch???!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am NOT like any other customer. THIS IS DISCRIMINATING #DisabledPersons
-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice I think the solution is obvious. Do not discriminate against #DisabledPersons
-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice DROP AND GO should be DROP AND GO. FAKENHAM branch refused to process them as I was not early enough. 12.30 drop off , branch closure at 5.30. DISGUSTING to treat #disabledpersons like that.
-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice My Son went and collected the parcels back from Fakenham and I had to drive to another branch. This is unacceptable for any business customer!
-
Katie
(@katiewelsh57) reported
@PostOffice What about those parcels you are waiting for which never arrive even with correct address and postage?
-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice DROP AND GO is prepaid and I should NOT have to take to another branch as local branch leave them sitting for DAYS!! Not acceptable to a business customer and not acceptable for #disabledpersons in wheelchair to take elsewhere.
-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice That is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to treat someone in a wheelchair like that!! Wait in queue to drop and go and told they won’t do it!! DISCRIMINATING AGAINST DROP AND GO!!!
-
Kelly Munro
(@SurfaceCandy) reported
@PostOffice Where should I take my parcels if local branch are refusing them? You said “as other customers” disabled people are not as other customer! My disability prevents me from driving daily!!! I am in a WHEELCHAIR!!! #DisabledPersons
