@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

@SusanACreed @PostOffice The Post Office provides the counter service , Royal Mail the delivery service. They are two separate businesses so with regards to your pricing issue you are targeting the wrong business

And also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay It doesn't help when my local Woodley office keeps closing for deliveries at random times during the day. I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

If you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.

@mkiceburnmarko @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I don't think Horizions issues weren't network related (aside connectivity), it was the applications running on hosts. Horizon was hosted on a terminal, not the network. It was the software/configuration/integration and interoperability of different programs that was the issue.

@brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk One thing to point to PO managers, each branches are quite unique with product selection they offer, to number of counters, type of staff, and communication network used. Hence, it is very inpartical for all network to suffer the same bug issue.

@WalworthSociety @PostOffice So much for the 15 minute city. Further disadvantaging the poor, vulnerable and elderly. Sickening considering the banks will soon pull out of this area too. Curious as to what, if any, representation the elected officials in this area made to the Post Office to save this
