Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thankfully the Thai Government helped and agreed to pay to charter a boat to ferry us back, they saw our distress and how we were left. And the doctors really helped. We arrived home today. In shock.
