@PostOffice @RoyalMail @eBay It doesn't help when my local Woodley office keeps closing for deliveries at random times during the day. I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

  • Dave___Allen Dave Allen (@Dave___Allen) reported from Salford, England

Been on to the @PostOffice this morning and in a 5 minute conversation renewed my broadband for another 12 months, same package and for £2 less per month. And, they never tried to sell me anything else....... take note #skybroadband

  • samantha_nev Samantha Neville (@samantha_nev) reported from Bury, England

I'm starting to wonder if theres a support group needed for social media teams that have to deal with working in such toxic spaces every day. Probably sponsored by @YorkshireTea. Seriously though, please be kind. Stay strong @PostOffice Courtney! We got u 🤜🤛

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp According to Royal Mail they never had them.

  • sxmmieftw sammie (@sxmmieftw) reported from Manchester, England

Never go with @PostOffice for broadband it's the most awful to do business with and you cant get out of business with them otherwise you're hit with a hefty cancellation fee to pay off the rest if your contract but you cant even change address without taking out a new contract!!

  • SadieCycles Sadie K (@SadieCycles) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice broadband. No DSL no internet for nearly 24hours. This is a common occurrence for the past 2 years. Please help

  • kirsty2402 Kirsty (@kirsty2402) reported from Oldham, England

@jajayourlife why would @PostOffice close their money app before yours is set up and working? Service not looking great so far.

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@PostOffice Hi. I raised a complaint and haven’t heard anything back. I had a computer part go missing recently and Now a second computer part has gone missing from the same post office. I’ve posted lots of none computer stuff there and none of that has gone missing...

  • ITtimmins Isaac Timmins (@ITtimmins) reported from Warrington, England

@PostOffice Thanks. I understand it's hard times but 3-11 are a very large gap even of you got someone till 7pm that would still have evening service.

  • IanShuttlewort4 Ian Shuttleworth (@IanShuttlewort4) reported from Stockport, England

@SusanACreed @PostOffice The Post Office provides the counter service , Royal Mail the delivery service. They are two separate businesses so with regards to your pricing issue you are targeting the wrong business

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

******* my Post Office tweet seems to have got postmasters up in arms up and down the country. All over 3g. Perfectly happy to pay the extra but if the system doesn’t allow me to pay the extra the system is rubbish. @PostOffice what happened to trying to help a customer?

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice To be honest am beyond caring. Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

  • AngelaMcKavana1 cloudbusting (@AngelaMcKavana1) reported from Walkden, England

@PostOffice Glad we agree on something! Honestly if you keep appeasing the ppl who throw gays off buildings then you must support it! Pick a side!

  • caoimherosaleen Caoimhe Daly (@caoimherosaleen) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice I was told that they’d deposit my English bank notes but not my Northern Irish notes. They weren’t tested by a checker pen or UV light to see if they were real, so the issue was that the staff did not recognise the NI notes rather than me trying to bank fake notes. V frustrating!

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

And also would like to thank Jess on the @PostOffice Twitter for at least trying to help rather than being obstructive and argumentative. If you are business that turns people away with no option for a package being 3g over I’ll just use DPD or UPS

  • iampaulmcnally Paul McNally (@iampaulmcnally) reported from Salford, England

If you lot spent as much time arguing how ridiculous it is that you can’t top up online postage rather than bitching about customer service trying to help, maybe the @PostOffice wouldn’t be on its arse as much. Dear god.

  • shenstock2005 Sarah Henstock (@shenstock2005) reported from Rochdale, England

@PostOffice our annual travel insurance just ran out. No acknowledgement of the fact it has been a waste of money for 4 months, just an increased premium for next 12 months. Awful customer service. No thanks

  • SianGalloway Sian Galloway (@SianGalloway) reported from Oldham, England

@PostOffice what do I do if I’ve lost my card to be able to pay my customs fee? Please help

  • jonesychessex The Wolf of Wilmslow (@jonesychessex) reported from Wilmslow, England

@PostOffice Please stop ramming the gay agenda down everyone’s throats, it’s so boring. Stick to sorting the post out, Cheers

  • murphwa Tracey (@murphwa) reported from Manchester, England

@PostOffice At Horley at 4.30pm on the Monday afternoon. Called Parcelforce who informed me they do not even collect on a Saturday/Sunday so there was no hope in hell that it would get to Derby on time. Paid for the 24hour service for absolutely nothing(under his recommendation)

  • R3G1NA_PHALANG3 BLONKS CONCENTRATION CAMP HEAD ❤️ (@R3G1NA_PHALANG3) reported

  • ellaloui_se 𝕰𝖑𝖑𝖆 (@ellaloui_se) reported

@PostOffice I even offered to pay the difference and was told that it wasn't possible and that I would have to pay for a whole new service? (2/2)

  • ackersmike Mike Ackers (@ackersmike) reported

@PostOffice You bunch of muppets have so misjudged the mood of the country and the fact that the general perception is that you are not very good at fulfilling your basic function. The condescending tone of your replies doesn’t help. Stick to what are supposed to be your core competencies.

  • MercWTheSkirt Red🕵🏽‍♀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿AgaMemeAnon (@MercWTheSkirt) reported

  • missmuzzzaaa Claire (@missmuzzzaaa) reported

@PostOffice who do I make an official complaint in regards to moving me to a different company for my credit card .. complete joke no warning whatsoever or info

  • keithdignall Name cannot be blank (@keithdignall) reported

@PostOffice WTF has it got to do with the post office???

  • Philip471 Philip Woods (@Philip471) reported from Shanklin, England

@PostOffice @ellaloui_se Surely it depends on what the stated weight, actual weight and service used is? EG. If the parcel was 2nd class and both stated weight and actual weight were in the right price bracket (for example both under 2kg), would it actually matter as the price would be the same anyway?

  • michael105uk Michael Johnson (@michael105uk) reported

@PostOffice @PostOfficeNews after 1st Jan, there are a lot of people going to need IDP's, including a printed out passport standard photograph. Having that many people going to do this in person isn't a good idea, so are you going to launch an online application service please?
