I then have to make another trip. Very stressful at this time. Please advise them to set a regular time every day that customers can remember. Thanks

Her care on call is attached to the phone line. 4 emails later, no one has been to fix it. The telephone help line closes at 5 and does not support nhs workers that are not home till after 5

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.

Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

We spend 5 minutes trying to scan a QR code through 3" of laminated safety glass, only for the cashier to eventually open the window and scan my QR code that way. Why not just bloody do that from the start?

Your partners @coopuk NEVER have anyone available on the Post Office branded till to withdraw cash. All weekend with no access to cash at Areley Kings. Terrible. It should be called fun-Cooperative.
