Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

Took the packet to a different post office who accepted it, weren’t rude and unhelpful and generally made up for the shambles earlier in the day. If a customer can’t weigh to the accuracy required then there needs to be an option to add extra.

It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises.
