It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. I’ve a £200 phone bill from chasing, crying down the phone. Heel dragging, missing forms to get access to medical records, then told “doctors closed sadly wait until Monday (the day of the flight)

Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy

They start at the highest price and I have to keep saying “no, I don’t need that, what’s the cheapest?” several times until I get what is quoted online.
