@PostOffice They said they've never done it, don't know how to do it and have never heard of it! They found the service on their system and told me what my card balance was but still refused to help me. Ridiculous.

Really gutted my order from @fxofbeauty has gotten lost by the @PostOffice somewhere down the line 😩 either a fault from shipping to the wrong address or a post redirection that has failed! Why is it so hard to make a bloody claim for a lost package?!

@PostOfficeNews @BernieSpofforth If only your staff would actually do the job, instead of dealing with such nonsense. The at post office counters is woeful at best of times, unnecessary long queues, or the 'self service' machines aren't working. Focus on that. @PostOffice
