    Dear @PostOffice **** YOU! Your website tells me that your branch will provide me with a slip for the CN23 form but guess what, they never had and never seen one.

    @PostOffice They said they've never done it, don't know how to do it and have never heard of it! They found the service on their system and told me what my card balance was but still refused to help me. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice Could you explain why your self service tills are unable to read QR codes which means you have to join the queue of 20 people for the counter service which has only one person serving. The tills need updating to make you more efficient

    What is going on @PostOffice? It doesn’t matter how carefully I use your online price finder, I ALWAYS have to pay way more at a counter. And whatever service I request I’m also told that that particular PO doesn’t do it yet it offers me the next more expensive one.

    @MoonpigUK @PostOffice dreadful service today. PO del person posted a card despite someone being at home. A note on the door and del instructions, told them to leave behind the open gate. The reality is, they never had a parcel, otherwise it would have been left. postcode G75 8HX
