@Cremedevape @PostOffice @WHSmith @parcelforce @RoyalMailHelp Absolute comedy of errors going on here. I wouldn’t mind much, except this was a really important package to me!

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

  • sector4focus Tom Levitt (@sector4focus) reported from Guildford, England

@paullewismoney @PostOffice have done the same - when you use their mail forwarding service the letters now often arrive in single use plastic bags. #GetYourActTogether #plasticwaste

  • FionaLegal Fiona Anderson (@FionaLegal) reported from Wokingham, England

Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

  • tommyhozza tom horrox (@tommyhozza) reported from Finchampstead, England

@joshjay1969 @RoyalMail You might want to tag @PostOffice as @RoyalMail is a different company... "my golf just broke down... damn you vauxhall" 🤣

@rudeboy_dwight @Disgustington69 @PostOffice Retail workers are constantly treated like **** by the general public, recieving abuse and threats if they do try and challenge those not wearing masks. Yes, they should wear masks themselves, but I do not blame them for not challenging people.

  • RuthRomano Ruth Romano (@RuthRomano) reported

Also logged a ticket with @PostOffice on Thursday morning and it stated they would be in touch. 3 days later and I haven't heard a thing. Managed to message via FB this morning and have been told Monday. I am worried sick in case my mother has a medical emergency.

  • littlehaggis30 sharon (@littlehaggis30) reported

@PostOffice no problem - there were posters up and they mentioned it to a customer that was in front of me that they are opening again on Sundays (tomorrow included). I just forgot to ask. I'll try find out in store - thank you anyways :)

  • RuthRomano Ruth Romano (@RuthRomano) reported

Has anyone ever managed to get through to @PostOffice call centre? I urgently to get a faulty phone line fixed for my elderly mother (82) and have been unable to contact as they are 'experiencing high call volumes.' Absolutely dreadful service for vulnerable customers

  • sahilbol Sahil (@sahilbol) reported

@RBI @TheOfficialSBI pls try to make understand your employees to take care of customer. Opening account is tough task worst employee and process. Couldn't not open a account for last 2month and choose postoffice at last. Particularly agarpara sbi branch

  • skybluelanc Skybluelanc (@skybluelanc) reported

@PostOffice @MJBr00ks58 See that you do Courtney. This is bad news and you really don’t want to be seen to be discriminating against and bullying elderly disabled people. Nor do you want to be picking up the fascist baton from the cowards in government 👍

  • RuthRomano Ruth Romano (@RuthRomano) reported

@PostOffice can you help. I am desperate. My elderly mother who is 82 has had no phone line for 2 days. She rents a line with you. I logged it online yesterday. Absolutely no chance of getting through to your call centre. It's very poor for a vulnerable lady. Not good service :(

  • mrchrisfloyd chris floyd (@mrchrisfloyd) reported

@PostOffice I’m pretty sure I tweeted you guys about the same issue a month or so ago. It’s poor. Run up to Christmas. Everybody isn’t the queue was holding something Christmas related. 30 minutes. Surely you can put more than 1 or staff members of staff on. Ridiculous

  • SenselessSven Senseless Sven (@SenselessSven) reported

@PostOffice How about you be quick and compensate those innocent, honest, hardworking people you prosecuted, humiliated, ruined and left financially broken...how about that BEFORE Christmas eh!! I don't and I won't use you because your a disgrace.

  • NPhilatelics NorvicPhilatelics - news of GB stamps; shop & blog (@NPhilatelics) reported

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan; wouldn't be a bad idea to do a general notification via Horizon to all branches as it is unlikely to be an isolated case.
