Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

@paullewismoney @PostOffice have done the same - when you use their mail forwarding service the letters now often arrive in single use plastic bags. #GetYourActTogether #plasticwaste

So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

@PostOffice you really need to investigate the branch in Dyce. Since it moved the service is terrible. Long queues and untrained staff who barely speak English.

@PostOffice appalled by your $$ rate today… 1.17 online yet got stung over the counter with a 1.09 rate!! Terrible way to rip people off. Had swiped my card before catching on, only to be told to undo the transaction I would need to sell back at the rate of 1.38….

Nearly an hour queuing at the @PostOffice to post a letter recorded delivery. 20 people in the queue - 2 people serving and currently both serving the same person! 4 self-service machines but all out of order.

@IndiaPostOffice We haven’t been able to get the responses, its been almost a month now. Postoffice employees and concern person are not even responding us. We are facing a Lot of hardship to even get a seal becoz bank will not refund the amount until provided a prove of misplaced article. Help

@PostOffice The paper one. The issue is that the Passport Office is saying that the information the Post Office provided us was incorrect. So we've paid for a service that was faulty. What do we do? Can we go to DM so I can explain more?

@SusiesTreasure @PostOffice @RoyalMail The last few things from Hermes and even yodel have been fine. I had a bad experience with Hermes one time where the driver claimed to have delivered to me and falsified my signature on the electronic pad thing they had.
