I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.

At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77.
