Post Office Issues Reports Near Wokingham, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wokingham and nearby locations:

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

  • FionaLegal Fiona Anderson (@FionaLegal) reported from Wokingham, England

Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

  • tommyhozza tom horrox (@tommyhozza) reported from Finchampstead, England

@joshjay1969 @RoyalMail You might want to tag @PostOffice as @RoyalMail is a different company... "my golf just broke down... damn you vauxhall" 🤣

  • lornypop Lorna Hicks (@lornypop) reported from Wokingham, England

    AVOID #BYFLEET #POSTOFFICE #rude #unproffesional #tradingstandards being informed!!

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

@WHSmith @PostOffice I am at the @PostOffice now trying to work out what is going on. Kudos for responding. They say they can’t help in any way.

  • sector4focus Tom Levitt (@sector4focus) reported from Guildford, England

@paullewismoney @PostOffice have done the same - when you use their mail forwarding service the letters now often arrive in single use plastic bags. #GetYourActTogether #plasticwaste

  • RockBoxRecords The Rock Box Record Store (@RockBoxRecords) reported from Camberley, England

@101andyhibberd @PostOffice @farnhamherald To make you feel better Andy, same situation in Camberley today. Self services machine not working, 2 tills and 12 people in queue. Oh & one till then closed after serving 1 of 12 to cash up or something. 20 minutes later......

  • millennial_tom Tom Sargeant (@millennial_tom) reported from Reading, England

@Cremedevape @PostOffice @WHSmith @parcelforce @RoyalMailHelp Absolute comedy of errors going on here. I wouldn’t mind much, except this was a really important package to me!

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • terryedwards007 Terry Edwards (@terryedwards007) reported

@PostOffice I have seen a complaint about Gorton Post Office being closed for cleaning. This is most unfair! Having mopped the floor they have to let it dry! Manager & staff in this Post Office are always helpful and work hard to keep their customers safe during the pandemic.

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan. I understand that it probably wasn't going to be registered as a complaint against the branch, I was just curious on why it was relevant. (But I completely agree with the post, please allow mobile payments above £45)

  • squarewheels_ Richard Griffin 💙 (@squarewheels_) reported

@Hoopyfroood42 @PostOffice Wow, good save! I literally don’t carry a physical wallet at all hardly in recent years, hence my difficulty when facing a vendor giving only partial support.

  • andrewian84 Andrew (@andrewian84) reported

@Rik_JP1884 @RoyalMail @PostOffice I’ve reported it and lodged a complaint. Not sure I’ll get anywhere though as it was all very much about how posties get attacked by dogs and we should have had him indoors. We normally do until well after post delivered (unusually late today) and only ever if we’re out there too

  • raymasseytweets Ray Massey (@raymasseytweets) reported

@WarmingtonRjw Been listening to you on the @BBCRadio4 @PostOffice #scandal documentary. Fascinating but truly shocking. A real Kafka-esque horror for the poor victims. I hope those responsible are not allowed to get away with it unscathed in typical Civil Service manner.

  • Cadoret Graeme Burrell 💙 (@Cadoret) reported

@Saggydaddy @lucyallan @PostOffice The damage caused to these totally innocent people (some dead before this 'victory') means we need a judge-led public inquiry with power to charge/imprison the person/people directly responsible for continuing with prosecutions after it became obvious there was an IT problem.

  • Rik_JP1884 Rikster (@Rik_JP1884) reported

@andrewian84 That's awful how about letting @RoyalMail and @PostOffice know on here, see if they can suggest the best route for action to be taken. Unacceptable behaviour.

  • jonpfrench Jon French (@jonpfrench) reported

@lucyallan @PostOffice Hang on Lucy Don't you remember that it was your Party that changed legal aid so that more people would have to fund their own legal costs if accused of something they didn't do ... and then potentially be unable to get those costs back when found innocent. YOUR PARTY!

  • Tezamondo Burdak of Meteorology 🌦️ (@Tezamondo) reported

@idontknoandrew @CommBank It’s legal to yell at bank and postoffice service staff

  • papalamour paul sandham (@papalamour) reported

@PostOffice @WelshEcon What you going to do Tom? Reverse the last 20yrs of hacking the service to its bones, falsely accusing and imprisoning sub-postmasters or stop hiding a counter behind the gift wrap in a wh Smith's that pretends to be a post office?
