I even highlight on the manifest @PostOffice what happens if a sack of parcels goes missing?

Not much different to now really. I get a lot of post but I can do days without a delivery then a pile turns up all at once.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.

He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!
