So @parcelforce say they can’t do anything because I handed my parcel in @PostOffice who subsequently incorrectly gave it to @RoyalMail. In fact the only team who seem to give a damn are @WHSmith where the @PostOffice are located!

@PostOffice Stephen, this was not a one off. The staff are very pleasant, just never enough of them. Since moved from the original stand alone site, the service has only gone backwards I'm afraid.

Thanks very much Roger Gale of the @PostOffice - great business acumen. How pleased he must be with himself for getting rid of well known staff, a decent post office and a decent service to replace it with bargain basement b.s. of a "post office" with nowhere to pick up parcels!

The insurance I was sold by @PostOffice was bought quickly in an emergency and I wasn’t able to read the full terms and conditions. It was more worth using the policy certificate as a paper airplane. Please do your research when taking out insurance. 2/8

@PostOffice morning! I sent return to @WallisFashion in July but neither parcel arrived. They tell me I can get a proof of postage from the PO I sent from but counter staff don’t know how to do it. Can you help pls? I have screenshot of money going out to PO that day from bank.

@PostOffice I’m furious with @WallisFashion as I don’t believe both parcels were lost en route. Their customer service is atrocious. I know I shouldn’t have misplaced the receipts, but to “lose” two parcels seems unlikely.

@PostOffice That’s poor show as it seems to negate the post office’s duty to deliver the parcels and the retailer’s obligation to log them at the other end. Very disappointing.

@PostOffice Oh that’s unfortunate. I find it hard to believe that the post office lost both parcels sent at the same time from my PO to Wallis. Any advice on what I can do next? I’m appx £200 down abs absolutely can’t afford to lose that. @WallisFashion
