@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

The Post Office is an archaic and now expensive service which I can't wait to see be eradicated from the delivery market. Prices have sky rocketed, I need to wait in the freezing cold for an hour to post and the service is shocking. **** you @PostOffice.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

@Karishamgrover @PostOffice You have a horrible attitude towards post office staff! With queues like this in the middle of a pandemic how often do you think the staff are able to even wash their hands? Post office staff are people not robots and the post offices are busier than ever, try being kind.
