Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. New Kent is the Home of the First, First Lady, Martha Washington and the First Lady to John Tyler, Leticia. Also home of the original White House and Church where George and Martha married. ZERO post offices named after them!!!! Sick of the erasure of history!
