@PostOffice my god the service is so bad. Amazon returns may be may be not and now today no change service for business? What are you actually there for?

  • katiegilchrist
    Katie MacScottie (@katiegilchrist) reported

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It’s because profit at the counter is more important than service at some POs. My local is like a bartering situation. They start at the highest price and I have to keep saying “no, I don’t need that, what’s the cheapest?” several times until I get what is quoted online.

  • footprintsfh
    joanne (@footprintsfh) reported

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Here’s me not realising you can post things by Royal Mail online. The post office is just down the road so I just go in.

  • martynm700
martyn (@martynm700) reported from Dudley, England

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Quashing convictions is no good unless they are removed from any DBS checks, if they still show on a DBS check they are still funding you guilty by default. And still believe that your guilty. A cleared name should mean no trace of the convictions. If not it's just lip service

  • MeatHead_Motors
    Meat-Head (@MeatHead_Motors) reported

@ianc666 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Embarrassing 😳 when retail customer gets same part same price as you in trade!

  • shashi254310
    Shashi Kumar (@shashi254310) reported

@IndiaPostOffice @PostOffice Today is 15th day of my parcel and still it's getting redirected to other locations even my address is correct. It looks like @IndiaPostOffice service is now a days very bad.

  • roodskins
    ʀᴏᴏᴅꜱᴋɪɴꜱ (@roodskins) reported

@PostOffice This is absurd. Why are the opening hours for Aberdare Delivery Office so poor? Open today 8am till 10am. How are these opening times feasible for people who work? Surely you need to be opening longer.

  • khan25106
    proudtobeindian (@khan25106) reported

@PostOffice staff of post office is useless they never deliver package all time excuses pathetic service as well as people

  • Julian2017124
    julian (@Julian2017124) reported

Unlike my experiences with @PostOffice and @WilliamHill who fought me every single step, refused to apologise, and never properly fixed their mistakes, at least Sky has shown a real difference. This highlights how some companies seem to think they’re above the law, above being challenged, and completely unaccountable for their actions and decisions. Importantly, it’s not about companies always giving in or admitting the customer is right every single time sometimes the customer can be wrong. But when the customer has clear evidence that proves their side of the story beyond reasonable doubt, it shouldn’t be difficult for a company to simply say: “Yes, we made a mistake here’s your full payout.” Take the £5.75 @WilliamHill owed/owes me but refused and still refusing to pay properly they should have just admitted the error and fixed it. Why do some companies struggle so much to be honest and say sorry when things go wrong? It doesn’t have to end in long adjudication processes or court battles. Disputes should be settled fairly and quickly through agreement, not turned into fights.

@PostOffice why..on your website does it say the DVLA charge 17 quid to renew your driving licence online....when they only charge 14.... Is this to encourage more to use your service..
