Christie Fidura (@cfidurauk) reported from Richmond, EnglandI was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp
-
Mark The Mackem (@mark_j_cummins) reported from Hillingdon, England@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. -
Kura (@KuraSolon) reported from Hillingdon, England@PostOffice Hayes branch severely understaffed, causing very slow service. Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice
-
Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, EnglandHow come when you post something ‘Guaranteed Delivery Next Day’ and it never arrives neither @RoyalMail nor @PostOffice will take responsibility! #lostmail #importantpapers #lost

-
Barbara Walsh (@Barbara18648292) reported@fem_mb @lily_lna @PostOffice She was on her way to a reception and realised she had not posted a parcel with a deadline. So she tried to drop it off on her way. Note, a guy in a ***** vest and cut off shorts showing acres of leg would not be treated so badly. It's women these people have a problem with.
-
hello (@Merry_Rissa) reported@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice It definitely read like she was a customer otherwise she wouldn’t have put “post office staff” cos they would be her colleagues
-
(((robingillis)))✡🦁🐇🐱 (@sweepybuns) reported@jonsdottir13 @lily_lna @PostOffice She was a CUSTOMER, ding ****.
-
Louisa ⭐️⭐️💙💙🏆 (@pawseygirl) reportedI feel sorry for the guy who works in the @PostOffice in Walthamstow, he is always very polite and efficient, but always working on his own with a queue out the door. I don’t know why they don’t give him help
-
Eneri (@Eneri96752758) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice Don’t understand the problem. You’re not showing anything inappropriate.
-

-
Joseph K Bennett (@JosephKBennett) reported@keir50443 @lily_lna @PostOffice That is by far the likeliest explanation and you know it. Postmasters / staff would not give a monkeys about a customer wearing an evening dress. Their pyjamas or a dressing gown? Maybe
-
John Straumann (@JohnStraumann) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice Was this in the USA? You were wearing a dress and someone had a problem with that?
-
Vania Burnell (@VaniaBurnell) reported@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice To be honest I had to read the post a couple of times. Then I realised after reading the PO's response, I realised she was a customer.
-
Slippin (@Slip2Darkness) reported@tradn19 @PostOffice @lily_lna She was a customer, you senile old fool, not a worker.
