Turns out the @WHSmith staff cant actually SEE the self service tills, because of the way Smiths and @PostOffice have laid out the store. So theyll never know when people need parcels collecting from the machine. So self service Custs have to up to the tills. Which have a queue

@paullewismoney @PostOffice have done the same - when you use their mail forwarding service the letters now often arrive in single use plastic bags. #GetYourActTogether #plasticwaste

@101andyhibberd @PostOffice @farnhamherald To make you feel better Andy, same situation in Camberley today. Self services machine not working, 2 tills and 12 people in queue. Oh & one till then closed after serving 1 of 12 to cash up or something. 20 minutes later......

Eventually the other self service till was fixed. From what I could gather, it just had to be turned on. Why not turn both on in the morning, I don’t know. Who knew that putting @PostOffice’s into the worst shop on the High Street, @WHSmith, would mean it would all go to shit...

@PostOffice like it generally no matter when you go to the Lewisham store, one man serving feel sorry for him another staff member over seeing self service is rude. Queue the last three days been half way down the store, customers moaning. Needs at least another staff member, crap service!

Help! I have an old £10 note & old £5 note. Nowhere will exchange them. I’ve been told the only thing I can do is pay them into my bank account, but @LloydsBank have shut all the local branches, & @PostOffice will only take cheques, not cash. Any other ideas?

@PostOffice I can't make head nor tail of your online search for branches with Local Collect - it doesn't seem to be a service listed to search on?! Does branch: 5331366 at NR33 7QQ do Local Collect or Poste Restante?
