@PostOffice your service at the white city branch is the most disgraceful thing I have ever experienced. Should be ashamed

@EwanOuzami @PostOffice That label has been produced on a self service machine at a Post Office, so there was quite probably no asking how much it was. The labels are slightly different to those produced by a PO counter clerk out of Horizon. Also it is Royal Mail adding the surcharge not Post Office.

Hi @YourMcColls @PostOffice you’re wondering why your store at Stapleton in Bristol doesn’t make any money (it certainly doesn’t look like it does) then closing the PO counter at lunchtime to “count the cash” probably doesn’t help….

@PostOffice Hi, if someone wants to use the Royal Mail Redirection service, and ticks the box for 6 months on the form, do I press the 3 - 6 months button or 6- 12 months button on the Horizon screen?

@PostOffice If I use a self service kiosk in a branch to send Royal Mail International Standard, do they print the labels for it? And then fill in the CN22 form by hand and stick them on? Many thanks.

Bed: ed. The King's own. Never see him dressed up as a fireman or a bobby. A mason, yes. He strolled out of the postoffice and turned to the right. Talk: as if that would mend matters.
