    Eventually the other self service till was fixed. From what I could gather, it just had to be turned on. Why not turn both on in the morning, I don’t know. Who knew that putting @PostOffice’s into the worst shop on the High Street, @WHSmith, would mean it would all go to shit...

    @paullewismoney @PostOffice have done the same - when you use their mail forwarding service the letters now often arrive in single use plastic bags. #GetYourActTogether #plasticwaste

    Turns out the @WHSmith staff cant actually SEE the self service tills, because of the way Smiths and @PostOffice have laid out the store. So theyll never know when people need parcels collecting from the machine. So self service Custs have to up to the tills. Which have a queue

    @PostOffice posting a parcel at Prospect Lane Solihull Post Office at 4.25pm today and told they were getting the post ready for later so could not serve me! I asked So you are closed then? the reply was Yes. Why advertise a service till 5.30? Not everyone can drive to next one😡

    @PostOffice Arranged to have my parcel delivered to a post office on Saturday, but when I went to collect it the systems were down. So even though my parcel was there and I had ID, I wasn’t allowed to collect it because it had to be done on the system. Can you help please?

    @PostOffice If I use a self service kiosk in a branch to send Royal Mail International Standard, do they print the labels for it? And then fill in the CN22 form by hand and stick them on? Many thanks.

    @IndiaPostOffice Got my speedpost having an urgent document with it delivered to a wrong postoffice in my city, today is the last date of submission but they say wait for monday and collect from right place . We can't help you , my speedpost was lying in front of me.

    @siany_d @hugodrayton @PostOffice My problem is my local post office didn't explain that "signed for" is not the same as "special delivery". I asked for a next day registered service for my passport and wedding certificate, and now its lost with no tracking as they sold me a first class signed for service.

    @EwanOuzami @PostOffice That label has been produced on a self service machine at a Post Office, so there was quite probably no asking how much it was. The labels are slightly different to those produced by a PO counter clerk out of Horizon. Also it is Royal Mail adding the surcharge not Post Office.

    @IndiaPostOffice what a difficult website pli is... every six months site will tell to change password. Now the forget password not working at all. Horrible service .Do something Post office.#PMO_India #postoffice @MIB_India #mib_india

    @DrGarethMorgan @PostOffice £1.70 International Standard (Airmail) providing it is less than 5mm thick and weighs under 100g. Considerably more if you want a Tracked service.
