Eventually the other self service till was fixed. From what I could gather, it just had to be turned on. Why not turn both on in the morning, I don’t know. Who knew that putting @PostOffice’s into the worst shop on the High Street, @WHSmith, would mean it would all go to shit...

Turns out the @WHSmith staff cant actually SEE the self service tills, because of the way Smiths and @PostOffice have laid out the store. So theyll never know when people need parcels collecting from the machine. So self service Custs have to up to the tills. Which have a queue

@PostOffice This branch tell me off if I put stamps on a parcel and they have to try workout how to deduct from price. Say it’s too complicated and to stop doing it - now no stamps……they really need more training/support! I’ve DM’d you before…..

@PostOffice ANC Government again fail its people. Dalview post office who serviced thousands of people has closed down. Brakpan does now not have any post office servicing the public. We'll done @CyrilRamaphosa you know how to mess up a country.
