@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@gracepainter @PostOffice Signed For is not a tracked service. When you check online with Royal Mail It will only ever tell you 2 things, when the PO accepted your parcel and when the customer signs for it. If you wanted tracking the only service that Royal Mail offer is Special deliver. Hope this helps.

Ebay can go to h*ll. They charged me customs, I had no chance to change it or forward the ioss to our postoffice, so they basically asked me for customs again. I asked about it and customer service basically told me that I have to pay again or say goodbye to my package. 🙃🙃🙃
