@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice This happens all the time the lady that works there is rude and unreliable closes when she feels like it. like she's on flexi hours just picks and chooses. We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

@TheOfficialSBI @RBI How much days it takes to get cheque book after a customer applies for it. It is almost 1.5 months. Applied from yono app as well as from branch by filling the offline form. Still branch employee are saying contact to postoffice.
