    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

    @PostOffice South Ealing Road post office is never open at stated times. This has happened constantly this year, please look into this branch as it doesn't serve the community, and people have to use the Boston Manor branch.

    @amberarmy1967 @PostOffice Hi I work in a post office and I had the same problem. I did get it to work in the end i just had to change the address i tried to put my office post code in and it wouldn't work so i put the whole address in and it seemed to take that and my post office branch popped up.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service by the person in our local @PostOffice branch within @WHSmith. So rude and then dropped my parcel with “FRAGILE” on from a height into the bag. Then laughed and gave the excuse “it’ll be in the back of a lorry soon”. Fuming😡

    @PostOffice hi I visited your linthorpe post office late today just before closing and when I got home I have realised I have been charged £9.12 for a booklet of stamps I never purchased or asked for what should I do ?
