    @USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    @PostOffice what is wrong with the Harpenden Post Office. Total lack of staff and slow slow slow. No one is in any rush. Always a queue of at least 8 people. Oh and the self serve machines have been out for days

    @PostOffice Beveridge Way, Newton Aycliffe. Assistant insisted my parcel was 2mm too big to be charged at £3.85 and forced me to pay £5.35. Parcel was plastic bag, contents didn’t reach end of the bag, so wasn’t too big. Poor customer service

    @PostOffice Your new post office at Dyce in Aberdeen is a disaster. Always have to wait ages, only ever one very slow untrained person on the till who can't speak English. Why did you move it to a new shop when the old one was far better?
