@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for that but I already have & we are NOT supposed to receive any of the crap distributed by the Post Office. However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

@PostOffice Hi guy's can you please the Post Office at Sandridge is having an going on with parcels their can't give me my parcel as the barcode isn't working the machine is saying invalid. Its shocking service when you have paid for something.

@NFTSAlumni @PostOffice A lot of the comments on here really do show why it is necessary for @PostOffice and other large bodies to show support and solidarity like this. If you cannot see what is positive about this then the message was probably meant for you.

@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

@PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.

It appears that paying in cash (remember that?) at my local @HSBC_UK is too much to ask being a @firstdirect customer. My bank card doesn’t work in the machine and there’s no longer any manned desks. I was sent to a @PostOffice instead? Ridiculous 🤯

After amendments to tickets, fuel to get to the embassy in Paris, tolls on Sanef, accommodation whilst being stranded adds up. This is solely down to me not reading my insurance documents and buying a chocolate teapot from the @PostOffice. 5/8

@PostOffice I’m furious with @WallisFashion as I don’t believe both parcels were lost en route. Their customer service is atrocious. I know I shouldn’t have misplaced the receipts, but to “lose” two parcels seems unlikely.

@PostOffice That’s poor show as it seems to negate the post office’s duty to deliver the parcels and the retailer’s obligation to log them at the other end. Very disappointing.

@PostOffice you are failing dismally. Since you closed the local branch and moved it to the @WHSmith there is never more than one person serving which leads to long queues and a greatly diminished service. What are you doing to improve this? #PostOfficeShambles
