    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

    Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

    @USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    @PostOffice At Horley at 4.30pm on the Monday afternoon. Called Parcelforce who informed me they do not even collect on a Saturday/Sunday so there was no hope in hell that it would get to Derby on time. Paid for the 24hour service for absolutely nothing(under his recommendation)

    @ellaloui_se @PostOffice If its wrong its wrong, click and drop is killing the post office, you have chosen to bypass your local po and buy direct from royal mail, buy in branch to support them and it'll make sure you are applying the correct postage

    @PostOffice we have temporary postmen who yet again post the wrong mail in our box. Confronted they said nobody’s died and we are not at war what’s the problem. We have had mail go missing before and one house who got our mail chucked it in the bin as it was not for them.

    @PostOffice Hatts of 2 you nd your guidance. am asking an address 4 the main home office, so that I can go and ask them 2 re-issue theBRP and than they can send it 2 Richmond branch. I have already been to Richmond and they said they cant do anything, and obviously you can't do anything too.
