  @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

  I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

  @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

  Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

  @PostOffice @IndiaPostOffice Head Post office, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand keeps its' front door & customer windows locked. In case one has to meet an official, he has to go around the whole building and enter thru back door.

  @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The parcel is currently at Clydach Post Office. I’m trying to get in touch with them so it can be returned. I don’t need to get in touch with the police or action fraud as of yet as it’s not been picked up. As for royal mail they do not help.

  @CDubery @PostOffice Every office I’ve recently worked at has a pin pad fault where it fails to initialise 2 or 3 times when you access Cash Withdrawal. Then just clears and allows you to input amount. Known fault that seems to be taking weeks to fix!

  @PostOffice Thank you. My branch is normally spot on with proof of postage but on this occasion I think the issue is after typing the address in it wasn’t sent to print. That’s my guess but I am concerned if my customers order goes missing. I will continue my response in the next tweet.

  @champ_sultan @PostOffice Unfortunately staffing issues are the fault of WHSmiths the post office can't do anything about this. I know as I work for a similar franchise.
