    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice Is there an issue with the Click & Drop service today? I printed an International Tracked & Signed label this morning and took the parcel to two Post Offices (Station Road, Kiveton Park & Union Street, Harthill) and both are having trouble with it.

    Problems with packages! Been trying to find a solution all day. Somehow my kickstarter name was used instead of my legal name, which I filled in correctly on the "send to" page and now my postoffice is basically blocking me saying the packages need to state my legal name. 😡👎

    @PostOffice insurance, had to phone customer helpline earlier regarding policy. What a palaver! As a person with #Dyslexia, @BDAdyslexia its complicated. Lots of typing, particularly part of policy no. No ability to speak this. It took me 3 attempts to get right. Please review!
