I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

Mike Dowling (@theman_theego) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.
