Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

But in terms of online postage, you aren't supporting the branch as we only get paid pennies for acceptance which hurts us.
