Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

I can’t believe how difficult it is to renew a photo driving licence. It’s an open secret that @DVLAgovuk web site using your passport doesn’t work and although the @PostOffice web site shows multiple PO in Bristol providing this service the reality I was told is only two! #dvla

@PostOffice @crowmogh We don't have a post office in Wellington town centre & closest PO is not accessible. 15,000 people & more houses being built. 12 mile round trip by car to a PO I can get into. Privatisation hasn't made a single service more efficient, better value or increased public good.

@gouldina @PostOffice OK, they can't really store your card number unless it is on a PCIDSS audited system....or they have **** systems that don't actually interact with the back end....or they don't trust either as a form of ID&V.
