Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

This is the @PostOffice's response... 'We cannot reprint or duplicate receipts once a customer leaves the branch. The reason being is that it puts Royal Mail at risk of duplicate claims and also, tracking numbers only appear on Proof of Posting.' This makes no sense.

@PostOffice I went to 2 different post office to collect a package why did I get refused with my bank card as ID & have to sign a card at one after reading on the website this can be used as proof and at the other I could use my bank card without any problems Seems very odd to me
