@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

@PostOffice I questioned him about his rudeness and he said well if your not happy don’t come into the shop ( I won’t ever return) I cannot believe he behaved like this and totally over reacted when it was his mistake . As I left I said how rude and his reply was F off …. Unbelievable.

@PostOffice Ok so asked to post a parcel it went as a large letter so I asked to go recorded , when I went to tap card I realised that I wasn’t recorded so asked him this he huffed and puffed saying I need to tell him slamming the parcel , I explained I did but he continued to be rude .
