Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
