Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

A wasted trip to the @PostOffice this morning. I was asked if I could cut my parcel down so I didn't have to use @parcelforce; it's posters in a tube, no. Then I was told I can't use #ApplePay with #Parcelforce. What!? This why people don't use the post office anymore.

@HM_Passport for son's passsport renewal I sent old passport via postoffice recorded delivery. It was signed for as confirmed by passport office. I have now chased 4 times on phone since 10th April, but office never calls back. Maybe you can help?
