    @PostOffice Hi Courtney. In the great scheme of things not long. Probably only 10 minutes. And for me not really a problem since I wasn’t pressed for time. But if I had been it would have been frustrating when I could have posted the one item I had in 1 minute using self-service

    @PostOffice Yeah right lol. Just use an X-ray machine so customers aren’t slowed down at the till when sending packages. That’ll save me time as I don’t have to remember what I’m sending as the X-ray scanner will answer that question for us. Save time and help more customers in a day.
