However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
