A crappy alliance of #AmazonUK and collect service of #Ramsgate #PostOffice, will ensure the shittest service imaginable. UK does lead the way in one area at least. Oh, and xenophobia. Wonderful.

@PostOffice @massinotnow Why don't you do something now, instead? It never was supposed to happen and it had to be sorted yesterday, so why waiting until tomorrow? It doesn't make sense. Have you not investigated yet?

@PostOffice @Tesco I don’t know who employs the staff at the post office within tesco Front Lane Cranham RM14 but your member of staff Michelle is so rude and unhelpful. I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

  • EdwynUK

@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

@AHewitt973255 @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Sweetheart my mum is old too. She is 72, She struggle with many tech things but that doesn't mean she complain about digital world. Instead she find her way to do it old way. Where necessary she seek help and get her job done. She is also using Facebook and other social media too to keep in touch with other family members. Blind people can't see, still they find their way around rather than complaining about others. Disable people cannot do many things too, still they find their way around rather than complaining about people who can do things normally. If you can't drive then get Uber but don't complain about why others are driving. Not their fault.

  • coachpolarbear
    Is Treasa Tuath (@coachpolarbear) reported

@DonaldPond6 @MRSMLH @PostOffice Because they want to force the closure of all physical post offices. It’s how they privatised and butchered the postal service from the start.

  • LwaziLam
    Smegga (@LwaziLam) reported

@Olivia_LaGrange @MbusoKhuzwayo_ Government is the biggest spender of services & goods in ZAR White businesses will never survive without government spending. You can see now Cyril is trying by all means to shift government spending & services to private sector, i.e Eskom, Transnet, ID preparing, SAA, PostOffice

  • Greg_Phillips_

@818Gatsby @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It depends on whether you’ve got more money than sense. If you’re prepared to spend an additional £11 for the same service, you’re a ******* moron.

  • kevinburden
    Kevin Burden (@kevinburden) reported

@brialerus @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice This was our parcel, that they said they'd collect between 9 and 12 on Friday, still hanging on our front door at 5.30. They never came, and eventually said they wouldn't be coming either.

  • Parky10000
    John (@Parky10000) reported

@Suej1959 @PostOfficeNews @PostOffice So you are saying that they should somehow know it's important and prioritise it over somene who has paid for a better service?. Maybe shows your sense of entitlement more than anything else.

  • aain_ghain
    Annie. (@aain_ghain) reported

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice I am hundred percent sure, that it could be a few penny’s difference but it could never be 11 pounds. Your item might be weighing more than what you have entered online. Its expensive no doubt but dont make it up to 11 quids.

  • Jordon3Jane
    JaneJordon3 (@Jordon3Jane) reported

@gm2112rush @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice The Post office for decades was run as if it was a service provider of the Government and had 30,000+ outlets. The largest retail network in Europe yet the management and successive Governments totally missed the commercial opportunity to generate income/ profit s. They were some of the last to install ATMs, they farmed out Government services to other providers and the advent of internet transactions was the final naik- all of this went from very profitable Sub Post offices to loss making within about an 18 months period.

@kevinburden @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Thats bad. For me personally I have sent about 200+ items and collection has always been on time.
