    @PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

    I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

    @PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

    @PostOffice I've a credit card with you in excellent standing Jaja finance you appinted instead of Bank of Ireland have messed up the transition, sending out replacement cards which deny access to the account & say they don't know if I'll be dead before they sort out the problem.
