I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@GayToryJon @L1A75 @PostOffice Of course, this isn't really an excuse, the retail establishments should either allow them access or keep it up to date themselves, but I just wanted to say this so you don't think it is the staff of the PO causing the problem.

If you want to pay £12 for next day before 1pm delivery and then be severely let down when sending a parcel, use @PostOffice. 2 full working days have passed and our package is still not delivered. Not even tried but it sits less than 400 metres from its destination. #shambles

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice That's the thing. It makes no difference to the cost of postage. This is not a Post Office issue. YOU.....ROYAL MAIL..... need to put on your website that people should add a few grams on to what they've weighed, to avoid PO turning packages away.

My broadband & telephone service has become covered in filthy, ***** oil, & I've now been forced into paying @ShellEnergyHome through their takeover of the @PostOffice. The offer I took up was £17 a month, but the c*nts are charging me £25, & they've blocked both my email & phone

@GayToryJon @PostOffice We close at 12.30pm Saturdays (also open 7am - 12pm Sundays) Customer levels drop considerably for us weekend afternoons. As self employed business owners, we cannot afford to staff the shop if the PO remuneration or retail profits do not justify us being open

@L1A75 @PostOffice For example, that’s a customer lost now, I won’t bother going back as I can’t be sure it will be open when it’s supposed to be, indeed when they say they are. I will allow another establishment to take their percentage for my transaction.

I'm not happy about one of the biggest polluters on the planet, @ShellEnergyHome taking over my broadband & telephone service off @PostOffice tomorrow. I did'nt sign up for that. The c*nts want £109 to sever the contract, plus they're overcharging me. £17 a month has become £25.

@Shell @postoffice the broadband you're supposed to provide's been down since around 1600 yesterday. Which one of you are going to sort it out? Pretty necessary tool for work these days.

@DasherGuidedog @PostOffice I had to point out to a security guard when I was at work that yes that Service Dog for the Deaf could come in... still had to get duty manager to reinforce it luckily he was near with the list of jobs I needed to do. (I was a cleaner in a supermarket)

@PostOffice absolutely rubbish customer call service. Trying to get through to speak to someone about a phone bill and just kept on hold continually. Why don’t you have a call back system or more staff taking calls?
