I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

@TheDonOfSorare @PostOffice @ClaireEWebb The problem for post office branches is staying afloat not providing free services. There are plenty of services that generate income that revolve around cash
-
The Don
(@TheDonOfSorare) reported
@siany_d @PostOffice @ClaireEWebb Well we do not know the % they won't spend so that's conjecture either way. Could be 1%, could be 20%. But we agree it increases footfall so that's good. They say they support its use but don't back it up with anything other than a petition. Someone else's problem I guess.

@PostOffice having major issues contacting someone regarding my passport renewal. I did a digital check and send a week ago and my old passport hasn't been received, despite being assured it would arrive next day at the Passport Office. Wish I'd just done application at home😩.

@NWitchtea @zasch17 @PostOffice Nope. That’s what I think is called a straw man argument. I haven’t broken or lost a phone in 20+ years. It’s unlikely to be stolen. It is extremely unlikely to be cloned in such a way as to bypass all my 2FA.

@PostOffice very unhappy with the service at your Borehamwood Shenley road branch
-
The Don
(@TheDonOfSorare) reported
@siany_d @PostOffice @ClaireEWebb Increase footfall and then you sell more things. Fairly common tactic in retail. Either way, it's cheap words to say they support something and then literally don't support it in any meaningful sense.

@PostOffice What do you mean “the EU have introduced”? The English have caused these issues. The whole point of the EU is 27 independent countries acting in many areas like they are one so less paperwork in life. But the thickos in England thought they got “independence” when they ****** off

@hudgellsol Great work @hudgellsol ! There is no amount of compensation that will repair the damage caused by the horrific actions of @PostOffice management. As a victim of #LoanChargeScandal, I am one of 50K people who has also been asked to admit to a crime and pay back money I don't owe
