@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England
@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

THE FEE MG! 👩🏻 (@TMFeeG) reported from Maidstone, England
I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy
-
Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Maidstone, England
@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

Julia Robinson #ActuallyAutistic 💙 on hiatus (@juliarobinson__) reported
@lesleyanngreen @BBCRadio2 It's one of the most dreadful scandals I've heard and it was all down to faulty accounting software. As you know Lesley, I used to be a senior investigator in #HR First thing I'd think is 'why have 700 ppl suddenly committed fraud?' Not rocket science @PostOffice
-
Chris Bramall (@ChrisBramall) reported
So shocked at what the subpostmasters and subpostmistresses went through. Where were the #PostOffice managers? Where where the computer experts? Where were the forensic accountants? Why didn't the prosecutors divulge the extent of the problem? What were the defence lawyers up to?
-
YingHuiThe (@YingHuiThe) reported
@BBCRadio4 @nickwallis @BBCSounds Having worked in IT, I know other firms who had "issues" with their DB. A transaction from on customer injected into the records of another! Every one knew about it. As those in the PostOffice IT department must have. Any of them should have prevented the miscarriage of justice.
-
Kevin Lockyer (@KevinLockyer3) reported
@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice This is a real issue. I have watched vulnerable elderly customers being sold services they do not need and the staff excuse is that “Royal Mail require us to do it.” It is unethical and I want to know why it is happening
-
natalie brownell (@tweevils22) reported
@NormanBrennan Those @PostOffice who were in charge of implementing and monitoring the system have blood on their hands and their heads should roll or do prison time did no one think, what's the common denominator with over 500 instances of the same problem? 🤬
-
Joolz Hall (@joolz47) reported
@BBCNews One issue that doesn't seem to have been addressed is what #PostOffice did with all the surpluses generated by Postmasters making good shortages created by the #horizon system errors. Surely central auditing should have identified an unexplained discrepancy in overall numbers!
