  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Maidstone, England

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  • theman_theego Mike Dowling (@theman_theego) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

  • pipdrums Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Sittingbourne, England

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  • lukedeards Luke Deards (@lukedeards) reported from Gillingham, England

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@IndiaPostOffice Why are we never able to contact postoffice by call? I got SMS that my Speed Post is not able to deliver because of an INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS. I called the local post office but they are not picking up the call. Now how can I get my document? It is very imp doc.

  • sambartle Sam Bartle (@sambartle) reported

@PostOffice Thank Tom.. I guess even just a warning on that page that the service you have queried may not be open for the entire period or something would be good.. at least then I wouldn't have gone to the second one after visiting the first and it being closed.

  • Brexiteer1234 Wendy🇬🇧 (@Brexiteer1234) reported

@PostOffice This is an awful Ad. It’s now possible those same victims will be beaten by those that abuse them for the money YOU say they have hidden. Have you thought of that? Not everyone will have done so, but abusers will insist they have, & want their(non existent) money. Think again.

  • JoaoJpfx1 Joao Paulo Ferreira (@JoaoJpfx1) reported

@PostOffice You’re making an ideological statement that all men are violent and women out there should have a slush fund in case their boyfriends brothers or fathers beat the crap out of them that’s what you’re saying is Jane story a real story or is it just some paid actor that you’ve paid

  • stephen_hodls The Stephen Variant (@stephen_hodls) reported

@MikeCBamber @PostOffice Yes, or course, but it gives the freedom to transact without being surveilled. Of course, fiat currency is constantly devalued by inflation, but removing cash from the system is a bad idea for freedom.

  • bintendo69 Bintendo69 (@bintendo69) reported

@GwynforO @PostOffice I've never met a homeless person with a chip and pin machine lol

  • PhilJacksonuk Phil Jackson (@PhilJacksonuk) reported

Just wanted to thank @DVLAgovuk for a crazy quick turnaround for renewal drivers license. Renewed in @PostOffice on Sunday and received new licence in post today. Was expecting to wait til Christmas with all the bad press. Cheers 👍

  • JerryLGiles Jerry Giles (@JerryLGiles) reported

@Karlfl @ComputerWeekly I don't deny that those poor victims do fully deserve compensation but its not Govt money. PostOffice and HMRC play their games knowing the taxpayers pay their wages and for when it all goes wrong.
