@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

  • pipdrums Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  • theman_theego Mike Dowling (@theman_theego) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

@PostOffice please explain why my £ deposit was cashed before #instantsaver was ever opened? The app process all paper forms - it took so long to verify address that I decided to cancel. 3months+ later, my deposit is still NOT refunded after numerous calls to customer service..?

Yeah, the @PostOffice scandal is a disgrace. Those poor people who had their lives upturned by corporate incompetence. #HIGNFY

  • SmoothRegulator Peter Crowley (@SmoothRegulator) reported

@debbygiglio1 Soulds like the system was deficient from day 1. The support architecture requirements aren't just made up ad hoc - there are required structures - missing. Born to fail. But @beisgovuk and @PostOffice see their systems as gods - not to be challenged unde any circumstances.
