@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice your ID service said it would verify my ID in 10 mins after 30mins it changed to 13mins it’s now been an hour! 🤬 like I don’t have anything else to do!!

Hi @PostOffice, can u pls help as getting stressed here! I paid a cheque in last Thursday and as not reached my bank account nor pending. Bank have asked to get in touch with you as will be on ur systems. Local post office not helpful. Pls help as I have bills to pay!! 😭 😭

In tears in Coop bc this @RoyalMail new @PostOffice woman B76 was so horrible to me. I've just complained online. She kept getting things wrong & snapping & talking down to me! She made no eye contact or conversation! Awful #CustomerService I don't usually 😪 but not well atm!😞

@PostOffice Kennington, Ashford, Kent Post Office on Faversham Road never seems to be open lately. The latest excuse is a piece of paper on the door claiming they're waiting for an engineer to fix a "system fault". It's locked and the lights are off. It's been like this for days.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @WHSmith Frequent issue - we had only just spotted the sign in the window saying that it was shutting at 2pm, so rushed to get the post down and joined the queue at 1.30pm. 30min wait-we have customers paying for a next day service! Hence why we use Special Delivery

@PostOffice "System Issue". I wish I could give my customers a 5-7 day fix time for their" IT system". I live in the real world though, not Post Office incompetence World. No doubt they'll only open some afternoons again, even when fixed.

Also this week. @PostOffice and @VeoliaUK vans in disabled spaces. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be accepting deliveries or service from anyone that blocks the pavement or highway, and urge you to do the same. 2/2
