I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@postoffice is it standard practise for your wickford town centre branch to be so rude & “not be bothered” about your business and it’s customers #rude #notimpressed #badcustomerservice

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

When I hadn't moved to click n drop and after that incident, I begin going to the post office only on the weekends to avoid seeing her. this is how much I felt anxious to walk into that establishment. @PostOffice

She could've just told me this as well instead of being rude, aggressive and even previously profiling me. I continued to put my packages at the counter and while passing me again, Miss Kim White said, "You have a chip on your shoulder." @PostOffice

They were quick to prosecute wrongly those poor post office sub post masters but no one from Post Office in court. They should be awaiting trial. Disgusting. #bbcnews @PostOffice

@PostOffice Hi Ryan I raised the complaint some 6 weeks ago and the issue has not been fixed. All I have been trying to do is pay money into my account but it doesn't let me. I have made 5 calls over the last 6 weeks, all i get told is that this issue should be fixed shortly.

Going back to Miss Kim's behaviour. When I reminded her of the profiling, she remembered the incident and didn't apologise then or even today. all she said was, "well , that was because we has £2000 worth of things stolen." @PostOffice

@PostOffice had better clear these poor sub postmasters of theft and compensate them massively. Absolutely atrocious that innocent people should go to jail or have criminal records due to their incompetence

and also because I have a lot more orders and printing postage at home is faster for me. when she heard me say the word "profile" , she asked me, "how did I profile you" and I reminded her of the incident. @PostOffice

@PostOffice No I'm not keen on raising a complaint about a member of staff's prejudiced attitude with that member of staff. Which was my only option. I will be closing my account though. Perhaps you need some advice on inclusive business procedures from the disabled community.

@Leebrown040266 @PostOffice No idea what happened but If it were me I'd be expecting A LOT of compensation and I hope they receive some sort, although it will never make up for what they went though.

@PostOffice kind of you to reply so quickly and I certainly appreciate that, but in the modern age there is little excuse. Not enuf workers? Employ more. Why aren’t the staff who are not working in Ballynahinch moved to Crossgar & vice versa? The garage is open to 11, how’s that reduced?
