    @PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

    I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

    @PostOffice your ID service said it would verify my ID in 10 mins after 30mins it changed to 13mins it’s now been an hour! 🤬 like I don’t have anything else to do!!

    @salendola Hi. Its not possible for all addresses to belong to a postoffice nearest you. Postoffices do not longer have all the services that postoffices had before. No bank services any longer, and people mostly do self-service on the internet.

    My daughter received a letter from the @HM_Passport saying her photo wasn't within the rules. She did it via the @PostOffice service which is supposed to iron out this type of problem.

    @PostOffice Having called 4 local offices many times to see why my letter had not reached the deliver & signed for after 11 days no one picked up except 1 who kept putting it back down disgraceful maybe due to #Covid everyone blames this 🤬

    @PeckhamBusiness @TfL @PostOffice TfL probably still maximising capacity for driving. Problem is increase in travel by cars= congestion & queues accommodated by reducing capacity for walking & cycling=long wait times at signals. If walking ACTUALLY a priority it would be people driving waiting, not people walking

    @PostOffice The travel money I ordered did not arrive by my holiday. Rang customer services who informed me of a delay, she apologised and said ide get a refund to my bank in 1-2 working days. 9 days later I'm still abroad with no travel money or refund or reply to my emails. 👏

    Never use @RoyalMail pick up option: @PostOffice is wilfully understaffed and queues are huge
