    Appalling @PostOffice service @WHSmith Woolwich, queue closed 45minutes early, machines all out of order. They promised us an improved service when the Crown @PostOffice was closed.

    @BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

    @PostOffice your ID service said it would verify my ID in 10 mins after 30mins it changed to 13mins it’s now been an hour! 🤬 like I don’t have anything else to do!!

    @AskPayPal An item was not as described nor fit for purpose, a refund was requested & seller didn't make any contact, raised a dispute with @PayPal & agreed I'd send the item back to get a refund.The @PostOffice wouldn't give me a tracking number now no refund. Any help please

    @siany_d @PostOffice It was a returns envelope provided by a fit to fly PCR company. Guaranteed or not it is called track 24 and the results of the test are time dependent in order to fly so they have a duty to provide the service stated. Not more than double the time! surely that is unacceptable?

    @SteveDPIves @PostOffice Did you write any of your details on the back of the cheque or did you have a deposit slip? The wrong number on the outside of the envelope wouldn’t be an issue as long as your details were correct inside the envelope.

    @PostOffice the automated payment number doesn't work, before you say what the query is, it tries to connect you to a agent. And I can't pay by internet banking as it asks for the exact business name which isn't listed with the details
