@PostOffice You know the postoffice and other parcel delivery people should never ask a neighbour to take a parcel. The neighbour may feel obligated, uncomfortable about it because they don't know or trust the person the parcel belongs to. Never ever ask a neighbour unless req.

@Shell Why is that you customer service for Shell Broadband non existence? Try calling them one is held on a queue for an hour at least. It was not this bad when it was @postoffice Broadband? What has gone wrong?

@PostOffice So this branch doesn't have WiFi. They've apparently been asking for it for "years". They're doing applications on a tablet, presumably over cell connection and the tablet has next to no signal so things are taking forever! They're not capable of doing the service they advertise
