    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

    @AskPayPal An item was not as described nor fit for purpose, a refund was requested & seller didn't make any contact, raised a dispute with @PayPal & agreed I'd send the item back to get a refund.The @PostOffice wouldn't give me a tracking number now no refund. Any help please

    @USPSHelp The @USPS site says I have to go IN to make my inquiry. I did. The clerk working there wouldn't look at my phone showing her that you make the inquiry in person. How else do I make the inquiry if my local #PostOffice won't help when that is what is REQUIRED for process to start?

    @saznaz93 @KateJon41196503 @PostOffice We are finding issues with customs rejecting even correspondence (not cards) because they don’t have customs labels on. It’s strange but We are now putting them on everything (apart from just a card) to be on the safe side. Haven’t seen any issues yet! 😯
