I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

@PostOffice all old digital machines have been taken away by postofice. It should have been replaced by tablet but all nearby postoffices are still waiting for tablet delivery. still cant find a branch which has digital service.

@HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

@PostOffice Great. Yes thanks to your response that’s now my understanding that the premium service is the only one offered unless the customer queries it. It just seems an odd way to serve a local #community as better value options that are equally fit for purpose are available #postoffice

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I’ve done that and they told me to go to my post office to see if they were still at the post office. My post office refused to do anything. You’re both useless aren’t you. Neither of you are actually willing to help any customers are you? You just pass the blame on to each other

@PostOffice hi. Can you help please? Posted something special delivery on Saturday and the tracking still says it is at the delivery office. It needs to arrive by Thursday. Went into local post office who weren’t much help.

@PostOffice your staff in the Coventry branch really need to get some customer service skills … they way the person was talking to customers was disgusting, Never mind mumbling something as I walked away from the counter.
