@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@WHSmith @PostOffice is an absolute nightmare all the time! More staff have been needed in Swansea Quadrant for at least a couple of years, most likely longer! One person working with at least 30 customers (with self service out of order, shocker…) in line is insane 🙄

@PostOffice I'm still trying to renew my driving licence. I asked a couple of weeks ago and you said it was operational at the East Kilbride Cornwall way post office - when we went again they said the system was down still. Any update when this the system will be fully operational?

@PostOffice So I go to the post office to post 8 small parcels. I was told to ring next time as it’s a big job, it took approx 5 mins and there were no other customers!! I like to support local and usually buy other stuff while I’m there, guess I’ll go elsewhere next time!

@ArgosHelpers So multiple packages are going missing and this doesn’t bother you as a business the @PostOffice has a signed for delivery and @eBay_UK has to deal with the issue?
