Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  • pipdrums Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  • Civil_Chappy Brad Burnett (@Civil_Chappy) reported from Gravesend, England

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

  • lukedeards Luke Deards (@lukedeards) reported from Gillingham, England

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Maidstone, England

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  • Marc85432 Marc B 🏳️‍🌈 (@Marc85432) reported from Rochester, England

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

  • sambartle Sam Bartle (@sambartle) reported

@PostOffice Yes they do. But not the service upon which the opening times are shown. That screenshot is on a page for locations SPECIFIC to the service I needed, and nowhere on that page does it say the service is available only for a tiny proportion of the times shown for that service.

  • Brexiteer1234 Wendy🇬🇧 (@Brexiteer1234) reported

@PostOffice This is an awful Ad. It’s now possible those same victims will be beaten by those that abuse them for the money YOU say they have hidden. Have you thought of that? Not everyone will have done so, but abusers will insist they have, & want their(non existent) money. Think again.

  • turbotech2004 Dave Barrett (@turbotech2004) reported

Never seen anything like it @NatWest_Help refused to take my cash as a pay in unless I used the ATM, so I refused and paid in in person @PostOffice who were very keen to take my deposit. A bank who now refuses to deal with cash! #thereisanotherway

  • lawrar1986 Laura Burrows (@lawrar1986) reported

@PostOffice went to return a parcel today at one of your shops and checked online it was one where they can scan my code and print my returns label off for me… the lady was rude and just said to me ‘I can’t do that … you will have to go somewhere else’.. absolute joke !

  • stephen_hodls The Stephen Variant (@stephen_hodls) reported

@MikeCBamber @PostOffice Yes, or course, but it gives the freedom to transact without being surveilled. Of course, fiat currency is constantly devalued by inflation, but removing cash from the system is a bad idea for freedom.

  • GlendaHicks Glenda Hicks (@GlendaHicks) reported

@PostOffice How will our children and grandchildren learn to manage their money as they grow up if they never see cash? Money doesn't fall off a 'money tree'!

  • ecarlesi Emiliano Carlesi (@ecarlesi) reported

    Threat on hxxp://postoffice-depot-support[.]com/ #phishing #postoffice

  • purplemoonlurch fred (@purplemoonlurch) reported

@PostOffice Thanks for looking into this. Just had the exact same thing happen. Had to close early due to being "too busy" with one other person in the shop, 2 behind the counter. @mccolls please look into the awful service your staff are providing in your name

  • sambartle Sam Bartle (@sambartle) reported

@PostOffice Thank Tom.. I guess even just a warning on that page that the service you have queried may not be open for the entire period or something would be good.. at least then I wouldn't have gone to the second one after visiting the first and it being closed.

  • JoaoJpfx1 Joao Paulo Ferreira (@JoaoJpfx1) reported

@PostOffice You’re making an ideological statement that all men are violent and women out there should have a slush fund in case their boyfriends brothers or fathers beat the crap out of them that’s what you’re saying is Jane story a real story or is it just some paid actor that you’ve paid
