I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice my BRP is erroneously sent to homeoffice by WD17 2WH so i couldnt receive it when i reached them on 27th. VISA document says,if i am undergoing quarantine on arrival to UK, BRP card will be in the post office until the last day of VIGNETTE (i.e,27 jul'21). Please help

@PostOffice There’s two women behind the counter; 1 is serving. 1 is doing… I dunno what she’s doing. 3rd woman on the floor directing people to the self service machines (WHICH ARE SO DIFFICULT TO USE). I gave up with the machine and went to the counter… [cont.]

@sarahmccarten @PostOffice @TSB You’ll need to contact TSB on this number and this number only - 0345 975 8758. The branch won’t still have it and your TSB branch won’t be able to help, but that is the number for their Post Office liaison. Hope it turns up for you soon!
