    @BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

    @PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

    Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

    @PostOffice how can it be that Brixton Rd PO tried to charge £10.25 for 24hr Tracked & Kennington PO charged £5.40 for the same service.The clerk at the Brixton rd PO then refused to send my parcel as I wasn’t willing to pay £10.25 This is why you are loosing customers! Terrible!

    @Soapy_Wit_Tank Feel your pain! I have ‘Claire’ dealing with a complaint of mine, about as much use as a chocolate fire guard and playing for time. She also does not respond to questions. @PostOffice should stop their post masters lying over post services and making customers use Evri!

    @PostOffice you need to get a grip o our local post office at S7 2QD, on e again told the counters i not open until 22nd of Jan, yesterday it was a power issue, and today not open for a week. (still buy booze through). What is happening take his franchise away, happens regular

    @PostOffice Funny that because in Torquay i got told to get on my knees and pick up dog drewl then chastised onto the street after ignoring the fool. Nice service, then threatened to tamper with the Kings Mail! And no I didn't - as one disabled and 2) not taking that treatment!

    My parents in Shropshire have just received their Christmas thank you letter posted before Epiphany as that is the law! Plus lots of delayed post! The postman has told them to complain. That is dreadful service ! @PostOffice

    @JOSEPH_DAY16 @PostOffice “Trade them in” as in swap them for new ones ~ no, that has never been a service offered by Post Office. You SHOULD be able to pay them in to any high street bank at a Post Office counter, but many branches will refuse even though they shouldn’t.

    GOI need to setup a policy that retired people will not be taxed upto certain limit for specific financial products, like MIS should never be taxed for any retired person, same is Bank FD or PostOffice TD. Obviously there should be a limit in sync with Central Govt salary

    @Tush27J @rj_abel Why didn’t the #PostOffice accountants identify the cause of the #Horizon issues the moment they manifested themselves? I put it to you it was their sheer incompetence. The Post Office is to blame, not Fujitsu.
