Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

We have to walk or drive for miles to buy a stamp! And you wonder why people are abandoning your services in their droves? 😡🤬🤯

@PostOffice terrible service today. Been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel to be given a 10-2pm delivery slot and it comes 2 hours earlier. Not only that but I was in the house and awake at the 'delivered' time of 8am - no knock was given.

@PostOffice hi, you disconnected us and reconnected but gave us a new number despite several times saying it would be the old one. I've called several times a day for the last week and emailed-no reply. Can you help? Call us on landline? It's impossible to get hold of anyone.

@JamesCleverly @PostOffice We need help from our MP. We have not receiving any mail in Great Yeldham all week and we understand we are not going to get any mail until the 21st. Didn't think the Post Office could hold our mail for over a week without delivering!!

Hey @PostOffice Why is it you take a parcel to one post office and get a price that does not sound right. Then you take it to another down the road and you get a cheaper price! Is there a scam going on here?

@RoKhanna Stop the #postoffice from charging for a service they cannot deliver. This didn't just start; it's been going on for years. I paid 100.00 for priority service and not 1 package delivered yet. They are stealing money legally and you keep letting them. Stop them
