The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur ยฃ36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.
