I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

@PostOffice My parents were involved in a crash 2 weeks ago, other driver at fault and they still haven't had their car repaired or taken in or the baby car seats replaced! Over 20 calls she has made and stressed over. Awful service from your car insurance side. 😤

@PostOffice - COMPLAINT- Fulham PO closed early!!! 254 North End Road, Fulham, London SW6 1NJ. I made a special trip + found closed before its time. Annoyed. Change needed!! Post Office and Royal Mail have performed V LOW LEVEL during pandemic. NHS did well so why not you???

@PostOffice Grove Park Post Office is closed - it might (!) reopen with a four months delay! I walk through the rain to Downham Post Office - they’ve just closed it to repair a shutter. Fabulous “service”

Just been to a @HSBC_UK bank to pay money in was told to go to a @PostOffice branch I guess customers aren't required by you anymore . Never heard of businesses saying go to a competitor . 🤷
