  Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  @PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  @PostOffice is it the intention to run the business into oblivion? The local post office in Worcester is so understaffed and demand so high the queues stretch virtually outside @WHSmith Today the queue was so long we missed the last parcel post. Disgraceful service!

  @andyksheffield @PostOffice Hi Andy, I support both the Post Office & Royal Mail returning to public ownership over the longer-term but accept that won’t happen without a Labour Govt. In the meantime, we need to retain services in local communities, especially for older and more vulnerable residents.

  @DistilleryMp @PostOffice Three people were working there. I'll draw you a mental picture. 1 takes lunch 12-1230. 1 takes lunch 1230-1 1 takes lunch 1-130. Not hard is it? When the sign says it should be open, It should be open. It's an essential service.

  @siany_d @PostOffice But the Post Office offer this service with other companies which are also not their products,. i.e. ASOS. Maybe I'm being stupid but they're just using QR codes and having scanned both codes, the information they spit out is remarkably similar.

  @louisesugden13 @siany_d @PostOffice Click and Drop is a competitor to the Post Office. In the PO you can buy the postage there, there is no competing service the PO offer for returns.

  @PostOffice must be up there with the worst companies around 4 doing there job. Caught them on my @ring_uk Doorbell putting a Missed You card through the door whilst my partner was home. Now shes waited all day 4 a parcel from @Apple but postie delivered nothing. Covid no doubt

  @BorisJohnson @PostOffice @ChrisPhilpMP live in Stoats Nest Road no post since Friday hearing lots of staff off sick can’t some people furloughed be vetted and help out. The bills are not going to be paid stuck at the Post Office

  @iraqstamps @RoyalMail 1. Responsibility for cancelling ALL large letters & packets lies with the @PostOffice branch if this was over the counter. 2. If it wasn't responsbility lies with the lazy sender who should ensure 1. 3. RM haven't got time to mess about, this is what happens when 1&2 fail.

  @PostOffice Thank you, is this because of positive covid tests, or some other reason? It would help understand a timeline of reopening. I'm stuck using terrible one till small branches in horrible little kwik-e-mart style shops where they don't know what they're doing.

  The next special issue of @RoyalMailStamps will be on 16 February. A correspondent reports buying them in a #Birmingham @postoffice branch today - I can't even show the pictures yet because the embargo date is next Tuesday!
