The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Itโs in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

shanti (@imshanti_01) reportedA disabled woman went to the postoffice to post important documents but was turned away citing server down. ๐ This is the situation even in the era of 5G. Imagine that sometimes the server is down, how far the world has progressed and this is it. The woman kept saying, Sir, how will I come again, I have come with great difficulty, but the post office people did not listen to her at all. They said the time is over, should we come tomorrow? These people could not understand the pain of a disabled woman. Couldn't you have taken her documents and posted them? Was the poor girl so helpless and still you didn't help her? Please tell me whether action should be taken against such postmaster or not.

The people supporting, fixing and amending the software would have known there was a defect but kept it concealed - I am guessing they were told to shut up or not investigate the issue.

So she tried to drop it off on her way. Note, a guy in a ***** vest and cut off shorts showing acres of leg would not be treated so badly. It's women these people have a problem with.
