Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice Okay thanks, I put in my details, but luckily not my bank details because I've never been charged for a redelivery, plus they normally leave it in the hidden place or like you say a royal mail card. Thought it was a bit dodge!

Service in this country. 2 post office cashiers. A queue. One of the cashiers is busy popping stamps on parcels. Stop that. And see to your customers @PostOffice

@April_1970s @PostOffice Never, ever come to Spain.....how about 3 people sat at desks, 20 people waiting outside and no one getting served. Or bank in my town with 1 operating cashier desk and the rest of the place occupied by people at desks whose sole job is to tell you to wait for the cashier

@charlie_adler Some of the mailboxes are in terrible condition, the only way can get repaired is if carriers hold mail at Postoffice. People know that their boxes are broken, but refuse to fix.

Seems the masks will be sent with DHL ... I just hope a neighbour is home as I will be in the office on Monday and cannot pick them up at the postoffice on Tuesday as they are closed in the afternoons ... But well, in worst case I wear an FFP2 ... better than nothing.
