I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PeckhamBusiness @TfL @PostOffice TfL probably still maximising capacity for driving. Problem is increase in travel by cars= congestion & queues accommodated by reducing capacity for walking & cycling=long wait times at signals. If walking ACTUALLY a priority it would be people driving waiting, not people walking

@PostOffice I went to nearest Post Office to me that has this service and was told not working. Went to next closest, queued for ages then told not working. Went back 2 weeks later, not working. Terrible service.

@PostOffice shocking agents, service and overall experience. If your agents are at fault and give incorrect settlement figures and that is paid by the customer, you are at fault, and you need to settle your error, not the customer!!!!

@tzwide1 I truly agree Zwide moving to privatization when almost 60% of the population are unemployed/ lower income is not a solution. I mean you have Postoffice(State owned)very affordable yet dysfunctional then Postnet very efficient yet extremely expensive.

So @DWP told me Tuesday that a letter exonerating me been sent. Told Wednesday by @nsandi that a letter of explanation dated 10/5 sent to me 1st Class post. To date..not one letter received. Is that down to those entities or is the @PostOffice also totally unfit for purpose?

@SkyNews Here is the problem with passports - it’s not the fault of civil servants in the passport office. The passports are lost in transit by delivery companies. Remember that the #Tories first privatised some post services, then the PostOffice was privatised completely to improve it
