    @PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

    For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

    @PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

    I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

    I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

    @Sainsburys_Bank So the rip off saga continues. After @Sainsburys_Bank finally admitted that it is their responsibility to sort out a failed atm transaction, I have received an email today telling me they cannot help. @PostOffice have told me that sainsburys are mis-informing me. Total joke

    @PostOffice - I sent Stamp Swap Out form several weeks ago expecting reimbursement for over £70 of stamps you have decided to withdraw from use. I have received nothing. This reminder may appear daily #stampswapout with a complaint to my MP if no receipt or reply within ten days
