Itโs in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback.
