I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@BBCLondonNews Nothing to do with covid really. It's to do with systematic under staffing, privatisation and a lack of respect for their captive customer base. The queues outside every Postoffice are a testament to this. It's a hugely embarrassing shame and much like many parts of the modern UK

@PostOffice Why are your employees not wearing masks? In the Co-op in Bidford-on-Avon post office, my partner has seen several times people without masks. You must fix this. It is unsafe.

@PostOffice The point is that "Freepost Name" service doesn't have a postcode. How do we do it for a "Freepost Name" service?

@PostOffice @shirley51079929 Sorry Courtney, that label has to be printed by the customer and attached to the parcel, not presented for scanning from a phone as the customer tried to in this case. You should know the difference between a Data Matrix and a QR code. There is no QR code on that label.

@PostOffice Thank you for your reply, I've tried twice this morning to contact you I get the recorded message then the phone goes dead which hasn't endeared me to your service. I've detailed in my tweet I've rang 0345 600 3210 at least 4 times which were answered the advice I've detailed

@PostOffice 1 how do I make a complaint? Been in branch and asked to send as large letter. Asked if wanted 2nd or 1st. Charged 3.20. I then said it's a large letter, he said not. OK, fine, but where was my option? Why was I not told that

@PostOffice Yep defo more of a personnel issue for that branch and the Co-op staff I agree. Although maybe it should be policy to communicate to customers if you’re about to close without warning, but tbh the server I encountered has a rep for being rude so again, personnel problem
