The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

You both need to provide accurate and complete information. You used to accept international parcels under 2,000grams - now they have to go to the sorting office. It’s a mess

Then I lost the receipt. Thought nothing of it until there’s an issue. Apparently the only record of that tracking number is on my receipt. That’s a lie.
