Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@BritishGas why oh why haven't you supported the @PostOffice and @Payzone_UK during your payment switchover. The customer service on british gas' part has been awful 0/10 rating.

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@IndiaPostOffice My complaint 2001460632 is closed without investigating the actual problem. This is third time,I am facing the delivery issue with Dighi Pune postoffice. They are not delivering the normal letter which doesn't have a tracking number, so that no one can track it.

@HeatherLLT60 @PostOffice @MattCollabro Honestly I was at post office the other day and the girl that served me was so rude and so abrupt, I know working in a post office isn't everyone's ideal dream job but at least show some respect to customers 🥴

How are there no staff in the @postoffice broadmead? The size of it and one person dealing with customers of a busy city centre with about 35 customers deep. Awful

Ok - B.S. meter, pls. Today, I visited @USPS 20902 postoffice w/ 13 packages (small padded envelopes). Was told I need to "make an appt" to mail over 10 things. Srsly? Is this a thing? Employee was rude about it, too. Then, didn't give me an email receipt when I asked for one.

@PostOffice That feels quite inconsistent, as when I used them on Saturday, there was no member of staff around for assistance (I had to interrupt the person on the counter to handover a parcel)

@PostOffice there is ONE person serving at the Wokingham Post office right now, and the queue hasn't moved for ten minutes because a customer needs something that the woman serving doesn't know how to do

@RhodieEx Weren’t they also at the postoffice? Nommer asseblief? Ok, I remember it had a slit were we had to put the amount of money in we were told to do. When the call was done, hang up, turn the thingy once and they knew. It was fun.
