@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@JennyCaronHall @PostOffice I had a similar experience in my local post office! I'm a small business that buys & sells online (I was posting 3 parcels to customers) and I was confronted by the most rude, arrogant, bad attitude woman behind the desk, challenging me with rage about me wanting to post parcels!

@PostOffice I'm a cllr & have had residents get in touch in SM5 area who've not been getting any mail for 3 weeks now. Some are elderly & v.worried they may miss important NHS letters. Emails bounce, and they've been stuck for hours on hold when they call. Can you please help?

@PostOffice The Post Office staff at the Old Kent Road branch weren't practising what you preach. To top that, the store manager was rude, condescending, late to open the store, amongst a few things. Have photographic proof and can explain more in a DM.

@PostOffice 1 how do I make a complaint? Been in branch and asked to send as large letter. Asked if wanted 2nd or 1st. Charged 3.20. I then said it's a large letter, he said not. OK, fine, but where was my option? Why was I not told that

It is fighting for fairness and equality for all. No work so hang around here. Then, get a job in PO Ltd and bring change.

@PostOffice You get my point at the end, I choose the postage. This did not happen. He never said it'll have to go as small parcel, and proceeded to put it through as parcel. Only at end of transaction I asked. Not happy as I was not given the choice to not post.
